And in California, the winner is…

Orly Taitz accuses all newspapers of Criminal Conspiracy and Election Fraud for not covering her cases. Threatens RICO suit.

Here is the citation with context:

I currently don’t have time to research and therefor [sic] need help from my supporters. I remember there are specific statutes in [sic] Federal Communications Act and Federal Elections Committee [sic], where members of the media that are defrauding the public in relation to the elections,  can be held liable. I need quotes of the specific statutes. I will be reporting the names of the editors and reporters,who refuse to report on eligibility cases and January 26 trial. It might be necessary to join these members of the media as additional defendants in RICO (Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations) action

By “join … as additional defendants”, I assume Orly refers to her oft mentioned, but never filed RICO suit against Barack Obama for his alleged criminal social security and election fraud scam. (My new article RICO starts a discussion of this statute.) In general, RICO is considered “complex litigation” but that never stopped Orly for barging ahead.

If Orly continues unchecked in the same trajectory that we’ve seen over the past months, I think Orly may well fall into the position of a RICO defendant herself.

Second Batshirt Award winner Lucas Smith

And the winner is…

Lucas Smith declares Orly asked him to commit perjury and is sleeping with the legal team

In a declaration posted on the Internet, and supposedly filed with the district court in California in the case of Barnett v. Obama, convicted felon and birth certificate forger Lucas Smith claims that birther lawyer Orly Taitz asked him to commit perjury regarding conversations about co-counsel Gary Kreep and about one of the fake birth certificates that Orly Taitz filed in the case [that was rejected by the court due to technical problems with the filing], and described in graphic language, Taitz’s sexual exploits with the legal team in the case.

I take no position on the truth of any of Smith’s allegations, nor do I care. However, the soap opera that has developed between Taitz, Charles Lincoln, Kreep and Lucas Smith is Batshirt Crazy.

Resisting the temptation to include among the nominatons MissTickly calling me a “pig”, here is the list of reader-nominated candidates for the Second Obama Conspiracy Theories Batshirt Award for the craziest birther stunt.

Batshirt Award Winner(Updated!)

And the Winner is:

The first Obama Conspiracy Theories Batshirt Award goes to  TerriK of the MissTickly blog for her article [link doesn't work, see update at end of article] suggesting that Barack Obama was the child of incest or that anyone should take seriously:

“Tourists at the beach would sometimes assume Obama was Hawaiian, and his grandfather “would come up beside them and whisper, with appropriate reverence, that I was the great-grandson of King Kamehameha,” Obama recalled.”

…

Then, MissTICKLY may have found evidence tending to indicate that (please take a deep breath) Barack Obama is the son of cousins, Stanley Ann Dunham and Frank Marshall Davis –” and Hawaiian royalty –” perhaps heir to the Hawaiian throne. If true, this would imply criminal fraud by Obama.

I don’t know where she got the idea that Stanley Ann Dunham and Frank Marshall Davis were cousins (at least no closer than Barack Obama and Dick Cheney), but she must think that all people of color look alike from her photo collection of Barack Obama and Hawaiian royalty.
