The rebranding of Orly Taitz

I reported in my September article, “The rebranding of Orly Taitz” that Taitz appeared to be branching out from Obama birth conspiracy theories to more general right-wing nonsense. It appears I was right, with the appearance of a new web name:

It links to the same old sucky web site as always.

About Dr. Conspiracy

I'm not a real doctor, but I have a master's degree.

Most of what she does these days is just copy Obama Derangement Syndrome BS from fact-free right-wing web sites and then adds a birther addendum to what she’s copied. While I do like to see her try to fit her birfer nonsense into other people’s favorite nonsensical conspiracy theories, I don’t find it entertaining enough to subject myself to the disgusting lies and bigotry that define her web site. I don’t visit it much anymore.

    Orly,

Try as you might, you’re never going to be admitted to the Kool Kids Klub.

  3. Andrew Vrba, PmG says:

Its the same wannabe Klanswoman, in a different white sheet.

  4. Benji Franklin says:

The “new” TaitzReport.com is in fact, STILL a HazMat worthy written attempt to turn hate-based political flatulence, into a never-ending vomitous lullabye that courts ineffectual and uncivil, civil disobedience from many of the craziest adequately dressed two-legged menaces to the Constitution that never learned how to use Spell Check.

  5. alg says:

No matter what she calls it, it is still a friggin’ mess of a website, utterly unintelligible.

  6. justlw says:

    From her masthead:

Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, c/o Dr. Orly Taitz

In case of emergency, call 949-xxx-xxxx.

I’m having a hard time imagining what would constitute an “emergency.” Perhaps a contest is called for?

    Well said!

A colored person moving in one’s gated enclave?

Time to buy shares in lipstick companies.

  10. Kiwiwriter says:

I guess that since she’s milked the birther cow dry, she’s seeking new suckers, and is moving towards the general right-wing blogosphere to do so. Once she hooks the marks, she thinks (I guess), she can “convert” them to birther buffonery.

    Same pig, different lipstick.

  11. G says:

    I think you are right.

I’ve just looked at the new web site and I was struck by the blatant misrepresentation that she is a doctor. It is one thing for a dentist to call herself Dr. Taitz. This is quite another:

“Review of Politics, Economics, Constitution, Law and World Affairs by Attorney and Doctor Orly Taitz”

  13. Dave B. says:

Shoot, when I call my dentist the message says “If this is a real emergency, hang up and dial 911.

I can think of Orly emergencies:

    1. Her internet access is lost
    2. Her makeup kit catches fire and is destroyed
    3. Her hairstylist goes out of business
    4. She gets a huge case of laryngitis
    5. The California State Bar does the right thing and disbars her.

  15. Andrew Vrba, PmG says:

I got one! “People stop paying attention to her.”

  16. Sherry Malicoat says:

What is wrong with you people? Taitz has spent more time, money, and effort to help
save America from the illegal beast “president” than anyone. More than the Sheriff A.
More than anyone elected official even tho’ I’m sure they know that O’ is ILLEGAL and
he is trying his hardest to dismantle us and our freedoms. Look back at the ignorant remarks you have made against a lady who has only had Americans’ welfare in her
heart. I am ashamed of you all with your foul mouths. Maybe Obamacare will change
your minds. Anyone who has cared and examined this presidency has known what
he is. Get your heads out of the sand.

  17. I cannot think of anything constructive that Orly Taitz has done for the country.

What she has done is to publicize baseless claims against Barack Obama and to pester the courts with wrong-headed and inept lawsuits. She does it for her own celebrity, and not for the country.

She is a nut-case conspiracy theorist and has caused considerable harm. Look at the damage she did to you!

Sherry Malicoat: What is wrong with you people? Taitz has spent more time, money, and effort to help
save America from the illegal beast “president” than anyone.

