One of the amusing side notes coming out of the reports from the Grinols v. Electoral College hearing yesterday was a comment by Orly Taitz that she was picking up a used X-Ray machine in the afternoon, presumably for her dental practice. This indicates that she still has some intention to continue to practice dentistry.
Judge England dismissed Orly’s big eligibility case yesterday, and one has to speculate about what this means for her. (So far, she hasn’t commented on the loss on her blog). It is my view, and one shared by others, that Orly Taitz receives personal validation from her role as the crusading attorney, and indeed she has gotten some serious mileage out of that identity, appearing on national television both here and abroad. And if there were any question about how Orly views herself, just look at the masthead of her web site [link to Taitz web site].
Despite around 30 supporters showing up for Orly’s performance in Court yesterday, interest in Obama eligibility stories is waning. Both birther and Obot web sites have shut down. I suppose Orly will file a motion to reconsider, and perhaps a frivolous appeal in Grinols. She still has a case active in Mississippi, but it’s not doing much right now, and Mississippi doesn’t have the media impact of California (and she’s not licensed to practice law in Mississippi anyway).
It would seem to me that Orly Taitz will keep filing lawsuits. Given that she is branching out on her web site to other dubious right-wing causes beyond Obama conspiracies, I think it’s quite possible that she will start filing lawsuits on these topics, but she could continue to file Obama lawsuits too. I don’t think the frivolous and abusive lawsuits will stop until she is disbarred and/or declared a vexatious litigant.
Perhaps there is a future for her in talk radio following the model of Alex Jones.

The judge did mention that criminal complaints should go through the attorneys general office. After yet another devastating loss, she has become quite desperate and believes that sending out complaints to AG and DA’s around the country, she can somehow overcome the problems with her ‘evidence’…

Although she now tells Glen Beck and Pam Gellar to “look in the mirror” I am dumbstruck that to this day Orly Taitz has never doubted or questioned herself. She refuses to consider the simple fact that the SS # discrepancy is probably a clerical error related to zip codes. After all, since when is bureaucracy free from error?
Fox News (where Glen Beck once lived), and other “news stations” such as Alex Jones’ Info Wars are not news stations at all. They are political propaganda machines. I noticed the huge difference in the quality of reporting from our local Sacramento station on the Boston bombers. Our local station had no political ax to grind and no propaganda agenda. They simply reported the facts. These other media outlets seem to be full of people with hero complexes. Were it not for this hero complex, the players involved might be able to meet and agree and cooperate and proceed together somehow.

Her statement from the judge that the “proper avenue is a criminal complaint” was misleading to the public. The judge probably already knows that the path to a criminal indictment is too steep for Orly to climb, and other wanna-be-heroes have already fallen off that cliff.

Orly also overlooks presidential immunity from prosecution. But then, for all that she bangs on about the Constitution, she clearly never read it. If she did, she’d also understand why journalists can’t be guilty of treason for not reporting her allegations. My guess is that she is not just insane and deluded but has a completely empty life except for the fame she gets from her anti-Obama crusade. So until she runs up against a judge who finally says enough already, she will continue. As for her disgusting racist rants, it’s interesting that these posts attract zero comments. Under Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18 (b). Point 9, all Reverend Manning needs is a (court) order from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Anyone armed with a court order can inspect the original or receive a copy of the original.

Orly survives on misleading the sad-sacks and haters who are her adoring public. She wants to pretend that the judge acknowledges that she has a solid case, and is merely redirecting her to submit it through a different particular channel. But the judge dismissed the case and told her NONE of what she calls “evidence” is admissible in court (and therefore IS NOT LEGAL EVIDENCE AT ALL!) So the judge more likely meant to emphasize that this contemptible excuse for a lawyer, who clearly didn’t even know what “evidence” means, had also jumped the gun by wasting the court’s time with this garbage without even having checked to make sure that a legal charging authority, like a states attorney, or a Sheriff, had confirmed that what she was claiming was supported by legal evidence sufficient to criminally prosecute.
Instead, Orly ignored Sheriff Joe’s unwillingness to initiate any legal action against Obama.
Think back; Orly routinely has misleadingly characterized almost every legal proceeding both prospectively and afterwards. Only a non-lawyer could come up with her naive interpretations of events bearing on her cases.
Like when she unethically approached Supreme Court Justices in public and tried to get them to comment on her case.
When Scalia responded with a pat disengaging line like, “I don’t remember”, she announced his clerks had obviously criminally kept him from ever seeing her case. She declared as “proof” that Scalia “didn’t have a clue” about her filings.

Well, given Manning’s criminal history, I would say his first option might be a break-and-enter job. But I’m certain he doesn’t have the intelligence to pull that off.

And swearing in an affidavit that Mr. Obama in his first day as president sealed his own personal records by executive order, when anyone with the ability to do Internet research can call up any presidential executive order for the last 80 years on the Federal Register website. When you’re sworn in as a witness in court, the opposing side can seek to impeach your credibility by asking other witnesses whether you have a repuation for truthfulness. Two such blatant lies by Zullo would help that discrediting process along.

Lawyers in that case’s response – post a clearer copy of the birth certificate.
Orly’s action – accuse the lawyers of knowingly submitting false, forged documents to the court.
Lawyers’ response – request and receive a verification from the State of Hawaii that the information on the copy of Obama’s birth certificate, located at the White House’s web site, matches the information contained on Hawaii’s legal original.
So, because of Orly’s actions, we have unveiled the truth – that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and is, therefore, a natural born citizen.

Manning may not badmouth Orly publicly but he’s not stupid enough to get mixed up with her in any court case. All his talk of Hawaii was to drum up the support for his trip and get those followers to hit the PayPal button. Those beachfront rooms and first class tickets don’t pay for themselves, ya know!
As for a criminal case, that’s one area Manning could definitely be of assistance to Orly with as I’m certain he hasn’t forgotten the multiple times he spent in criminal court prior to being sentenced for armed robbery. Like so many convicts, Manning claims to have found God while in prison while the reality is he found a new way to make money. He’s still stealing but he does it under the guise of preaching complete with a phony doctorate degree from his very own unaccredited school.
