According to commenter Arthur, quoting Sharon Rondeau, characterizing the remarks of Mike Zullo, reporting the actions of Sheriff Joe Arpaio:

The rhetoric is escalating. Back in January of 2013 Birther Report quoted Zullo as saying merely:
The evidence we have acquired, new found evidence that we have never made public at any point in time, and we are not going to make public until we have the right opportunity, will convince even the greatest skeptic that this document is 100% a forgery.
That evidence never saw the light of day (nor did the later “Reed Hayes report”). But forget that stuff about the birth certificate. That’s old stuff. This new and improved stuff is so powerful that it will not only remove the most stubborn presidential stains, it threatens the existence of everything ❗ so says Gallups via Rondeau:
Zullo announced that he has discovered, with paper documentation, ‘universe-shattering new information’ in the investigation. Gallups stated that ‘mountains of evidence’ have been found which have changed the direction of the probe. [Is that an ANAL probe? 😯 ]

1I hasten to point out that the Cold Case Posse’s tax exempt status is a taxpayer subsidy, since the CCP doesn’t have to pay taxes on the money they collect, and those who donate to the CCP can deduct the contribution from their income as well.
Is it possible that Zullo’s quote that the MCSO is providing resources to the investigation, might meant that the MCSO is now providing “financial management or financial oversight of the Posse.”?

And, actually, I seriously doubt that the MCSO has “dedicated resources” to the “investigation.” Sheriff Joe said in July, 2012 that he was essentially done with this. Frankly, I suspect that Zullo, acting and talking completely on his own, has become unhinged as his so-called “investigation” collapses in utter failure. He’s gotta invent reasons to talk on the radio, but he’s overspent his fifteen minutes of fame a long time ago.
Coming back to the “Universe Shattering News” I suggest that Zullo/ Gallops (like a horse) / Rondeau read the Hitchhikers Guide to know how important their travails are for the Universe…..

This quote from Birther Report is surely from a Fogbower. It comes a Taitz malapropism. About a year ago, she wanted to make the point that something she filed with the courts was remarkable and stupendous. Instead of writing,
“It’s like nothing you’ve seen before.”

As suspected, they’re blessing anyone unfortunate to be stuck with politely entertaining nuts from the general public.
I have no doubt that there are some nutty reds on the Hill who dabble in this crap, and might even be happy to be visited by birfers. But generally speaking, standard procedure when accosted by a loon is to smile, politely take Whatever It Is, assure them of interest and that appropriate action will be taken, move them on quickly, close door, rolls eyes, trash Whatever It Is (the appropriate action).
Unfortunately, loons have no capacity to recognize when being shined on, and come away from these encounters feeling validated, empowered, and encouraged.
Once targeted by these goofballs, there’s no winning. If you object to them upfront, you’re on their list for further harrassment, which is why people shine them on, rather than kick them to the curb. I believe it has to do with the security paper. They think that the LFBC is printed on security paper that is different from the security paper that Hawaii uses for the short form BCs.
