Kreepy tales and other things from Orly

Orly Taitz, DDS, Esq

Today Orly Taitz tells us that the Washington Post who interviewed her, and who had a photographer do a photo shoot yesterday, will be publishing what Orly calls an “article- biographical expose about me and my legal challenges of Obama’s eligibility” this Monday, October 5, timed for the hearing before Judge Carter in California. This should be most enlightening and I will certainly be looking forward to the article on Monday, as well as haunting Politijab for any news of how the hearing went. [Everyone is invited to listen to Reality Check Radio on Blog Talk Radio Monday night at 9 EDT. A poster at Politijab will be at the motion hearing in Barnett and will give a same day account. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Reality-Check-/2009/10/06/Reality-Check-Radio]

Orly continues to hammer USJF attorney Gary Kreep who is now part of the Barnett v. Obama case representing Markham Robinson and Wiley Drake. She accuses Kreep of messing up her case and doing nothing to help. Now she accuses him of stiffing her out of a $2,000 contribution from a named donor.

Then Orly makes the inexplicable comment:

“I used this motion to simply pour dirt on me.”

It looks like the birthers are going back to an old theory again. A poster over at the ROSL who is a poster over at the birthers.com is restarting the infamous you could be born outside of HI and get a HI BC or COLB…

    The posts…

That Obama’s birth was REGISTERED in Hawaii and that data appears in the Index does not mean he was actually physically born in Hawaii. The very lax birth registration laws in Hawaii provide many ways for a child to be born elsewhere but having the child registered as being born in Hawaii. One method is the simple mail in form registering the birth as having occurred in Hawaii which only required to signature of one relative and no witnesses. Without contemporaneously generated primary source independent witnesses and evidence, the data in the Hawaiian Health Records system prove nothing as to where Obama was really born. We need the name of the hospital, names of the delivering doctor, or medical attendant, or mid-wife, or paramedic called to the scene if the child birth was at home. What is needed is independent contemporary, primary source evidence beyond what was created by the REGISTRATION of the birth … which was this Index data and the newspaper accounts. Both were products and derivatives of the birth registration and provide no additional probative value that Obama was physically born in Hawaii.

Here is a link to audio of Mr. Kerchner the Lead Plaintiff in the Kerchner vs Obama lawsuit being interviewed on the Bill Cunningham Radio Show, a national conservative talk radio show. He explains in this 15 minute interview that registration of the birth in Hawaii does not prove Obama was actually born there and how the newspaper and other data elements were all derived from the probable false registration of the birth in Hawaii. The news paper advertisement and the index data were subsequently all triggered by that false registration which could be easily done in Hawaii in 1961 with a simple mail in form. The sole purpose of doing the false registration say by Obama’s maternal grandmother would be simply to get the new born child U.S. citizenship which is the same motivation of many a false registration of birth and document forgeries today.

It is amazing to see how desperate they are getting. Recycling the same lies doesn’t make it the truth the second time around. We all know that the law was not passed until 1982 and could not say Honolulu as the city of birth…

  2. This silliness was refuted last December on this blog:

    http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2008/12/not_born_in_hawaii/

    This is discouraging, nonetheless.

  3. misha says:

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll be looking for it. It will probably be a little more critical than the OC Weekly.

“I used this motion to simply pour dirt on me.”

    I can cheeseburger.

  4. Bob says:

Yes; as barackryphal predicted back in January, birfers will move onto fallback positions.

Obama’s parents faked his registration and Obama lost his citizenship when he was adopted being the next two in line.

  5. kimba says:

OK, this is stupid, but are there any Dr C fans in Honolulu who can take a field trip to the state offices and have a look at the index data document for us? We know what’s there but before some birther gets there and makes up what’s on it….Ooo, I just got a scathingly brilliant idea! Birthers don’t trust anyone, they won’t believe what anyone who goes and looks at the document says. I should offer tour packages to fly to Hawaii, stay for 3 nights, bus tour to all the Obama key locations – the 2 hospitals, the Punahou school, the different residences, his favorite stand for an ice, beach where he body-surfed, culiminating in a stop at the state offices where each participant will get a chance to look at the index data document!! Charter flights leaving from Atlanta, Jacksonville, Dallas, Columbia SC, Nashville and Phoenix! What do you guys think?

  6. Reality Check says:

    Doc,

You keep pumping out great articles. Every article on the front page is a hit. I particularly like the new feature, “Obots in History”

I invite everyone to listen to Reality Check Radio on Blog Talk Radio Monday night at 9 EDT. A poster at Politijab will be at the motion hearing in Barnett and will give us a same day account.

If the stars align we may be talking about a dismissal in Barnett and sanctions and a $10k fine from Judge Land. Even if that doesn’t happen Monday the eventual outcomes are inevitable.

