When is a birther not a birther?

"Vote for the American" bumper sticker There’s been some buzz about the appearance of bumper stickers on Thrifty Rental cars in Buffalo, NY. The stickers say: “Vote for the AMERICAN.”

Thrifty franchise operator, and former candidate for Governor of New York, Carl Paladino says: “I’m not a birther.” He explains his decision to make a statement by saying that the President just acts un-American; however, tweets and an email from Paladino suggests otherwise:

Obamas authentic birth certificate from Coast Memorial Hospital , in Mombasa , KENYA . Now the task is to get the courts to authenticate it and then kick Obama out of office, something they are loathe to do.

So to answer the question: a birther is not a birther when they are a cowardly lying piece of excrement on the bottom of your boot.

imageThrifty Corporate HQ says that is their policy not to have political advertisements on the cars. Who knows what they are saying to Mr. Paladino in private? Some Thrifty customers have said that they will never rent from Thrifty again.

When I saw this news piece, I just thought no problem…I was going to vote for Obama anyway.

  2. Pastor Charmley says:

It amazes me that there are those willing to accept either of the fake Kenya birth certificates, but who reject the Hawaii certificate produced by Obama. Yet a man I otherwise regard as quite sane has done just that – in fact sent me an email suggesting that BOTH the fake certificates were real!

  3. As I have written before, both of my degrees are from schools in Buffalo.

Here is what is driving Paladino: Buffalo is 65% white, mostly of Polish and Italian descent. In fact, Buffalo once had a Polish language daily, The Am-Pol Eagle.

Buffalo’s mayor is Byron Brown, a black man: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byron_Brown

At one time, the mayor was either Italian or Polish. The writing is on the wall, and Paladino and his ilk are acting like a cornered wild animal.

Rmoney, Boehner and the rest, will not denounce them. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge…

Vote for the American, not for the Cayman-Swiss.

Birther-Linked Super PAC Runs Islamaphoic Ad Against Michigan Candidate

In a stunning appeal to Islamaphobia, a group linked to former Swiftboater and birther conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi has launched a smear attack ad on a Muslim-American Congressional candidate. The spot warns that Dr. Syed Taj, the Democratic nominee in Michigan’s 11th Congressional district, wants to “advance Muslim power in America.”

Corsi, who has been tied to the Fund, has promoted a multitude of Islamophobic conspiracy theories, including that President Obama wears an Islamic inscription on the interior of his wedding ring. Despite his fringe beliefs, Corsi was recently permitted to ride on the Romney campaign plane with the press corps.

On its website, Freedom’s Defense Fund claims it fights for “the principles of limited government, as the Founders understood them.” Apparently they don’t believe freedom of religion is of those principles.

    Why am I not surprised?

  11. The racism of yesteryear has come full circle in our county. The entire world embraced our choice of a black President four years ago and most nations still support him. The fringe elements of bigotry have crept through into the mainstream once again with conservative mouthpieces planting the seeds of hate. The only doubt lies here at home rooting from bigotry.
