Orly hacked again

Urgent email just received from Orly Taitz:

My third web site was hacked, I can’t post anything now. Please spread the word,…

A little Obama Conspiracy Archaeology uncovers the fact that this is actually the 4th Orly Taitz web site.

Orly’s web site is up again, and it looks very much like nothing was hacked. It does have yet another URL now:

http://www.orlytaitz.com. (Drop the /blog1.)

The birthers, the tea baggers, the screamers, and the deathers continued extreme minority presence will become tiresome to mainstream America, if it has not already done so. To all the birthers in La, La Land, it is on you to prove to all of us that your assertion is true, if there are people who were there and support your position then show us the video (everyone has a price), either put up or frankly shut-up. I heard Orly Taitz, is selling a tape (I think it’s called “Money, Lies and Video tape”). She is from Orange County, CA, now I know what the mean when they say “behind the Orange Curtain”, when they talk about Orange County, the captial of Conspiracy Theories. You know Obama has a passport, he travel abroad before he was a Senator, but I guess they were in on it. In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme religious right (people who love to push their beliefs on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”. I heard that she now wants to investigate the “Republican 2009 Summer of Love” list: Assemblyman, Michael D. Duvall (CA), Senator John Ensign (NV), Senator Paul Stanley (TN), Governor Mark Stanford (SC), Board of Ed Chair, and Kristin Maguire AKA Bridget Keeney (SC).

  3. Sally Hill says:

I may be Cotton Mather Crazy, but I don’t live in la la land and I have absolutely no idea what it is you want the ‘birthers’ to prove – what people – what video – of what?

Maybe I don’t get it because I’m not a ‘birther’ – I’m a ‘dueler’. I have nothing to prove, I only have a fact – Obama was born with dual-citizenships, hence dual-allegiances making him ineligible to POTUS. I don’t need any proof – Obama freely admits to this fact.

Yes, we know Obama has a passport – he has travelled quite extensively, especially for a young man of modest means. The REAL question is HOW MANY PASSPORTS does he have and which PASSPORT did he travel abroad with, from what other countries does he STILL possess passports?

    Who was in on what?

Most of your post up to this point is sort of hazy and nonsensical, but the next part I take exception with.

All of the extreme right are not necessarily extremely religious. However, I would be interested to know EXACTLY and PRECISELY what beliefs the right are trying to push on you? Also, EXACTLY and PRECISELY what rights they are trying to take from you?

Personally, I don’t HATE anyone…we are ALL Americans. We need to wake up and stop fighting amongst ourselves and fight off the corruption of big government. Within the elite, there are NO party lines, they are all corrupt and in bed with each other. They are out for power and control of We The People. I’m not a Republican, a Conservative, a Libertarian, a Liberal, or a Democrate – I’m an American. What are you?

  4. Mary Brown says:

An American as well. Why would you think Obama had other passports? Why? Do you have copies of them or is this conjecture on your part? You assume that the facts of his birth disqualify him. Many Americans, including the voters, electors and the Congress disagree with you. Many members of Congress are lawyers, Conservative and Liberal and Moderate, and not one brought up this issue. Why? Fear? Love of President Obama? There is a great deal of information, not left leaning opinion on this site you might take the time to read.

  5. Greg says:

Obama was born with dual-citizenships, hence dual-allegiances

Yes, he was born with dual citizenship, just like Rudy Giuliani, because Italy grants citizenship to those who are descended from its country.

Having 2 citizen parents doesn’t get rid of the “problem” of dual citizenship.

And, you know, the losing side in both Lynch v. Clarke and Wong Kim Ark argued the terrors of dual citizenship. Why do you think that this third time will be the charm? How many times do the courts have to shoot down an argument before you’ll believe them?

  6. nbc says:

Do not confuse our friend with facts Greg, she is far more interested pretending to be a disinterested third party, who somehow repeats the talking points and shows ignorance of fact.

  7. misha says:

“I provided her with the solution”

I went to your blog post. You are too kind to a back stabber.

  8. nbc says:

I kinda feel sorry for her shortcomings in law and internet. I similarly gladly provide her with information of filing errors and other mistakes.

But will she listen… Oh no…

  9. Joyce says:

Sally Hill: but the next part I take exception with.

All of the extreme right are not necessarily extremely religious. However, I would be interested to know EXACTLY and PRECISELY what beliefs the right are trying to push on you? Also, EXACTLY and PRECISELY what rights they are trying to take from you?

“…but the next part I take exception with.