  7. kimba says:

“Pour Some Dirt on Me”, isn’t that a Def Leppard song? No wait, their song it was sugar, not dirt. Is that some hebrew idiomatic reference, ‘I pour dirt on me’?

  8. misha says:

    Wait, he didn’t?

  9. misha says:

Only if the flight is on a spaceship.

I’ll give the tour highlights in Yiddish and Esperanto. Sign me up.

  10. kimba says:

I really don’t understand this. Don’t they think, well Leo thinks, the British dual citizenship and the two citizen parent requirement is the way to go? Didn’t he say he was going to prove Obama was born in Hawaii to get it off the table? I don’t understand, are the faithful not following along with the program?

  11. misha says:

No, she is simply demonstrating her superb command of English.

  12. richCares says:

thanks, I’ll be sure to listen, I enjoyed wavydavy’s last roundup.

  13. Bob says:

Great show; and GeorgetownJD always has some great legal analysis.

  14. Bob says:

    Donofrio says, Okuno caught again!”

I can see where this is going: Because Donofrio is dissatified with the quality of responses that he’s getting, it is reasonable to conclude that nothing Hawaii says is true.

  15. mimi says:

“I used this motion to simply pour dirt on me.”

Nobody has a clue what that means? I hope some interviewer will ask her. That is just nutty.

  16. misha says:

It means I don’t speak well English, and I should stick to teeth.

  17. Black Lion says:

Agreed…It is amazing that they would rather rehash the same crap over again than believe the evidence in front of them…So we will be hearing about this over the few weeks as the birthers get more desperate….I wonder if the Canadian birth theory will be coming back anytime soon….

  18. misha says:

The crazier the more likely. Show me a birther who plays with a full deck…

  19. Lupin says:

Why don’t you take her literally:

She took the sheet of paper upon which the motion was written, went out, found a sandbox, scooped up some dirt with the paper and poured it on (over) her, presumably while singing the boatsongs of the Volga.

It’s an ancient Moldavian ritual to ward off negroes.

  20. LM K says:

If we tell the birfers that recycling is earth-friendly, do you think they might stop recycling their ideas?

This is the gang that fought Earth Hour by turning on every electrical appliance and light on in their house to counter all those liberal swine who stopped using electricity for an hour.

  21. misha says:

When Jews lie down with conservatives, they just get fleas.

  22. I presume she meant to say “He used…”.

  23. Fans? The last thing I need is fans.

  24. misha says:

And that is exactly why she should stick to teeth: she is a terrible advocate. She also has a rotten temper. Both qualities make for a poor advocate.

  25. Black Lion says:

I saw this over at tROSL and found it kind of amusing…It is amazing how the same crap is recycled…

Commentary by Beckwith, The Obama File, 10/3/2009

    Where Do Birthers Come From?

Well, it probably started with Dreams . . . [I.O. ed., link to examination of Obama, including his book,Dreams From My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance]

In the introduction, Obama acknowledged his use of pseudonyms, composite characters, approximated dialogue and events out of chronological order. “He was trying to be careful of people’s feelings,” said Deborah Baker, the editor on the first paperback edition of the book. “The fact is, it all had a sort of larger truth going on that you couldn’t make up.” — basically, Obama’s

story as told by Obama, and a few others, has more than a few holes in it — and his relationships are extraordinary.

Well, folks put that information away. Everybody puffs up their resume — no harm — no foul.

Then along came that Muslim thing. Obama’s sister Maya was quoted by the New York Times as saying, “My whole family was Muslim.” Obama said the Muslim call to prayer is “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth,” in an interview with Nicholas Kristof, published in The New York Times, reciting the Muslim call to prayer, the Adhan, “with a first-class [Arabic] accent.”

The whole question of whether Obama was or wasn’t a Muslim began in the Obama camp — then there was a whole series of contradictory reports — no! he isn’t — well, maybe he is — well, maybe he used to be — no! absolutely not! — he’s a committed Christian. Yeah, but what kind of Christian — he wasn’t quite what I was used to — for 20 years, Obama was a member of a huge black nationalist church, the Trinity United Church of Christ (UCC) — its pastor, Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright, a former Muslim and black nationalist, unabashedly preached a “black” gospel” and “liberation theory.”

