Hey, that works for me–but until that day, I’ll be calling Dr. Orly (and those of her tribe) …. Perhaps I will keep those thoughts to myself.

The fawning letters Orly publishes on her blog are something else, calling her “Our Lady Liberty” and implying that she is the implement of God. I’ve stayed away from most kinds of fandom in my life, so this behavior is very odd appearing to me. In fact the only referent I have is religious devotion to which I am loath to make comparisons.

Over the months, bits and pieces of evidence have come forward that provide at a partial view of what President Obama’s original birth certificate must look like.

Starting with the COLB released by Barack Obama himself, we add the recently confirmed Mother’s Usual Address from the newspaper birth announcement, the certificate number from FactCheck.org photographs, the name of the hospital from the President himself in a letter to the hospital on the occasion of their centennial celebration, and some formatting hints from the Nordyke Twin’s certificate.

I took a birth certificate from 1963 and reconstructed a Barack Obama birth certificate with the most accurate content I could. I did not attempt to make a forgery: the fonts don’t match exactly and the security paper background is obviously cut and pasted. But if and when a long form is published, this is the content we should expect to see. The only thing I guessed about was the age of Obama’s father: I put 24, but it could have been 25. If anyone has his date of birth documented, please tell me (and tell the Wikipedia!).

I may kick myself for this but here it is:

Exhibits:

1. “Nordyke” long form 1961 (copy printed and sealed in 1966)
2. Obama COLB 1961 (printed and sealed in 2007)
3. “Edith” long form 1962
4. “Alan” long form 1963

Guide to the data:

• General form: The base document is the Alan certificate from 1963.
• File Number: “151″ is consistent with all exhibits. It indicates that the certificate is from Hawaii. “61″ is the year of issue; I used “61″ instead of “1961″ to be consistent with the Nordyke certficate . The certificate number is “10641″ based on the COLB with the leading zero omitted consistent with the Nordyke certificate. The file number is assigned (most probably) by a mechanical numbering machine stamp. Note the imprecise registration of the digits on the Nordyke form that I roughly imitated.
• Blocks 1a, 1b and 1c. The name is taken from the COLB and presented in all caps per the Nordyke certificate.
• Block 2. Sex is original on the Alan certificate, with the value consistent with the COLB.
• Block 3. Single birth is original on the Alan certificate. It is generally known that Obama was not a twin.
• Block 4. Left blank, not applicable.
• Block 5. Date of Birth value taken from the COLB and formatted according to the Nordyke certificate.
• Block 6a and 6b. Place of Birth and Island from the COLB. Image original from the Alan certificate.
• Block 6c and 6d. Name of hospital comes from an official White House letter to the hospital, read by Congressman Abercrombie at the hospital’s centennial celebration. The exact wording and formatting is from the Nordyke certificate from the same hospital the next day. The Nordyke certificate shows that the hospital is within the town limits.
• Block 7a, 7b and 7c. Mother’s usual residence taken from newspaper birth announcement (confirmed by city directory). Ann Obama was living with her parents. Image from the Alan certificate.
• Block 7d and 7e. Mother’s usual residence taken from newspaper birth announcement (confirmed by city directory). Ann Obama was living with her parents. I am assuming at this point that the address is within the city limits (7e), or so it would seem from the map.
• Block 7f. Mother’s mailing address is left blank, consistent with the Nordyke certificate.
• Block 7g. The address is not a farm or plantation, rather a residential area.
• Block 8. Full name of father from COLB, in all caps consistent with Nordyke certificate.
• Block 9. Race of Father, “African”, from the COLB.
• Block 10. Obama Sr. was born in 1936 according to the Wikipedia, but the exact date is unknown. He might have been 24 or 25 years old.
• Block 11. Obana Sr. was born in what we call Kenya today. It is not known what Stanley Ann Obama might have called the place on her paperwork. Options include: Nyang’oma Kogelo Village, Siaya District, Nyanza Province, Kenya Colony, British Protectorate of Zanzibar
• Block 12a and 12b. Usual occupation of father is stated as “Student” consistent with Obama autobiography. Industry is left blank.
• Block 13.  Full maiden name of  mother from COLB, in all caps per Nordyke formatting.
• Block 14. Race of Mother from the COLB, in mixed case per Nordyke formatting.
• Block 15. Age of Mother 18, from various published reports.
• Block 16. Mother birthplace from Wikipedia, formatted per Nordyke certificate.
• Block 17a and 17b. Type of occupation “student” from various sources. Date last worked unknown and left blank.
• Blocks 18a, and 19a. Unknown name of informant and attendant.
• Blocks 18b, and 19b. I am assuming the most probable values, that the mother was the informant, and that a doctor delivered the baby (no midwife deliveries were recorded in Honolulu in 1961 per official statistics).
• Block 20 and 22. The date of registration is taken from the COLB. The same date is used in both boxes consistent with the Nordyke certificate. The Nordyke image suggests that a rubber date stamp was used. For this reason one of the stamps is at an angle.
• Block 21. The local registrar is unknown, although there is a high probability that it is the same name as is on the Nordyke certificate

Taitz/Cook

Stefan Cook’s attorney Orly Taitz has apparently gone berzerk over the results of her case in Florida, Cook v. Simtech. She’s screaming NAZI at the judge and demanding his removal from the bench. Why, because she says he “sealed” his orders. Orly is also feeling the heat because her bad advice cost Cook has lost his $120,000 job. (If you want to keep your security clearance, you don’t run around in public challenging the legitimacy of the Commander in Chief.)