All of the extreme right are not necessarily extremely religious. However, I would be interested to know EXACTLY and PRECISELY what beliefs the right are trying to push on you? Also, EXACTLY and PRECISELY what rights they are trying to take from you?”

The right to have a legally elected, Congressionally approved, and sworn in president serve his term in office comes to mind.

  10. Lupin says:

I can assure you that having dual-citizenship (in theory or in fact) is totally irrelevant to this matter.

Many Americans born of two American parents have theoretical or potential dual citizenships if one of their grandparents was Irish for example.

Obviously to have to apply for it & jump through some hoops, but the potential is there. Since Obama never applied (AFAIK) to any other country for citizenship, this entire matter remains completely irrelevant.

  11. Lupin says:

I don’t mean to be mean (because, believe me, we feel really bad about it) but THIS is why you have birthers and more generally why your country is falling apart:

  12. Paul Pieniezny says:

Funny, I knew the correct answers to nine. Before I got interested in naissancism, I would have scored eight. No prize for guessing which one I learnt the true answer to recently (that is too easy) but guess which one I still got wrong…

By the way, I hope I am right in thinking that for once this was not a multiple choice test, where at least four possible anwers were included with the questions?

  13. Greg says:

I’m guessing you got the author of the Constitution wrong. You probably guessed Vattel!

  14. Greg says:

And, no, it was not a fill in the blank. So, 21% of Oklahomans thought that there were 10 Justices on the Supreme Court, and 15% thought the first 10 amendments were called the Declaration of Independence.

The question about the two major parties gave three options: Democrat and Republican, Communist and Republican, and I don’t know.

  15. sarina says:

Now the birthers are making fun of a suppose poem posted here:
    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/steven-barrieanthony/obamas-poetry_b_44271.html

I let Doc Conspiracy find out if in fact Obama wrote it or it’s another amusing thing for the boring birthers. I will not repeat the terrible things they are saying about Obama.
Just read it and you’ll see the kind of people hiding behind these “birthers”

  16. Speaking of WordPress installs, I registered a new domain last night and will be starting a sock puppet blog soon. However the namevwill not be published here–I wouldn’ to be associated with those poeple 😉

  17. Mary Brown says:

Be careful. Someone will take a survey in a state that views the President more positively. You might be surprised at the number of people who do not know the answers to these questions. Civics, as I knew it in High School, is not a mandatory course anymore.

  18. Paul Pieniezny says:

The author of the US consitution? No, sincerely, I learnt that at secondary school in Belgium. And I saw the TV series. The one I got wrong was the number of years for Senators. And the one I would have got wrong 15 months ago was – of course – the number of Supreme Court judges.

  19. Joyce says:

Lupin: I don’t mean to be mean (because, believe me, we feel really bad about it) but THIS is why you have birthers and more generally why your country is falling apart:http://trueslant.com/jeffhoard/2009/09/17/understatement-oklahoma-students-fail/

I agree. A Russian/Israeli/American wouldn’t be able to sell her goofy version of the Constitution if natural born citizens had a decent background in American history.

It used to be, in California, that in order to get out of 8th grade and into high school one had to pass the dreaded “Constitution Test” (a friend remembers that you had to score 100%). It was stressful and it was effective!

  22. Rickey says:

Sally Hill: I have nothing to prove, I only have a fact – Obama was born with dual-citizenships, hence dual-allegiances making him ineligible to POTUS.

Unfortunately for you, there is no legal precedent to support your position. There also are no prominent Constitutional scholars or prominent Constitutional attorneys who agree with your position. That’s why the birther lawsuits are being pushed only by the likes of Taitz, Kreep, Apuzzo and Berg.

Sally Hill: All of the extreme right are not necessarily extremely religious. However, I would be interested to know EXACTLY and PRECISELY what beliefs the right are trying to push on you? Also, EXACTLY and PRECISELY what rights they are trying to take from you?

Where does one begin? The obvious one, of course, is that the religious right is trying to take away the right of women to terminate an unwanted pregnancy. And as we speak the religious right is trying to push its beliefs on us by trying to include its agenda in social studies textbooks in Texas and elsewhere.

  23. nbc says:

Sally Hill: I have nothing to prove, I only have a fact – Obama was born with dual-citizenships, hence dual-allegiances making him ineligible to POTUS.

You only have a fact – Obama was born under dual allegiance.

The step from dual allegiance thus ineligible to POTUS is not a fact, and in fact, contradicted by the legal history, logic and reason.

