In a move long anticipated, Philadelphia lawyer Phil Berg, anti-Obama activist and judicial candidate has filed suit against Orly Taitz on behalf of individuals who have come under attack recently by  California lawyer and anti-Obama conspiracy theories promoter Orly Taitz.

Orly Taitz frequently makes published assertions that two people who share the same name are the same person (like Barry Soetoro and Soetoro Moestabjab), and in this case Lisa Liberi, Phil Berg’s, associate may be the victim of just such a false association with a New Mexico felon having a similar name.

Also, former webmaster of Orly Taitz’s blog, Lisa Ostella, the recipient of all sorts of accusations related to the handling of former Orly blogs and the funneling of PayPal donations, is suing. We’ve reported here on the Ostella accusations before.

A complaint was filed and it looks like a request for a temporary restraining order. The full list of plaintiffs are: LISA LIBERI, PHILIP J. BERG, THE LAW OFFICES OF PHILIP J. Complaint against Orly Taitz filed with Cal Bar

According to the Native and Natural Born Citizen Explored blog. An official complaint has been filed with the California Bar Association about the conduct of California Attorney, Orly Taitz. The complaint, obviously written by someone with legal training, is a scathing condemnation of her behavior compared to the California attorney standards and law. A PDF version is also available.
