He can of course 'argue' that the COLB is flawed or falsified, but the statements of the DOH of Hawaii suggest otherwise, in addition we know of two birth announcements in Hawaiian newspapers. By any standard of evidence, President Obama appears to be born in the United States. Of course, no courts is likely to even hear the case for obvious reasons.
