In a move long anticipated, Philadelphia lawyer Phil Berg, anti-Obama activist and judicial candidate has filed suit against Orly Taitz on behalf of individuals who have come under attack recently by  California lawyer and anti-Obama conspiracy theories promoter Orly Taitz.

Orly Taitz frequently makes published assertions that two people who share the same name are the same person (like Barry Soetoro and Soetoro Moestabjab), and in this case Lisa Liberi, Phil Berg’s, associate may be the victim of just such a false association with a New Mexico felon having a similar name.

Also, former webmaster of Orly Taitz’s blog, Lisa Ostella, the recipient of all sorts of accusations related to the handling of former Orly blogs and the funneling of PayPal donations, is suing. We’ve reported here on the Ostella accusations before.

A complaint was filed and it looks like a request for a temporary restraining order. The full list of plaintiffs are: LISA LIBERI, PHILIP J. BERG, THE LAW OFFICES OF PHILIP J. Cat Fight

“There ain’t enough room for two of us in this town…” seems to be the attitude from the Berg Camp as Linda Starr takes aim at Orly Taitz:

Orly Taitz is playing with serious fire when she starts messing with the military. She is going to get slapped down and very hard and I shudder to think what will happen to Easterling. She is encouraging his actions by agreeing to take this case. There are reasons why any active duty personnel suits will be struck down, and struck down as hard as possible because we are at war in two countries. It is her lack of experience practing [sic] law that is the problem. She should know better. Any lawyer with any experience in litigation or criminal prosecutions know better. Hell, I’m not an attorney and even I know better as a civilian! The government is going to come back on her. She does NOT know what she is doing and her actions prove it. Somebody better warn her she is playing with fire and is going to get burned BAD when this blows up into a bonfire in her face!!!…

I Dropped by Barackyphral and saw the article: Linda’s Big News!

The ever-reliable Linda Starr had some big news on Tuesday:

Important announcements…if you missed Phil on the radio tonight!

Second, how many of you picked up on what Phil said on tonight’s radio show about the FOIA confirming Barry never had an American passport under the name of Barack Obama until hsi [sic] diplomatic passport issued as a US Senator? Do you understand and comprehendc [sic] the enormity of that announcement? Do you all realize what it means?

I replied:

Yeah, I know what it means. Somebody’s lying. You can’t file a FOIA request on a LIVING person for passport records at the State Department (I’ve been all over those regulations). So anybody tells you they have FOIA info on Barack Obama’s passports, you know they don’t have jack.

So let’s see the FOIA response. Bah.

  1. What evidence is there for a travel ban existing in 1981, preventing US citizens from visiting Pakistan?

    Thanks to comments below, we know that there was no travel ban to Pakistan in 1981    .
  2. According to a report, Philip Berg’s assistant Linda Starr said that Berg had served subpoenas to Hawaiian hospitals to get Obama birth information. What court issued these subpoenas and in what case? Where can documentation be obtained?Berg himself issued the subpoenas, not the court. They are documented as attachments to Berg v. Obama et al. Thanks to an email response from a reader.

  3. It has been reported that President Obama’s paternal step grandmother discussed the President’s birth in Kenya with friends and neighbors. What is the source of this report?
  4. Was the mother of Vice President Charles Curtis a US citizen?
  5. When, if ever, did Barack Obama say in which Hawaiian hospital he was born?
  6. Was it necessary for an American to have a passport when visiting Kenya in 1961?
  7. Was Philip J. Berg ever a member of the NAACP? Philip Berg made this claim in an interview published on America’s Right.

It’s been an interesting time. I started over at PoliticalCrossfire.com under the name Botox where I first realized that the Obama citizenship denial phenomenon was a conspiracy theory. I participated in a 500-message thread under the title: Why the SCOTUS wants to look at Leo Donofrios lawsuit Dec 5 and there learned the basic facts behind the stories.
