Birther Nation

Andy Martin

Yes, he’s back [again] and “Internet Powerhouse” Andy Martin, now crowned “King of the Birthers,” has coined a new term: “Birther Nation” — more influential than the Tea Party, or so he says in his “Birther Chronicles” series. [Doc is reminded of his total failure at fiction in the aborted Obot Chronicles. Clicking on the preceding hyperlink is a waste of time.]

Martin has issued a press release about his latest entry in the Birther Chronicles, Why “Birther Nation” matters. It is so like Martin to issue a press release when he posts something new on his blog.

Today we discuss why “Birther Nation” matters and why Hawai’i officials are only fanning the fires of suspicion when they try to suppress access to Barack Obama’s original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate.

Martin now claims 150,000,000 as the number of Americans who have doubts about Obama. [Me, I doubt that he walks on water.]

    Ah, my old friend Andy.

His 1996 run for the Florida State Senate came unraveled when it was revealed that he’d named his campaign committee for his 1986 congressional run “The Anthony R. Martin-Trigona Congressional Campaign to Exterminate Jew Power in America.” The revelation led the state Republican Party to renounce him. Just before the election, he assaulted two cameramen from WPTV, the NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach. He was convicted of criminal mischief and sentenced to a year in jail. He was freed pending appeal, but made personal attacks on the judge while on the way out of the courtroom. The judge held Martin in criminal contempt of court and sentenced him to seven months in jail. However, he was mistakenly let out of jail after only a month. Martin never returned, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. If he is ever arrested, he will have to serve 16 months in jail. The warrant was still outstanding at least as of the time of Martin’s 2008 Senate run, but he said the issue is being “resolved.”

In his motion for the 1983 bankruptcy case, he called the judge “a crooked, slimy Jew who has a history of lying and thieving common to members of his race.” In another motion that year, Martin stated, “I am able to understand how the Holocaust took place, and with every passing day feel less and less sorry that it did.” He went on to say that “Jew survivors are operating as a wolf pack to steal my property.”

Thanks for the information on “the King of the Birthers” anti-Semitic history. And yet . . . and yet, how long do you suppose it will be before “the Queen of the Birthers,” Orly Taitz, lists him as a Facebook friend? It seems that royals make strange bedfellows; but of course, they’re different from us.

  4. misha says:

Arthur, I don’t know if you saw this, but I wrote how Rand and Ron Paul are close with white nationalists.

As I pointed out, trying to bolster the ridiculous theory of “allegiance at birth” has clear antisemitic consequences — purposefully so in some quarters IMHO.

Exactly – Lupin, did you click on that link above? I think you would find it useful.

here’s a quote from the Internet Powerhouse’s web site:
    .
“So why has Obama, why has his Hawaiian stooge Lingle, why have the MSMs failed to defeat Birther Nation” also this “Closeted” Obama acolyte Linda Lingle…, (sentence errors are Andy’s)
    .
What a pleasent fellow! Hey Andy, good luck with your desired meeting with Gov Lingle.

On the wiki page, this is my favorite bit:

Martin had been described by state psychiatrists as having a “moderately severe character defect manifested by well-documented ideation with a paranoid flavor and a grandiose character.”

It’s like looking at Mario in a mirror!

Orly Taitz can be described as this as well. There’s no doubt that she is paranoid and gradiose.

Thanks for providing that link; it was both informative and distressing. For a satirical take on Ayn Rand, Stephen Colbert had this to say last year:

Let’s not forget L. Ron Hubbard.

If they had to pick sci-fi writers as gurus, why not Asimov or Simak? Ah well.

    http://www.thepostemail.com/2010/05/24/the-death-penalty-why-it-was-sanctioned-by-the-founders/

“According to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, in time of war, the penalty for treason is death. That includes the Commander-in-Chief. It also includes civilian co-conspirators. With wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, and an ongoing war against terrorism, death for acts of treason are absolutely necessary and absolutely called for. There has never been a higher form of treason than that which has been perpetrated by Obama and his co-conspirators. If anyone in history ever deserved the death penalty, it is Obama and his enablers.”