  24. SFJeff says:

    Sally, Sally, Sally
“The REAL question is HOW MANY PASSPORTS does he have”
No the real question is why you think he has multiple passports? Because its possible doesn’t mean its credible. It is possible that George Bush had multiple passports, but no one ever thought it was credible. The onus is on the person concocting the theory to provide some proof.

“However, I would be interested to know EXACTLY and PRECISELY what beliefs the right are trying to push on you?”

The right regularly tries to push prayer in the school, wants women to be required to carry a fetus within their body to term and want to require teaching of Creationism in public schools.

The whacky right also insists that only those opposed to President are true Patriots- the rest of us are in their opinion Traitors to the Constitution.

“We need to wake up and stop fighting amongst ourselves and fight off the corruption of big government. Within the elite, there are NO party lines, they are all corrupt and in bed with each other. They are out for power and control of We The People.”

I think there is some corruption- I would call it corruption light- I don’t think Republicans and Democrats are in bed with each other, but I think all of them are corrupted by money- not direct bribes but the slippery slope of campaign contributions. I am curious how you propose that we end the corruption in Washington.

By the way, I am a American and a Patriot- even though I don’t hate Obama.

  25. Heavy says:

NBC: Or ignorance, they are often quite interchangable

No. If it something against your savior, it is RACISM!

Orly ordered to show cause why she shouldn’t be sanctioned $10,000!

  27. nbc says:

    If you insist.

  28. Deb says:

Maybe, maybe not. My 19 year old would probably get about half right. My 16 year old just rattled off 10 of 10 correct, without multiple choice hints, and my 17 year old would have done the same. (yes, I’m bragging.)

However, the point is well taken – a big part of the problem is lack of education, particularly in civics. When you don’t know the answers – or how to evaluate information – you’ll listen to anyone that sounds like they know what they’re talking about.

  29. kimba says:

Big time smackdown. Sanctions! Will the rest of birtherdom turn away from their Queen Orly now? Who will they turn to? Mario perhaps?

  30. Mark says:

Thank you, judge. I like how he understands that this is just a publicity stunt and he won’t put up it.

Orly’s 15 minutes are over. Finally.

    “competent counsel would have understood”

  31. misha says:

I knew it was coming. So – will she flee to Israel, or cough it up?

I say she’ll flee. Place your bets.

  32. Shrieking Wombat says:

    Doc,

    This way. Delicious:

  33. Bob says:

    Still “no flee.”

  34. misha says:

OK, I say tomato, you say tomahto…

I have a feeling she is going to pull a Meyer Lansky. We’ll see.

My favorite cartoon from that time: Meyer Lansky was standing in front of a black Caddy, with a mafia don next to him, his hand inside his jacket. In the foreground are two Arabs. One says to the other “He says his name is Meyer Lansky, and he’ll make us an offer we can’t refuse.”

  35. Lupin says:

    O learned judge (bis)!

Hopefully only the first in a series of similar rulings yet to come.

  36. Nullifidian says:

I have to object to the supposed “right” answers on two of them.

    5) Although Jefferson wrote the first draft of the Declaration of Independence, the document as we have it today is the result of further redrafting and revisions by the Committee of Five (Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, Roger Sherman, and Robert Livingston) and the Continental Congress as a whole. Giving Jefferson sole credit is a simplification perpetuated by school history teachers and cable network documentaries when they don’t want to tackle the complexity of telling the full story (or acknowledge the deletion of a passage critical of the slave trade).

    7) It’s the Democratic Party, not the “Democrat Party”. This is not mere nitpicking: the formulation “Democrat Party” came about when the GOP found through focus testing that most people reacted worse to this label than to the real name of the party. For others to use the term “Democrat Party” is to hand the GOP a propaganda victory.

  37. milspec says:

No to flee, I think she wants to be cuffed and stuffed. I don’t think she will be able to have false eyelashes, in jail.

  38. ImaForener says:

Orly should really get Lucas Smith to assist her with her web postings. That way when she wigs out and starts calling him a felon and a fraudster it will actually be true and she won’t have to worry about anyone suing her over it.

Lucas does seem to be able to keep his you-boob-tube channel chugging along with insightful little comments like these:
‘As everyone is aware of, I have signed an declaration in regards to the Mombasa birth certificate. I was in the witness room at the court house in Santa Ana, Sept 8th, 2009, waiting to testify. Want to point out that the declaration uses loose wording that Orly Taitz stipulated to. She uses her $$$ as power and stipulates to what will be filed and how it will be filed. By the way, she has no understanding of the law and has the attention span of a small child. She uses a ‘ghost writer’ for all papers that she filed in her cases against Obama. She asked (rather like demanded) that I lie under oath about other details of this case. That’s why I walked and she’s on her own now. I refuse to fight lies with lies. LUCAS SMITH.’