After the case was dismissed, Orly made several motions to reconsider the case and to dismiss the judge.

Of course, it makes no sense for orders to be sealed in a case like this, and indeed it’s not true. A quick visit to the court’s web site (subscription required) reveals the orders as follows:

Orly says:

Sorry, Orly. Nothing was sealed. The judge just dismissed these frivolous motions without comment. Nothing requires the judge to deliver a lengthy opinion to dismiss a frivolous motion. If Orly doesn’t like it, she can appeal.

In an email Monday, our modern day Madame Defarge, Orly Taitz, invokes images of the storming of the Bastille  in her lust for a bloody coup against her personal demon, Barack Obama:

My first hearing in Keyes et all [sic] v Obama et all [sic] is this Monday at 8:30 in the Morning in Santa Ana Fed. Court, here in CAFirst Hearing in Cook v Good, MacDonald, Gates and Obama is this Thursday at 9 am in the morning in Columbus GA. There will be a lot of traveling.

Bastille day is smack in the middle on the 14th. I think there will be a lot of rage and rebellion if none of the judges order discovery of Obama’s vital records.

Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney who had a hearing today in court concerning BO qualifications!!!!

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:

1. There will be a trial.

2. It will be heard on the merits.

3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.

4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.

5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.

6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

The DOJ will be involved with the case also…. I wasn’t clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.

Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.

This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.

Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.

Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

WAVEY DAVEY’S REPORT OF THE MOTION TO SHOW CAUSE HEARING IN KEYES V OBAMA 7/12/09

AS DICTATED TO ME BY BB

I received a call from wavey davey who attended today’s hearing in the Central District of California. The outcome is not what we expected, but it is clear that the judge wants to position the case so that he can rule on the merits.

The judge had stern words for Orly a number of times, although he showed a lot of patience. She kept going off on her litany regarding the hundreds of Social Security numbers, and the judge let her bather on for a while. She also repeatedly asked the Court, “Why are the United States attorneys here? They have no standing, they’re not allowed to be here,” and the Court corrected her on that.

She wanted to talk about the merits of the case and the court said, “Today is not about merits, it is about procedure.”

The court made clear, several times, that he wants this case to go forward on the merits but he did say that proper service had not been achieved on Obama. The U.S. Attorney’s office was represented by DeJute. At first Mr. DeJute said that he was not authorized to accept service on behalf of the United States but it was determined that the U.S. Attorney for the district could accept service and so the court ordered Orly and DeJute to confer and to march downstairs together to properly serve the United States Attorney.

Charles Lincoln* was present as a “law clerk.”

Wavey davey described him as “short, dumpy, early middle-age, balding.”

Orly continually argued with the judge. The judge responded, “I’m giving you a gift.” When she continued to want to argue the merits and that she had achieved service the judge said, “I think you must be deaf. You aren’t listening. You’re stubborn.”

The judge kept saying that he wanted “what gets this case into court on the merits.”

So what was agreed was that the service would be achieved on the United States Attorney, the United States would have 60 days to respond, and the United States many not ask for any extensions of time.

Orly still wasn’t even satisfied with this result and the judge kept saying, “If you want this expedited I’ll do this, but we need to get this resolved for once and all.”

At one point then Orly said she wanted mediation. The judge’s response was, “What’s to mediate? Either Obama is president or he is not.”

At one point Orly started to read the motion that she filed today. The judge cut her off saying, “I can read.” He noted that he had worked all weekend and would have been available to read this had she filed it earlier. “I’ve seen it. It’s not relevant, you’re wasting your time reading it into the record.”

Waveydavey did note that, as expected, Orly exhibited that she really does not have the socialization skills of others in the legal community. He said it was rather funny, when she first came into the courtroom she was beaming at her Orlybots — there were a number of them there — he was the only Obamabot or Obot there — she had a huge bag stuffed full of things, as well as her purse, and she marched right up beyond the gate and sat down at counsel table.

The courtroom deputy to whom she had not entered her appearance, spoke to her and told her, “It’s not your turn. Go back to the gallery and sit down. Your case will be called,” and Orly was quite flustered because she obviously doesn’t know the custom of a docket call.

Waveydavey also described her as being very pushy and that the judge, on a number of occasions, cut her off. At one point he called for a recess saying, “You need to calm down.”

The judge, several times, indicated that he wants to be able to rule on the merits of the case stating, “This needs to be resolved. We need to get rid of all these doubts.”

