Has Zullo shown the Reed Hayes report to anyone in Congress?

One of the many hidden mysteries surrounding Mike Zullo and the Cold Case Posse is the Reed Hayes report. Hayes, a handwriting expert, reportedly produced a report (sometimes labeled an “affidavit”) for Mike Zullo (not for the Cold Case Posse) that concludes that Obama’s birth certificate is a “100% forgery.”

The question of why the Hayes report remains a secret looms. To my way of thinking, the most likely reason is that Zullo, who seems to claim ownership of the report, is planning to include it in a book for sale. Zullo, however, is not saying that, so let’s assume for the sake of discussion that he has some motive other than financial gain, some motive that goes towards his goal of discrediting Obama’s personal story.

Given that the whole Cold Case Posse case against Obama stands or falls on the basic premise that the President’s birth certificate (White House PDF image) is a computer-generated forgery, and that premise is all but gone now that it has been found that what they call marks of forgery are artifacts of a common Xerox office machine that the White House owns, it would seem a matter of the utmost urgency that they get some new evidence out there. It hasn’t happened.

One of the big embarrassments for Mike Zullo was his presentation to Congressman Woodall. Woodall was unimpressed by the lengthy argument. The recording of that conversation, now scrubbed, did not mention anything about the Hayes Report, nor of any of the secret evidence that is supposed to be so convincing. So my question is: has Zullo shown the Reed Hayes Report to any member of Congress, and if not, why not?

great question doc – will we see the report in his new book? where are all of these people in congress who can report to issa for a hearing?

can’t you see it now: issa calls for birther hearing in the house …. next stop “impeachment” – issa has the “evidence”

  5. Rickey says:

I wonder if anyone has told Reed Hayes about the Xerox WorkCentre. It could be very embarrassing to him if, as we suspect, it totally contradicts his report.

  6. Benji Franklin says:

Zullo has no legitimate evidence of any criminal behavior on the part of Obama or the Whitehouse to show any Congressman. His idiotic allegations in the affidavit and CCP report would not fool any congress person’s legal counsel for 1 minute.

NBC’s Xerox discovery has revealed that Zullo’s prior accusatory statements about Obama were nothing but erroneous unfactual informational turds, which now serve his credibility by seeming to cling to Zullo’s face when he utters additional nonsense.

If Reed Hayes has a shred of legitimacy, and was told of the Xerox discovery, we would see the CCP thrown under the bus and Gallups and Zullo claiming Obama got to him.

These incompetent Birther creeps couldn’t even believably plot a middle-school drama department murder mystery script.

  7. Curious George says:

    Doc,
“So my question is: has Zullo shown the Reed Hayes Report to any member of Congress, and if not, why not?”

He may be talking about the report to members of Congress, but I would guess that the report is not being shown. Keeping it under wraps with a copyright is a great way to market another tell all book. The irrational birthers will be attracted by the mystery. By keeping the report under wraps it also protects it from those who may review the information and critique what is reported. They remember well what happened once they revealed the infamous race codes and now that Roxy has confessed to producing the PDF “forgery”, they must keep the Hayes’ report under wraps. This is also the report that Sheriff Arpaio said he had not reviewed during his Reverend Gallups interview. By the time of the Gallups’ interview, the report was out for at least a month or more. Is Zullo that protective of the report or is it that the Sheriff Joe and Captain Z know that this is all just a bunch of malarkey?

Is this a serious “investigation” without a hands on sheriff at the helm and a budding author protecting evidence in a manuscript for a publishing house that starts with a “W”? We’ll have to wait and see. In the meantime, pass the popcorn, please.

No one has saved that Woodall recording ?

  9. gorefan says:

From what I can tell, Zullo has only actually met with one or two members of Congress (Stockman at the CSPOA and others at CPAC). The rest of the contacts have come from people like Volin who while in meetings with Congressmen or their staffs have opened conference calls with Zullo.

So I would assume that the Hayes report has not been given or shown to members of Congress.

I suspect he never mentions it to Congressmen because they may want to see the actual report. I don’t think he can do that because Hayes based his opinions on the findings of the CCP “experts” which have now been discredited by the Xerox WorkCentre.

