You use this word “forthcoming” but I don’t think it means what you think it does

The PPSimmons (Carl Gallups) Facebook  page has this announcement:

ANNOUNCEMENT

There will be an announcement forthcoming concerning the Obama Criminal Fraud investigation. Now that we have a Trump Presidency and subsequent DOJ, FBI, etc… the legal logjam can be unclogged…

The Arpaio/Zullo announcement is being meticulously planned. We will keep you poste and informed along the way. Be Patient. You WILL be vindicated! This is the year of “Revelations!”

What’s wrong with this picture?

  1. The DOJ and the FBI never had anything to do with the Cold Case Posse investigation. How would changing their leadership make any investigation different?
  2. “Meticulously planned” sounds like a lame excuse for more delay. What have they been doing for the past 2 years while waiting for the log jam to clear?
  3. Which year is “this”? Calendar year 2016, the next 12 months, the first year of the Trump Presidency? Will it come before the “March reveal” of 2014? Around the end of 2013 Gallups started talking about some “deep, dark” stuff, and the March date was given—2014. That came and went. Then Gallups talked about something before the midterm elections. Nope. Then it was something to appear before the 2016 election. Nope again.

I doubt there are many birther left who would believe something like this from Gallups, given how many times they’ve been strung along already.

Kooky Carl is going to realize he was so wrong on so many levels that it will make Trump look rational by comparison!!!

    ixnay on the irthersbay!

  2. Attached to a share of an article at the PPSIMMONS Facebook page from the New York Post (consider the source)speculating about an Obama last-day pardon of Hillary Clinton, one commenter said a president couldn’t pardon someone before they were convicted. This is my reply:

“Ford pardoned Nixon when Nixon hadn’t been charged with a crime. Given Trump’s stated promise to “put Hillary Clinton in jail” there seems no possible scenario under which she could get a fair trial.

“The more interesting question is whether Donald Trump will pardon Sheriff Joe Arpaio, should he be convicted of criminal contempt of court early next year, or whether Trump will order the government to drop the case.”

My expectation is that my comment will get removed.

  3. The Magic M says:

Shall we all bet on how long it will take for the birthers to throw President Trump* under the bus (again)? Or will they delude themselves he’s going to be “preparing” an “Obama *was* a Kenyan after all” investigation for 4 years?

Dr. Conspiracy: “Ford pardoned Nixon when Nixon hadn’t been charged with a crime. Given Trump’s stated promise to “put Hillary Clinton in jail” there seems no possible scenario under which she could get a fair trial.”

It was widely recognized at the time that Nixon’s acceptance of Ford’s pardon constituted an admission of guilt. I doubt that either Obama or Clinton would consider a pardon to be the appropriate action in this case.

Gallups has removed my ability to comment on his posts a long time ago.

  6. bob says:

Trump could order the DOJ to drop the case. At which point, the judge can appoint a special prosecutor.

Again, I think Gallups thinks that Arpaio will have a role in the next administration. That it will no longer be a MCSO/CCP investigation, but a federal investigation. But really, it is as Doc says: excuses to delay.

DARK days for Obama’s White House (?)
(Did they forget I think it’s The People’s White House.) #Birthers [Trump rose to political stardom in Obama’s first term by questioning his birthplace, spurring Obama to label him a “carnival barker.” The feud carried over into this year’s campaign, where Obama repeatedly described Trump as unfit for the Oval Office.]

    BIRTHER 2 REFERENCED
    New York Times
[It is unthinkable to imagine the most overtly racist candidate — and head of the offensive birther movement — driving in the limousine to the inauguration with the first African-American president. What would they discuss? How Trump plans to repeal Obamacare? How Trump will appoint Supreme Court justices that will transform America into a drastically more conservative landscape over the next 20 years? How Trump plans to undo the Iran deal? When will Trump begin deporting Hispanics? When will Attorney General Rudy Giuliani pardon Chris Christie and put Hillary in jail?]

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: Given Trump’s stated promise to “put Hillary Clinton in jail”

Perhaps there was more than one reference but as I recall one, Trump stated he would assign a special prosecutor.

Special Prosecutor still does not guarantee non partisanship and Obama can certainly Pardon before or after, but Obama’s Trial on Ineligibility could null and void any Pardons.

  9. Cody Judy says:

bob: That it will no longer be a MCSO/CCP investigation, but a federal investigation. But really, it is as Doc says: excuses to delay.

Of course Obama’s Ineligibility will go forward. It’s the quickest fastest way to Void Obamacare without worrying about a Senate filibuster to stop it.

About the time that happens Trump will ask for 2 more U.S. Supreme Court Justice resignations or press Impeachment Articles re: Judy v. Obama 14-9396 #waronpoor bad behavior charges.

what? You’re on drugs. You do know even with Trump in the white house your case won’t go anywhere.

  11. gorefan says:

Did Congress renew the special prosecutor law?