“To give Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and others life sentences is ludicrous. Enabling them to publish life stories or autobiographies instead of allowing them to meet their Maker merely affords them the opportunity to spend the rest of their natural lives sharing our secrets with our enemies and to write about how they perpetrated the greatest fraud in history. Worst of all, there is no effective way, other than the death penalty, to prevent the conspirators from communicating what they know about the operation of the U.S. government and what they have learned with the rest of the world.”

And of course this leads to the comments from the peanut gallery….

This is the best way to end the corruption in Congress. Off with their heads. Each member of Congress was made aware that there is a Usurper in the White House. Once the Usurper is outed, we can kick them all out, send them to the guillotines and start all over.

Even funnier is how the Post and Fail, in their desperation is taking a page out of Orly’s book. Meaning Rondeau wrote here usual piece of crap article, but used posts from readers that were moderated and not allowed to post as her proof that Obama and his followers are “getting nervous”….Really…You can’t make this stuff up. I guess the infamous paypal button will be next….

    http://www.thepostemail.com/2010/05/24/the-post-email-will-continue-to-fight-evil-wherever-we-find-it/

“Obama is a pure fraud, and the state of Hawaii is a pure fraud, rotten as it can be. Its legislators, public officials and courts are corrupt to the core and unworthy to be considered a part of the United States of America. Some day, they will pay for the many ways in which they have sold out the American people and allowed a constitutionally-ineligible person to occupy our White House. There will be more coming on this later in the week.

We know that Obama’s worshippers are desperate because we have continued to expose Obama’s lies, fraud and deceit to the point where even they cannot logically defend him.”

“There have been three attempts to bring down our site since we published the article revealing Factcheck.org’s treachery and lack of response to our questions about Obama’s fake birth documents. Maybe the folks at Factcheck should be getting a little nervous.”

“Obama’s supporters do not appear to be very intelligent, and they have become incoherent in recent weeks. ”

“As is evidenced by these preposterous comments, Obama’s supporters no longer have any defense for him. They apparently know he is not constitutionally-qualified but want him in office anyway.”

“If you would like to help us continue our mission of exposing the truth as well as the lies, please consider a small donation.”

I’m with you on being very concerned about this, Black Lion.

It is for that very reason that vigilance is needed in monitoring, exposing & dispelling the lies and myths of such hate groups, such as the birthers.

Although they do crazy stuff that is also harmless & entertaining for its sheer nuttiness, there are a number of them who seem to be prone to, in the least, violent fantasies; which could trend towards violent activities.

As the comments in the post you provided demonstrate, such insular, hate-based thinking doesn’t stop with just one target – no, some of these folks would like to kill anyone who in any way thinks, looks, or acts differently then them in any manner whatsoever at all.

G, you are so right. That is why I sometimes will enter the cesspools like the Post and Fail because we can see how the so called “patriots” are being fired up to the point that they feel that the only alternative would be violence. When you see the comments, you know that some of them are just keyboard warriors so to speak. But I really do feel that there will be that person that will try and take matters into their own hands. Maybe not against the President, but possibly Dr. Fukino? Or Gov Lingle? Or maybe Eric Holder? All of these sites have these individuals as “enemies of the state” so who knows. I just hope law enforcement is as vigilent in regards to these nutcases….

Can any legal action be taken against PayPal for aiding & abetting sedition via these donations? That would put a crimp in their shenanigans. Maybe freeze their bank accounts, too.

If enough people complain then they do take action. Write the sites saying “How dare you support funding groups who support treason!” And stuff like that, get around 5,000 they’ll give in. I think that’s one of the reason Taitz’s lost hers.

Lupin: Isn’t birtherism a religion already?

It has all the trappings of a religion, so yeah. Especially the donation part.

(In Hebrew, ‘chai’ means life, and the number 18.)

Rabbi – “Could you make a donation to the temple?”
    man – “Sure. Chai.”
Rabbi – “Let’s make it an even twenty.”

  23. Thanks for the tip and the info. I got some blogging up on the powerhouse 🙂