  10. Rickey says:

    Andrew Vrba, PmG:

The birthers still haven’t figured that delivering a pile of poorly copied papers to someone in Congress doesn’t mean that they will be read, much less that any action will be taken. Congresscritters who are interested in being re-elected are not in the habit of overtly blowing off constituents, no matter how crazy they appear.

Whatever happened to Zullo’s promise that he was going to “expose” the VIPs who promised action but did nothing?

  11. CarlOrcas says:

I want everyone to take a deep breath. Sitting down would be a good idea for some.

This is going to be a shocker but here it is: Zullo is a grifter, a con artist, a liar. There is no investigation. There will be no charges, no indictments, no nothing. It’s crap.

President Obama will serve out his second term and retire on Friday, January 20, 2017. Zullo will still be a grifter, a con artist and a liar.

  12. Andrew Vrba, PmG says:

I love the birther report excuse for anytime someone asks about why the “Stockman bill” hasn’t made an appearance. “The lawyers are drafting it!”

  13. JPotter says:

I, too, wait with bated (not held) breath, for the much-delayed revelation of the Hayes Trump Card. It must literally be a work of genius. Any line of reasoning which enabled a graphologist to deduce that a 50-yr old birth certificate is a forgery, when all said graphologist has to go on is (at best) a compressed digital image of a photocopy printed on a basketweave background, upon which is featured (allegedly) the hands of several disparate persons, of which the only available examples for controlled comparison are also digital …. must be simply scintillating. Keen as a molecular razor doncha know 😛

I went as far as I dared. Doc has standards, you know.

  16. Notorial Dissent says:

My suspicion is that the great report really isn’t so great after all, and that after Zullo spent whatever money he spent, he didn’t get the answer he thought he was paying for, and now rather than have that blow up in his face as well, he is hiding it and claiming it is part of an “ongoing investigation” or whatever excuse he is using for the dog eating his homework this time.

The plain fact of the matter is that Hayes can’t really testify/certify anything that amounts to anything with regard to the BC. He is, when all is said and done, a graphologist, a profession of very dubious standing at the best of times, and not a document speacialst and certainly not an electronic document specialist as has been claimed by certain parties. As a handwriting specialist the ONLY thing he could testify to are the signatures and bits of writing that are on the BC, and since all he has to go on is a low res multi-ply copied digital copy, he’s basically got squat. I doubt if there is a court anywhere that would give any credence at all to anything he wrote, and he certainly should know that, and I’m pretty sure the Klown Prince does as well. Why else wouldn’t he be trumpeting it from the rooftops if it were anything else. He certainly hasn’t been shy about any of the rest of his manufactured “ebidence”, so why should he start here and now? My personal opinion is that the report will only see the light of day if Hayes releases it, and I don’t think that is going to happen if he wants to hang on to what is left of his credibility, or if someone gets it away from Zullo, and considering how sloppy he has been with things, that has a high prospect of actually happening.

What it comes down to is that he had nuttin’ to start with, he had nuttin’ when he finished his first investigation, and finally, he’s still got nuttin’. Which pretty well sums up Zullo’s whole life and accomplishments, unless you count all the unintended comedy and humor he has provided the rest of the world with, free of charge.

  17. Stockman is consulting with his lawyer, Bill Olson, on impeachment, but he never mentions eligibility as the grounds.

Andrew Vrba, PmG: I love the birther report excuse for anytime someone asks about why the “Stockman bill” hasn’t made an appearance. “The lawyers are drafting it!”

  18. Not so far as I know.

  20. Notorial Dissent says:

I think Stockman would be better served by consulting tea leaves than what sounds like another nut case lawyer, there seem to be altogether too many of them involved in this as it is, and they are each worse than the other, if that is possible. As to impeachment, as has been pointed out, it amounts to pretty much what the House can convince themselves to vote on when it comes right down to it. Now as to it leaving them with any credibility once the do that is another matter entirely. The main point, is that whatever they choose to do, they have to get past the Senate, and right now I would say that is about the same as the Klown Prince getting an indictment with his “ebidence”. In a word, NONE!!! I think Stockman’s credibility is rapidly dissipating and will fairly shortly be gone if he continues playing to the idiot fringe.

