If Obama was born in Hawaii it doesn't matter who his parents were, he is a "natural-born citizen". If he was born outside of the jurisdiction of the United States, namely Kenya, at best he can be a naturalized citizen. John McCain was born in a hospital in Colon, Panama and both parents were American citizens. When his mother stepped out of the Panama Canal zone she stepped out of American jurisdiction and Baby McCain became a naturalized citizen and not qualified to become President of the United States. This may sound stupid, but it is the law written by lawyers to be misinterpreted by other lawyers. “Natural-born citizen” means born under the jurisdiction of the United States.