And people said — hey! — wait a minute! Then the dozens of different eligibility issues — Obama’s birthplace is not certain — the birth certificate is demonstrably counterfeit — he admits he was a British subject at birth. And then The Obama File published this list:

â–Original, vault copy birth certificate — Not released (lawyers’ fees = $2,000,000; birth certificate = $15)
â–Certification of Live Birth — Released — Counterfeit
â–Obama/Dunham divorce — Released (by independent investigators)
â–Kindergarten records — Records lost (this is a big one — see here — read two frames)Obama/Dunham marriage license — Not released (if one exists)
â–Soetoro/Dunham marriage license — Not released
â–Soetoro adoption records — Not released
â–Fransiskus Assisi School School application — Released (by independent investigators)
â–Punahou School records — Not released
â–Soetoro/Dunham divorce — Released (by independent investigators)
    â–Selective Service Registration — Released — Counterfeit
â–Occidental College records — Not released
â–Passport — Not released and records scrubbed clean by Obama’s terrorism and intelligence adviser.
â–Columbia College records — Not released
â–Columbia thesis — “Soviet Nuclear Disarmament” — Not released
â–Harvard College records — Not released
â–Harvard Law Review articles — None
â–Illinois Bar Records — Not released.
    â–Baptism certificate — None
    â–Medical records — Not released
â–Illinois State Senate records — None
â–Illinois State Senate schedule — Lost
â–Law practice client list — Not released
â–University of Chicago scholarly articles — None
The Illinois State Archives told Judicial Watch that they never received any request from Senator Obama to archive any records in his possession. In 2007, Obama told Tim Russert that his records were “not kept.”

And there’s less on the web every day. In time, the entire Obama body of knowledge will consist of 3 documents — “Dreams From My Father” — “The Audacity of Hope” — and the latest — “Change We Can Believe In” — all written by Barack Hussein Obama or his “ghost-writers.”

Just an accident? I don’t think so.

Obama has lived for almost 50 years without leaving any footprints — none! There is no Obama documentation — no bona fides — no paper trail — nothing.

Being a “Birther” is not about the birth certificate. The birth certificate isn’t the answer. It’s a symbol for all the other stuff that’s just not there. You wouldn’t hire with a guy with this CV to mow your lawn. Obama’s complete disregard for the reasonable expectations of the American people to know who and what their leaders are created Birthers — and Obama can make them go away — in a heartbeat. Obama — release your bona fides. The American People have a right to know who you are, and who sent you.

  26. Black Lion says:

What is also kind funny is how the birthers quickly turn on their own when they don’t like what is said. They are now turning on Lindsey Graham because they don’t like the fact that he called them fools and stated that he believed that the President was born in HI…

    http://www.therightsideoflife.com/?p=7413

Also funny was that WND is pushing a video by that washed up actor Chuck Norris…

Also what I find funny is the following comment by a poster over at the ROSL. I am still trying to figure out what a senior thesis has to do with being eligible for President….

Re: Obama’s mysterious records, a reminder:
Arlen Williams mentions as Obama’s Columbia graduation thesis a certain “Soviet Nuclear Disarmament” and here I have to remind him the following:
    1) Obama claimed that as his graduation thesis, but he also claimed a “North-South Relationships in The Post Colonial Age” as a graduation thesis, fact quite interesting because:
    2) at that time Columbia U didn’t have a thesis as graduation requirement for Obama’s undergraduate track, a vague “international blah blah blah” –

  27. June bug says:

    LOL!

Thanks, Lupin – I needed the laugh, but now I’m cleaning up the coffee I spewed all over my screen!

  28. #2 is true. I doubt #1.

  29. Mary Brown says:

I am a committed Christian who also finds the Muslim call to prayer beautiful. I am very worried about the resurrection of racist Christianity. Just look into the background of Sarah Palin’s coauthor or whatever you call her.

  30. Kevin Bell says:

Here’s the part that thicks in my craw.

“allow me to first say that the Senator has it completely wrong in terms of what has made this nation, America, great. It had nothing to do with everyone essentially holding hands and moving forward together; it had to do with basing every major governing concept on the supremacy of God while simultaneously recognizing the fallen nature of man. Don’t centralize power in any one area (because people make mistakes and are inclined to some seriously nasty ambitions from time to time) but allow the People to make changes, per the law, as they see fit (God made everyone an individual with certain fundamental rights that can never be granted by any governing body, so those rights must always be protected at all costs).”

So I can blame God for Slavery, the exclusion of women and non-landowners from the early onset of the U.S. political system.

Birtherism = Religious right a match made in insanityland.

  31. milspec says:

I recommend a 1000% mark up, in cash prior to flight.

  32. Mary, you might be interested in a book called Religion and the Racist Right: The Origins of the Christian Identity Movement by Michael Barkum, Universty of North Carolina Press, 1994.

  33. Rickey says:

I’m not seeing any evidence of an Orly story in the online edition of today’s Washington Post.

  34. misha says:

Yeah, I looked too – couldn’t find anything. Anyone have a link?

  35. Per Son says:

They are probably waiting for the outcome of todays hearing.