  18. Woodrowfan says:

a “Beast” president? nope, no racist dog-whistles there, no sir, none at all. (sheesh)

  19. Thinker says:

Sherry: If you can provide one single comment that Orly Taitz has ever made that demonstrates that she unequivocally loves the United States of America, I will retract my comment that I made in this thread. The comment has to be something about how she loves America. It can’t be about how she hates Barack Obama or how she thinks America is like Nazi Germany or how the courts are all corrupt. Those are actually comments demonstrating that she hates America, its leaders, its people, and its institutions.

Provide me with an unequivocal statement that she has made in the past demonstrating that she loves America and I’ll retract my comment.

    Sherry Malicoat:

What sort of “beast” do you have in mind?

I have worked with attorneys since 1974 and Orly Taitz is hands-down the most incompetent attorney I have ever seen. It isn’t even a close call. In fact, I’ve seen fake attorneys – out and out frauds who were pretending to be attorneys – who were more competent than Orly.

  21. Andrew Vrba, PmG says:

Just today, Orly posted a screeching about how she’d sooner vote for Cruz despite his “eligibility problems” over Christie on a hypothetical presidential ballot. Hmmm So, in her mind Cruz is ineligible, but she would vote for him anyway?
After that Freudian slip, she might as well come out and say “The only reason I want Obama out, is because he’s a scary black man!”

  22. Lupin says:

Sherry Malicoat: he [Obama] is trying his hardest to dismantle us and our freedoms.

Then he isn’t doing a very good job, is he?

  23. nbc says:

Sherry Malicoat: What is wrong with you people? Taitz has spent more time, money, and effort to help save America from the illegal beast “president” than anyone.

Orly has used flawed legal proceedings and foundations to argue that our President is somehow ineligible to be our President, but has failed at every single step. That she has wasted time and resources is no excuse for accepting her follies.

I have followed her antics for quite some time and continue to be amazed at her flawed legal arguments, her failure to properly raise issues, serve documents and establish standing. Whenever she fails, and the instances have been plenty, she refuses to take responsibility but instead accuses others such as judges of treason etc.

  24. nbc says:

Sherry Malicoat: Maybe Obamacare will change

Obamacare is a great step towards extending healthcare to all, even though its roll out has seen so problems, its impact has been significantly exaggerated by the right and Fox “News” who have just resorted to outright lies. I am sure that you are not much better in that regard.

Explain to me what is wrong about extending healthcare to all, ending the lifetime limit and pre-existing conditions? Obamacare is an excellent example of the foundation of our Nation to promote the general welfare.

Not surprisingly, most civilized nations have long since gone down the path the US has chosen to take right now.

In the mean time some right wing people are upset that they are having to contribute to the general welfare of our nation, while at the same time, exposing ‘Christian’ values that even Christ himself would not recognize.

  25. nbc says:

Sherry Malicoat has been sending Orly money and cannot possibly accept that her investment has been totally wasted.

  26. The Magic M says:

Kiwiwriter: I guess that since she’s milked the birther cow dry, she’s seeking new suckers, and is moving towards the general right-wing blogosphere to do so.

Or she’s simply following the standard path of every crank.
She started her delusional follies with a single “prime” issue (Obama), and after that issue has become a dead-end road, she embraces everything she found on her way down the rabbit hole.
(Just like a legal crank from Germany I’ve followed over the years, he started with a “corrupt judge” in one of his personal cases, moved up to the “NWO conspiracy” dimension and is currently just reposting every conspiracist crap one can find on the net, pretty much like the racist “EU Times”.)

The Magic M…you’re quite right…I just had to deal with a local version of your legal crank from Germany, a man who got into a legal spat with his community in New Jersey over some zoning issue.

Now he has a gigantic web page spewing vitriol and insanity, denouncing every government agency as being corrupt and out to get him. His legal battle against his township has expanded to being jailed for disorderly conduct at official functions, to frivolous lawsuits, which have been tossed out. Now he’s suing the whole New Jersey court system and political leadership over his case, and even called my office, which is how I found out about him. I sat there listening to him denounce the governor and demand an investigation into his claims. When he was done, he didn’t even bother to wait for or ask for my response…he simply hung up.

I goggled at his web page, found myself stunned at its insanity and lack of coherence, and have struggled to forget his name.
