We have all seen the travesty of auto dealer’s survival becoming dependent upon their political contributions. Those cases are now being prosecuted, by Donofrio and Pidgeon. That is connected to the illegitimacy of Obama’s presidency because without respect for adherence to the constitution, those cases will be settled the Chicago way, or the Soros way.
Appuzo, arguing for the constitution, a small time patriot, would fit the Beck appeal to traditional values. I think Appuzo could handle a slick government attorney because he has truth on his side, is seasoned enough to resist the distractions, and, unlike many attorneys, has had the chance to become really expert. You know Anita Dunn’s husband has a world-class team following the Kerchner/Apuzzo case.
Have Appuzo or Donofrio defend the founders. It might not be a funny show, but Beck presented a serious special on eugenics. How about a serious special on citizenship? Goodness know, it is a serious issue.
I fully agree that the concealment of all legal documents is insufferable. But there don’t appear to be statutes – yet – requiring that we know more than the media wanted to present about a presidential candidate. Only two states even required a written certification by the party of a candidate’s eligibility, and that battle appears stymied. So let’s be disciplined and focus on what we know, because the candidate told us, about Obama’s qualifications. A British Kenyan father absolutely disqualifies Obama from being president. His authority is moot.”

In about 2 or 3 months when millions and millions of “birther” bills are circulating across the country from Honolulu to Bangor, MN, it will be virtually impossible for the media to ignore the issue any longer. Once that happens, Obama will be finished.
The Mark Your Money Bills Campaign is a brilliant one. One of the fundamental problems we have had with the birther issue is the difficulty and failure of the MSM to report on it. 2. Obama’s school records. DO they really list him as foriegner?
3. Obama’s Passport – What do Obama’s previous passports show…foreign citizenship? What did the cop that was killed with info on Obama’s passports know? Why was the cop killed and did the Obama administration have a hand in it?
There are also dozens and dozens of more questions that need answering.

Brilliant campaign. I am personally all for it! I can imagine the two or three hundred hard core birthers sitting around chucking as they handwrite their mantra on bills and then go to spend them.
And the silence will be deafening. Really- push this campaign and I will bet you 5 umarked dollars that I never, ever get one of your bills, nor that anyone I know gets one.
And if someone offered one to me, I would return it to the bank for a nice crisp one, and they would cycle the bill out to be destroyed.
But please, encourage the Birthers to join in this movement. I would prefer them at home armed with Sharpies rather than rallying in Washington with loaded weapons.

I think you must not have grown up in the United States. Here we are governed by the rule of law, and the accuser is responsible for providing proof.
You and Birthers seem to feel you are entitled to fish through any and all of President Obama’s documents to find the proof that you feel must be there. Thats not how it works here.

You keep marking those bills…I have a sneaking suspicion none of us will ever see one. You see, there already is something like that going on called “wheres George.” Its a currency tracking website, where you enter your bills’ serial numbers, mark the bill with “wheresgeorge.com” and spend it. Around 60,000 bills are marked every day by users. Over 150 million bills have been marked and entered into their site. When was the last time you’ve seen one in circulation (on average I see one a year, and I’m actually looking)? This might have to do with the fact that the bill entered represent less than .1% of the bills in circulation. The US Government prints 30 million new bills a day. How many “birther bills” do you think are getting marked every day? I doubt you’re even coming close to 60k bills a day. Even if I did burn every “birther bill” I came across, I get the feeling it would be on par with the amount of money I lose in the seat cushins of my sofa.

You are ill-informed on the “birther” issue. Barack Obama, by his own admission, was a British subject at birth. He has never denied having a Kenyan father, who himself was a British subject as a Kenyan native. This is easly established under the British Nationality Act of 1948. He is therefore disqualified to run for the office of the President, because the office is not available to subjects of other governments. The issue is very simple, and very obvious. Obama himself admitted that he wasn’t a natural born citizen when he debated Alan Keyes in 2004.
Let’s see you deal with this one. There is nothing “nutty” about it, and it doesn’t depend on whether his maternal grandmother tried to cover up a foreign birth in Hawaii by placing newspaper notices. It is as plain as your face. BHO is a foreign national first, and an American secondarily, if at all. That is why he thinks there are 57 states; why he doesn’t understand the constitution; why he wants to give us Britain’s health care system (it’s all in the teeth, don’t you know); why he thinks Interpol should have greater authority in the US than US law enforcement; etc. He is a British subject and has no business holding the office of POTUS.

Well, I would surmise that Obama has had an American passport for quite a few years, considering he would travel back and forth from Indonesia to Hawaii when he was younger (read his book?).
