See Orly run! Run, run, run!

Yeah, Orly’s got a new web site, RunOrlyRun.com. This is the official web site for Orly Tait’s candidacy for California Secretary of State.

Failing to have her political question addressed by the courts, Orly is trying politics. Well isn’t that obvious?

“……and I will listen to the people to the end that you will be glad that you cast your ballot for Orly Taitz.”

if she loses the primaries will she be listening to those people ? unlikely.

  2. YellowDog says:

If the voices in her head can vote, it will be a landslide.

  3. G says:

I’m actually looking forward to her primary circus act!

If she somehow won the GOP primary (no predicting how those will go, since the GOP primary voter base has shifted so far towards insanity that she might be able to pull it off), there is no way she’d be able to win the general…but it would add additional months of entertainment value, so I’m rooting for her to be in the running as long as possible for sheer entertainment value, not for thinking she’d actually get elected (*shudder*)

Someone must be helping her with her campaign website and for once, she must have actually listened to someone else’s good advice, because her campaign website actually looks fairly professional and sane, for the most part. Her campaign issues section actually discussed topics relevant to the SOS job!

There were of course a few Orly “gems” to be found:

    – I got a kick out of her statement that “I was also interested in the law and became a trained lawyer who understands the little people and has fought tirelessly against government corruption. I am no elitist.”

Way to go Orly, let them “little people” know that you’re not an “elitist”. LOL!

Also, her analogy about an army marching on crushed walnuts was an interesting metaphor.

Then of course, her “campaign news” tab – almost all birther updates and ones that present things in her favor when reality shows just the opposite – very “Frank Luntz” of her. I wonder if she’ll get around to putting the update about her Quo Warranto being denied…LOL!

Er, I get this message when I go to the site:

Warning: Visiting this site may harm your computer!
The website at runorlyrun.com contains elements from the site corpadsinc.com, which appears to host malware – software that can hurt your computer or otherwise operate without your consent. Just visiting a site that contains malware can infect your computer.

    Nuff said.

Thanks for letting us know there might be problems. Which would be par for the course for Orly. I don’t know where she hosts her sites or what they use for AV/anti-malware/firewall protection, but she seems to constantly have infected sites.

I can tell you that I just checked her campaign site again, running Firefox 3.6.3 browser and using AVG 9.0 and I didn’t receive any warnings or detect any problems so far.

  6. BugZptr says:

Avast5 – the free home version complains about it.

But I agree, the site actually looks very nice and to the point. Quite unlike Orly.

  7. Lupin says:

She has every right to run. Whatever her grievances are, they belong in the political arena, not in the courts.

  8. Orly's Taint says:

    Two actions come to mind:

First, we take up a collection and send her a donation of $51.50.

Second, we all make posts on both of her websites that include liberal use of the word “fnord” throughout them. See how long it takes her to go apeshit and demand that her minions report back to her on “fnord.”