  12. bob says:

    gorefan:
Did Congress renew the special prosecutor law?

It is built into the rules for federal criminal contempt proceedings. The drafters foresaw prosecutors not wanting to prosecute their own ilk.

  13. gorefan says:

bob: It is built into the rules for federal criminal contempt proceedings. The drafters foresaw prosecutors not wanting to prosecute their own ilk.

I was thinking more about Trump’s call for a special prosecutor of Clinton. Like Ken Starr for the Whitewater investigation. Didn’t that law run out and wasn’t renewed?

  14. bob says:

There’s a Birther in the White House Today

Ex-con Judy must have not noticed that Trump called President Obama “a very good man.”

How long before ex-con Judy realizes that being a birther no longer has any value to Trump (or anyone else)?

Cody Judy: Of course Obama’s Ineligibility will go forward.

That ex-con Judy continues to believe the lies that Gallups and Zullo is completely expected.

About the time that happens Trump will ask for 2 more U.S. Supreme Court Justice resignations or press Impeachment Articles re: Judy v. Obama 14-9396 #waronpoor bad behavior charges.

That ex-con Judy believes that anyone else cares about his dead frivolous case is also completely expected.

And completed expected as well: ex-con Judy’s ego compelling him to make all conversations about himself.

  15. bob says:

gorefan: I was thinking more about Trump’s call for a special prosecutor of Clinton.Like Ken Starr for the Whitewater investigation. Didn’t that law run out and wasn’t renewed?

The short answer is yes, that law expired. But an independent counsel (or special prosecutor) wouldn’t be necessary if Trump makes good on threats regarding Clinton — a “regular” prosecutor would do.

  16. bob says:

Zullo and Gallups are doing a livestream presently.

Very little new; only someone as gullible as ex-con Judy will buy anything they are selling.

Zullo begrudgingly thanked Reilly for starting everything, and then implied he was a Judas.

  17. Zullo is so petty. He can’t get over the fact that Reilly figured out he is a con artist and all around horses ass.

bob: Zullo begrudgingly thanked Reilly for starting everything, and then implied he was a Judas.

  18. bob says:

    Reality Check:
    Zullo is so petty.

I know! He wasted “valuable” time recounting a years-ago phone call that he had with an Obot. 😉

  19. john says:

Hey! I want to know. How many votes did Cody Judy get for running for President. He says he was running so I assuming he got 1 vote by voting for himself but I can’t find any official results. Does any one know?

  20. Really? He is still obsessing about that?

bob: I know!He wasted “valuable” time recounting a years-ago phone call that he had with an Obot.

  21. Zullo is really pissed at me for confronting him with the evidence that a Xerox WorkCentre was the source of the PDF. I can’t take that much credit though because it was the work of a team. NBC, gsgs, Kevin Vicklund and others preceded me. Doc C contributed the Simpson green basket weave paper. Let’s don’t forget that justlw led the way with a cogent comment here.

If Zulu wants to call out Obots let give credit where credit is due.

    john:
Hey! I want to know. How many votes did Cody Judy get for running for President. He says he was running so I assuming he got 1 vote by voting for himself but I can’t find any official results. Does any one know?

Easy: Zero. Ex-con Judy wasn’t a certified write-in candidate in Utah.

  23. john says:

bob: Easy: Zero.Ex-con Judy wasn’t a certified write-in candidate in Utah.

I see. That’s why his name doesn’t show up. But I guess he got 1 vote assuming he voted for himself.

  24. Rickey says:

bob: Easy: Zero.Ex-con Judy wasn’t a certified write-in candidate in Utah.

A vote for an uncertified write-in candidate in a state which requires certification is not counted. It really is throwing away one’s vote.

A guy I know wrote in Bernie Sanders in Florida. He was upset when I informed him that his vote wouldn’t be counted because Bernie never registered as a write-in candidate in Florida.

As I recall, CRJ would have had to pay a filing fee of $500 to be certified in Utah. He ignored me when I asked him if he had applied to be certified.

  25. Curious George says:

During the universe shattering live stream presentation that Zullo and Gallups did today, Gallups mentioned how the new alternative media was becoming a huge force and competitive with the mainstream media. He also mentioned that Arpaio and Zullo would be remembered in history as household names. That is a dis-stinked possibility if speaking about the household commode. As far as the power of alternative media, 86 people were listening to the Gallups program today. They have a long way to go.

    http://www.rightwingwatch.org/post/trump-transition-team-floats-extremist-sheriffs-joe-arpaio-and-david-clarke-for-homeland-security/

  27. The Magic M says:

Cody Judy: Of course Obama’s Ineligibility will go forward. It’s the quickest fastest way to Void Obamacare without worrying about a Senate filibuster to stop it.

As we’ve been telling you for 8 years, the only body to determine ineligibility would be Congress. So you’d need the Senate anyway, and if you worry about filibuster, the Senate could just as well filibuster a finding that Obama is “ineligible”.