  21. G says:

Yeah, they have ZERO chance of being able to play their kangaroo court games in the Senate, so these silly impeachment fantasies are a complete waste of time and a non-starter.

In terms of Stockman’s “credibility”…sadly, “credibility” doesn’t factor into gerrymandered RWNJ getting re-elected by certain constituencies which have ZERO care about reality in the first place. Those folks just want to be fed a steady diet of red meat to keep their constantly riled up fix going…

But yeah, to all sane parts of the world, Stockman has now been outed as the crazed clown that he is.

Brevity is the soul of wit. “Zullo is a used car salesman.” Just like Randall Terry.

Cal Worthington wouldn’t even hire Zullo for his sales team.

  24. alg says:

We will likely never see the Hayes Report. That’s because it doesn’t really say what Zullo claims it says. Likely the caveats and limitations expressed in the report means the best we will see are out-of-context selected excerpts

  25. CarlOrcas says:

misha marinsky: Cal Worthington wouldn’t even hire Zullo for his sales team.

  27. The Magic M says:

Andrew Vrba, PmG: I doubt the report is even a real thing.

In a sense, maybe indeed not. Since they copyrighted it, it may very well be a work of fiction (just like a fictional autobiography of Obama may state “I wuz borned in Kenyonesia”, or a fictional report on the JFK assassination may state “it was space aliens!”).
I tend to believe it exists, though. If they wanted to make a report up for their followers, they could just have taken the “compiled by several world-reknowned experts” route (referring to anonymous people).
The fact that they play up the “Reed’s a Democrat” card points to the fact that the report is meant to surface because they believe that claim will somehow insulate it against refutations (including claims of bias). For a purely fictional report, they wouldn’t have needed that since it would never surface.

    Alas, RIP Cal.

Or anyone else’s for that matter.

Karl Gall Oops! : “Hello again, listeners on the PeePee Summons Rodeo Nutwork, today we’ll be telling you how to get our new Obama Document Fraud Sheriff’s Kit, and how, in less than ten minutes, you can also become the new sheriff who receives that kit, straps on a working or non-working cap gun, and arrests the Usurper!”

“But right now, I’ve got Field Marshall Mike Zoo Low on the phone with breaking news on the Obama Fraudulent Document Scandal, and, forget the earlier disappointments folks – Mike’s apparently got proof positive that Obama himself illegally forged thousands of fraudulent identity documents and every one is a felony! And, Mike, I’m hearing these documents are known to be PDF file Forgeries, which Vattel mentioned specifically in his book and that creates a Constitutional ‘no trial or proof needed’ threshold for denying Presidental eligibility to an otherwise qualifying Black man, and I hasten to add, not just Obama – do I have all that right Mike?”

Field Marshall Mike Zoo Low: “That’s absolutely correct, Karl, not just Obama – let…..me…see…..I’m checking my notes here now – here it is right here – and this is big – the translation you and I came up with, has Vattel Constitutionally denying Presidential eligibility, to ANY black man elected into that office. I repeat, ANY black man, Karl! Or for all practical purposes, two in the bush.”

Karl Gall Oops! :”Well, okay, that pretty much proves we’re not racists, right Mike?”

Field Marshall Mike Zoo Low: “You bet, Karl! At least, not in my book, we’re not.”

Karl Gall Oops! :” Okay, Mike, and for those of our listeners who have yet to financially support our effort, I’m betting that this startling new information doesn’t come cheap – am I right about that, Mike?”

The book should be released, “Anyday now.” I can’t wait to read the Hayes Report.

  33. Benji Franklin says:

Well, a “Million Birther Lies” rally is surely doable!

Curious George: The book should be released, “Anyday now.” I can’t wait to read the Hayes Report.

But you know, it won’t matter to Birthers what the Hayes Report says if it ultimately turns out to be bad for them and good for Obama. They’ll just reject it then.

For example, the closest Mike Zullo could come to acknowledging that NBC is right about the anomalies being explained as just benign and incidental products of the work flow of a Xerox work station, would be to abruptly claim that he can prove that Obama originally engineered, produced, and assembled that particular machine so he could take it to the White House and criminally forge documents.
