When people decide what to believe in, sometimes they hang their faith on small things, things that are intuitive and meaningful especially to them.

Those who believe that Barack Obama was born in Africa have precious little to hang their beliefs on. Some hang their belief on the edited version of an audio recording that seems to show Obama’s grandmother saying that he was born in Kenya (not so in the unedited version). Some believe that a name on an Indonesian school record trumps everything. Some believe that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery because it contains the word “African”.

Here is a statement of the African objection:

In 1961 when Barack Obama was born, no one in the US used the term “African” as a race. A birth certificate wouldn’t have been filled out that way by a hospital. An authentic birth record would say Obama Sr. was a “negro”. Only a young, modern, perhaps African American and politically correct forger would have made such a mistake.

Lynn Stuter – New Article – Old Lies – All Bunk

In an article today at NewsWithViews.com, Lynn Stuter recycles all the old anti-Obama misinformation suite in a new article titled: Debunking the Obamatoids. This caused a considerable crisis here at Obama Conspiracy Theories, since “Obamatoid” was not in our glossary. This is now remedied and Obamatoid now rests next to O-Bot, Obamabot,  Obamatron,  Obamathug,  Obamaniac,  Obongoite and Obamanoid.

The squall of the obamatoids is getting louder and louder as we learn more and more about Also Known As (AKA) Obama; as though they can, by sheer volume, drown out the facts.

Barack Obama’s Birth Certificate is a Forgery – Part 1

The facts: In June of 2008, an image of a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth for Barack Hussein Obama II appeared on a web site called the Daily Kos. Similar images would appear at Barack Obama’s Fight the Smears web site, along with FactCheck.org and Politifact.com. A small optical flaw in the scanned image shows that all  came from the same physical scan of the paper document, but that the various images had been resized.

The theory: Various theories have been put forward claiming that the image has been manipulated in some way. One theory is that the Certification belongs to Obama, but has been changed, possibly changing his middle name from Mohamed to Hussein or changing his place of birth from some foreign place to Hawaii. The other is that the certificate originally belonged some someone else and Obama (not born in Hawaii) was put on it. Another theory is that the document was made up from scratch and overlaid onto security paper. (more…)