Always good to see a convicted felon proudly standing up for the principles of truth and justice. Brings a tear to the eye.

  39. Mary Brown says:

Ok. This sounds crazy but the crafty Dr. Taitz is saying that if she can get money from Obama to fight him if you click on his add on her blog. At least that’s what I think she is saying. But sometimes her English is so convloluted I just don’t know what she is saying much less what this crazy person means. Who can help?

  40. misha says:

Could you give us a link?

  41. kimba says:

She added Google Adsense to her blog to make a couple sheckles. Since google filters for content, one of the ads is for Fightthesmears.com. Right there on Orly’s page is “The President was born in Hawaii. Don’t believe the lies. Learn more.”

Orly thinks Obama has done this deliberately. “Can you believe it? Do you think it’s random? I wonder how much is he paying for that. It’s really hilarious that now Obama is paying to advertise on my web site.”

She says she will pay $50,000 to whoever can tell her what hospital, what time and what doctor, because every little league player must provide this information.

7:24 PM Orly. Now, where my 1/3 of $50,000?

  42. misha says:

“whoever can tell her what hospital, what time and what doctor”

    – August 4, 1961 at 7:24 p.m.
    – Mombassa General Hospital
    – Dr. I’bin Farteen

    OK, where’s my 50 grand?

  43. Mary Brown says:

It is on her blog. I am just learning about computers so that is the only way I can give it to you.

  44. Rickey says:

Orly has filed her opposition to the motion to dismiss in Keyes, Barnett et al. She seems to be asking Judge Carter to ignore all precedent regarding standing.

    http://www.scribd.com/doc/20030961/KEYES-v-OBAMA-69-OPPOSITION-to-MOTION-to-Dismiss-Case-AND-MEMORANDUM-OF-POINTS-AND-AUTHORITIES-IN-SUPPORT-OF-MOTION-56-filed-by-Plaintiff-Pamela

Once again, her filing contains no signatures.

  45. ImaForener says:

The good news – every page now has her own name spelled correctly.

The bad news – her client’s name is now spelled incorrectly.

I thought that the hypothetical example of slavery being voted-in by Californians was interesting. Unfortunately it lacked details on who were the slaves and who were the masters, so we will never know which Planet of the Apes movie they were referencing.

  46. Bob says:

Wow. That’s a really bad opposition; even worse than Apuzzo’s.

It acknowledges that there’s no federal quo warranto (except for that provided by statute in D.C.) yet demands the district court ignore settled law and grant that. Then a rambling, cursory discussion about standing that is amazing light on actual citations.

Keyes is the plaintiff with the strongest argument on standing, yet no real mention of him.

  47. thisoldhippie says:

From Orly’s site. Can’t talk. So dizzy from the SPIN!

Yesterday judge Carter has issued a chambers order, where he stated that there will not be enough time to review the second amended complaint before the October 5th hearing. My understanding is that judge Carter is ready to rule based on the motion by the defendants and the response and numerous documents and exhibits provided with the response. My feeling is that he will come back with the Solomon’s decision, where he might dismiss one or more less crucial defendants, but will deny motion to dismiss against more important defendants. In this case the judge has room to maneuver and satisfy both sides with his decision. We all will be wiser in 11 days.

  48. kimba says:

Didn’t Solomon want to cut the baby in half? So Judge Carter is going to order only Obama’s white, American half can be President, and the black Kenyan half has to go?

All kidding aside, I think Orly is probably right that Judge Carter is ready to rule and I wouldn’t be surprised if his decision is to dismiss.

  49. Rickey says:

Elsewhere, Orly has now asked for permission to withdraw as attorney for Connie Rhodes. Orly claims that she is now facing a “quasi-criminal prosecution” and that she will have to reveal privileged communications with Rhodes in order to defend herself against the threatened sanctions.

    http://www.scribd.com/search?cx=007890693382555206581%3A7fgc6et2hmk&cof=FORID%3A10&ie=UTF-8&c=&ft=&q=connie+rhodes+&sa=Search#1176

  50. Rickey says:

And Judge Land is making it clear that he is not going to allow Orly to blame Rhodes for the frivolous filing.