Orly indicated that she intends to file a FOIA request. The Court said, “Go ahead, but it would be a waste of time. If we’re going to hear this on the merits there may be rulings, you know, regarding documents.”

BY BB: My own commentary is this is not the result we are hoping for today but my sense, and the sense of wavey davey, who was there, is that what the judge wants to do is to set this up so that he basically rules on the merits that Obama is eligible to be president and perhaps to shut down Orly’s lawsuits. Whether that will actually satisfy Orly and the birthers, I doubt.

If the court had dismissed Orly’s case for lack of service, she could have just filed it again, so nothing would really be served by such a dismissal except more time wasted.

President Soetoro?

This little gem (first circulated as an April Fools joke) is being recycled. Of course the case obliquely referenced here was dismissed, and the subpoena was quashed. This article represents what the “hope”  of the denialists looks like:

transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.”

This is the man now sitting in the oval office that we’re talking about above. He is also a lawyer; that is a sworn officer of the courts system, and a member of the Bar that actually taught Constitutional Law in Illinois, before running for the office he now occupies.

This immediately brings up a number of direct conflicts of interest that in themselves create several indefensible positions for the fraud that Barack Hussein Obama, formerly Barry Soetoro, truly appears to be. How could Obama the lawyer not know that he took grant money for financial aid, from the Fulbright Foundation that was intended only for foreign citizens? How then to square this with his supposed Naturalized American-citizen status that he claimed in order to run for president? He cannot be both things in the same person; especially not at the same time.

Also Obama is a lawyer so how can he excuse himself, from lying under oath, either as a president or as a candidate; not-to-mention deceiving the public as to his actual qualifications for the office he now supposedly holds?

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about

Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as president. When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.”

There are far more lawyers in America than almost any other profession-so how is it that as a professional body lawyers have remained silent on so many aspects of this quagmire? For instance what has the National Bar Association said about these apparent conflicts of interest between Obama’s oath as a lawyer vs. his oath as the president? But there’s an even more basic question which has to do with how does Obama balance the lies he routinely tells the world, as opposed to his duty as an officer before the National Bar of Justice? Internationally, our commander-in-chief has placed himself and his administration even further beyond the laws than even Cheney and George W. Bush dared to go-on top of all his campaign promises that have been massively shattered at almost every turn!

“Britain’s Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned,” leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups,Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.”

The interesting aspects of this quagmire concern the following: How many times has Barack Hussein Obama lied to get where he is today. If he was not a citizen; how was he able to pass the bar and take the oath to enforce the law that he was breaking by swearing to uphold the constitution of a country that he was not clearly a citizen of? When he ran for and won an office in the State Legislature and again when he ran for and won the office of US Senator for the State of Illinois-both those jobs require swearing an oath of office that, if his birth certificate was not valid; had to have been illegally held-yes?

Moreover, as a lawyer now, and a former professor of Constitutional law: how can he continue to do the massively illegal things that he is doing each and every day as resident dictator from the oval office? Why has Obama the man, not been disbarred for cause? Also in matters of legality, the office has the White House Office of legal affairs that comes with the job ­ but as an officer of the courts: Obama is technically not allowed to run roughshod over all the settled laws of the United States-which he has been doing with intensity of late.

Does Obama bear an even greater responsibility when as Commander-in-Thief he orders things like illegal torture and expanded illegal wire-taps; along with claiming for himself and the administration special privileges when it comes down to abiding by the laws or crushing them under the jack-boots of his ‘administration’s long term goals?

Perhaps this glaring statistic might shed some real-time light on that topic? “Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records?” Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter”.

There is also the rumor that Michelle Obama’s license to practice law in the State of Illinois was revoked-but so far at least no one seems to be able to get to the bottom of that additional bit of current presidential folklore. Why should not Obama be prosecuted for fraud against the people, and if this pans out, will this equal possible treason against the country; depending on how deeply his lies have gone into the blood and bone of the constitution that his directives have been aimed directly at, on how many different occasions?

In effect when Barack Obama was specifically asked about what the change would look like, prior to being selected, he said: “I AM THE CHANGE.” The inference being that ‘change’ was not so much about policies to be made, but rather it would be confined to his person as the new face that is the holder of the title who had taken over from the old face that was his predecessor. This goes a long way toward understanding why the new face does not want to prosecute the old face; since they both were and are working on the same unholy goals and illegal wars-but mainly on the enslavement and destruction of this country as a viable nation. That’s why Cheney Bush are not being prosecuted; because in every instance Obama has now exceeded anything that Cheney-Bush ever did before he arrived.

We need the non-lawyers in Washington to investigate the selection that sits in the Oval Office as resident dictator. The public needs to get some straight answers about just what and who our lawyer-leader-dictator really is. Most of all we need to know to what or to whom does he actually owes his allegiance as president! If he cannot clarify these things then he needs to be removed from office and publicly tried for what he has attempted to do beyond the laws of this country and the constitution!