Also even in the hypothetical case that somehow goes through, it would not automatically invalidate Obamacare.
If you go down the “everything Obama did was void” route, you’d have to roll back 8 years of an administration, that’s total chaos, not even Sarah Palin would advocate that. That’s precisely why the “de facto officer doctrine” exists.

So to sum up, repealing Obamacare is 1,000 times easier than undoing Obama’s entire presidency via the “ineligible” route, therefore Trump will choose the former, that I can guarantee you.

When a new CEO takes over, it’s much easier to let crimes by his predecessor slide than turning the entire company upside-down.

  28. Cody Judy says:

The Magic M: When a new CEO takes over, it’s much easier to let crimes by his predecessor slide than turning the entire company upside-down.

That is interesting perspective. You may be right. My suggestion rest in the actual resistance in Congress ( both Houses) to President Elect Donald J. Trump.

The GOP Establishment may… or may not get the Memo from the American People to 1- Drain the Swamp 2- Lock her up

Let’s just say the moral authority of the DNC is in disarray right now given the slanted Primary that I also call Obama’s Hope. ( the one that Failed)

Now, I think your right in the advent that President Trump is given “Green Lights” to move as fast as he’d like with the GOP House & Senate. However, one thing I am positive about is that Trump moves with acquiring Leverage.

As soon as he feels ela’resiste-ance in his Agenda challenged by through the Court’s he won’t go into battle without the silver Birther bullets. Would you?

So, I see as you do Trump being willing to let the Birther Issue slide, (Let’s not forget good insults and embarrassments last a very long time ie. 2011 white house news media correspondence dinner ding ding ding) Trump saw a ” purpose” in bringing it up on The View. I’ve never talked to him about it so I don’t know if it was a quid pro quo.

Maybe it was all about the purpose of setting himself out from the crowd in a daring Political Theatre as a Maverick for the U.S. Constitution? Hummm, not a single legal paper against Sen. Ted Cruz., it’s a head scratcher that Maverick idea.

Maybe it was a great deferment of Tax liability or a real estate MF status of some sort IDK. Obama was keen on that for Businesses on the Obamacare Business Employer side until 2016. So, but I always took Trump’s leaning into the Birther Theories as not exactly passionate.

He was willing to be the scape-goat and joke only as far as there was light at the end of the table. He didn’t run on standing up for the Constitution in the Birther Movement. He ran on shifting the blame to Hillary Clinton as the start of it.

Could you imagine me in a Debate blaming Hillary Clinton for the Birther Movement? That’s my point.

So I think DJT is as you say willing to concede the issue as not really interesting or as Bob said in parlance, “of unimportance” ” no one cares.

That said, resistance or the lack of a love- fest in Trump’s Agenda , which Democrats just naturally have a hard time with, as well as perhaps the remnants of the GOP Establishment, ( McCain Ryan coalition ) could very well plan to throw a wrench in the dryer met in Obama’s last bastion of semblance -The Judicial Branch.

This is where Trump’s leverage would be needed or his light at the end of the tunnel could be the darkness of legal impasse during his first couple of years.

Do we think for instance a proposal of Trump’s which sidelines Obamacare for multi state bidding competition might make a few lawyers blood boil at the audacity of Executive Authority unchallenged in Court?

At this juncture having an Attorney General would be a Birther’s Dream come true. .and it would have nothing to do with the integrity of the Birther Movement but simply serve as leverage for protecting an Agenda.

Agenda served, Obama’s Legacy of Ineligibility left in the waste bins. Agenda served with a barrage of Legal Fights in Court or Filibusters in the Senate, we’ll, they couldn’t just keep their mouth shut and let Trump build what he wants to build.

    😊😉🤔

So, Democrats will have to weigh that Leverage out also. If they pull the card as an Ace away from Trump, they may stand stopping an Agenda they are apposed to in Judicial Branch Challenges.

Otherwise, it’s Green Lights and Green Pastures for Trump. You give him 10 Trillion it turns into 50 Trillion and Democrats will never get the Economic advantage of the Vote again.

Jobs Jobs Jobs Pres. Clinton par-for-the-course it’s about the Economy Stupid.

  29. bob says:

Cody Judy: Could you imagine me in a Debate blaming Hillary Clinton for the Birther Movement?

The only person imagining ex-con Judy in any debate is ex-con Judy. No one cares about his delusions. Birthering is yesterday’s trivalities.

I again pity the obstacles that ex-con Judy is putting on his children’s futures. I hope they can escape him as soon as it is practable.

I know that’s what Zullo told the Arizona Republic, but Zullo and Gallups’ victory lap last week made it pretty clear they intend to send the information to new administration, which will (so sadly!) mean it cannot be released to the public.

I’m content to conclude what Zullo said to the Republic is a lie.

  33. You could just leave out the modifying propositional phrase “to the Republic”and be done.
