Obama Occidental Blast!

This little gem (first circulated as an April Fools joke) is being recycled. Of course the case obliquely referenced here was dismissed, and the subpoena was quashed. This article represents what the “hope”  of the denialists looks like:

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.”

This is the man now sitting in the oval office that we’re talking about above. He is also a lawyer; that is a sworn officer of the courts system, and a member of the Bar that actually taught Constitutional Law in Illinois, before running for the office he now occupies.

This immediately brings up a number of direct conflicts of interest that in themselves create several indefensible positions for the fraud that Barack Hussein Obama, formerly Barry Soetoro, truly appears to be. How could Obama the lawyer not know that he took grant money for financial aid, from the Fulbright Foundation that was intended only for foreign citizens? How then to square this with his supposed Naturalized American-citizen status that he claimed in order to run for president? Denialists trash government web site

No matter how one feels about Obama’s eligibility, boorish trollish behavior isn’t good for anyone.

The Obama administration has set up a web site to discuss:

How can we strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness by making government more transparent, participatory, and collaborative?

People post ideas and others can vote on them, and comment on them.

One of the “rules” is that people shouldn’t post duplicate ideas. I’m going to put a few idea titles posted there, or excerpts from ideas. You tell me if they are duplicates. These are all ideas posted within the last one hour period and constitute just about all of the ideas posted during that period.

  • Natural Born Citizen is simply jus soli jus sanguinus (both parents US citizens, born on US soil); obviously BHO is not natural
  • what hospital were you born in?is that too hard for you to answer barry the fraud
  • If the current President were to apply for a Security Clearance is this Country, He would not be eligible.
  • Where’s the Birth Certificate?
  • If you actually want things to be more “transparent, participatory and collaborative” it might not be a bad idea to start with the most elementary transparency of all and have President Obama finally release his Birth Certificate.

Soetoro travels in time!

Those following some of the nuttery about President Obama’s career know that he was at Occidental College in California in the early 1980′s, and that he went under the name Barry Soetoro (his step father’s family name) in Indonesia.

A California legislative record shows that a high student named Soetoro Moestabjab attended El Camino High School in 1963 (the year conveniently omitted by those who spin the story). The theory is that Hawaii born President Obama received a foreign student grant under the name Soetoro when he went to college.

In order to add credibility to the totally incredible fantasy about Barry Soetoro = Soetoro Moestabjab (one in high school while the other was 2 years old), Soetoro Moestabjab has traveled in time to 1981 and re-entered high school according to this fake entry at Classmates.com.

As I always said, the nObama are trying to rewrite history, and now we’ve caught them planting evidence.

In a move long anticipated, Philadelphia lawyer Phil Berg, anti-Obama activist and judicial candidate has filed suit against Orly Taitz on behalf of individuals who have come under attack recently by  California lawyer and anti-Obama conspiracy theories promoter Orly Taitz.

Orly Taitz frequently makes published assertions that two people who share the same name are the same person (like Barry Soetoro and Soetoro Moestabjab), and in this case Lisa Liberi, Phil Berg’s, associate may be the victim of just such a false association with a New Mexico felon having a similar name.

Also, former webmaster of Orly Taitz’s blog, Lisa Ostella, the recipient of all sorts of accusations related to the handling of former Orly blogs and the funneling of PayPal donations, is suing. We’ve reported here on the Ostella accusations before.

Orly, Orly, now it’s the Joint Chiefs in your sights

In a press release provided by Orly Taitz to Obama Conspiracy Theories, she provided the text of a letter she has sent to Admiral Mallen [sic], Chairman of the Joint Chieffs [sic] of Staff. A slightly updated version appears on her web site.

On behalf of her 160 plaintiffs Orly has packaged up her 6 Dossiers,  her Quo Warranto complaint, the Steve Coffman Selective Service stuff, Sandra Lines’ declaration, the Jorje Baro “affidavit” from Mississippi, PI Neil Sankey (multiple social security number and address accumulator), Obama’s Indonesian school record, evidence that Barack and his wife have 130 jobs and evidence of a cyber space campaign of character assassination.  Whew!

Orly, in the text of her press release claims that under UCMJ, a soldier (here Scott Easterling)  has a right to get resolution for a grievance against his commanding officer, and the grievance is that Obama is not a natural born citizen for the usual litany of bogus reasons, (dual citizenship, Indonesian citizenship, name change to Barry Soetoro but not back).

She wrote:

Any foreign citizenship automatically eradicates a “natural born” status.

I guess she never read Perkins v. Elg where the Supreme Court declared Ms. Elg a “natural born citizen” of the United States even though she had dual citizenship and didn’t even grow up on the United States.

Cybercrime at the Supreme Court

Orly Taitz notified Obama Conspiracy Theories this afternoon of this press release, sent to 26,000 news outlets, the US Congress, Senate, state legislatures, state attorney generals, US district attorneys and state governors. I’m getting tired just typing the list.

Dr. Taitz continues in her attempts to undermine popular support for American institutions, destabilize American society, and bring about political disruption and crisis with this fanciful tale woven as an alternative explanation for why all the “M” “A” (application) type entries on the Supreme Court docket public access system were unavailable for a couple of days. Clearly her suggestion that the Supreme Court’s deliberation process is “illegal” is not designed to further her cases at the Supreme Court, but rather to attack the Constitution itself.

Regarding Illegal activity in the Supreme Court of the United States, demand for immediate criminal investigation of suspected forgery of court records, tempering with court records, cyber crime, erasing of court records from the docket, fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud and other related crimes.

Dear Mr. Holder, Mr. Mueller and Mr. Sullivan

As I have reported previously my Case Lightfoot v Bowen was erased from the exterior docket of the Supreme Court on January 21st, one day after Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro’s (Obama/Soetoro’s) inauguration and only two days before the case was supposed to be heard in the full conference of all 9 Justices. After phone calls of hundreds of outraged citizens the case was reentered on the docket in the evening of January 22, right before it was supposed to be heard in the morning of January 23. In my case I stated that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro is ineligible for presidency due to the fact that the President and Commander in chief has to be a Natural born citizen: born to two US citizen parents on US soil. Obama’s father was here on a student visa, never a US citizen and for that reason alone he didn’t qualify, aside from that there is no evidence of any birthing  file in any hospital in Hawaii, Obama sealed all his vital records and his school registration in Indonesia show him as a citizen of Indonesia. Some lawsuits filed with the intent of proving Barack Obama ineligible to be president make arguments that Barack Obama’s 4 years in Indonesia somehow erased his American citizenship.

In Philip Berg’s case, Hollister v Soetoro, we see some Indonesian laws cited. These are not as easy to find as a corresponding US law would be, but your diligent Obama Conspiracy Theorist has come up with them. (more…)
