Pretty please with sugar on it

Orly Taitz entered a second request for reconsideration of the decision against her in the case, Taitz v Obama. Judge Royce Lamberth said “DENIED.” This was not a one-word denial, though, but 8 pages which you may read for yourself if interested.

Indeed, the Court did not misunderstand plaintiff’s FOIA request; rather, plaintiff misunderstands the Court.

“In her second motion for reconsideration, plaintiff adds nothing but further allegations of
the President’s ineligibility for office. She offers no new factual or legal argument meriting
    reconsideration under Rule 60(b)(1). ”

    nuff said.

i’m starting to think that birfers do nothing but mindlessly regurgitate the same old arguments that have been already debunked and rebuffed again and again and again …

From the Post and Fail interesting editors note….

“Editor’s Note: Thank you for your generous donations to the Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III Legal Defense Fund. We have raised about $2,300, but between collect phone calls and the $200 repair to the broken door which the sheriff’s deputies caused on October 27, there is about $1,000 left.”

lmao. Yes it is, and so has every year since 11/4/2008, G. They’re still bitter about McCane losing, and every time they lose one in court it rubs even more salt in their wounds.

(I spell it that way for a reason).

Good link, BL. Yes, it was hilarious! So they’ve been blowing a good chuck of the pitiful donation amount they’ve gathered over all this time on phone calls and fixing a door…LOL!

Actually, outside of the P&E’s usual biased nonsense, there was a lot of useful info in their article from the court itself about the actual court costs and fines in this case.

Although there was the usual hilarious anti-government rants from the whining and ignorant peanut gallery in the comments, I was surprised to see that the latter comments moved to actual fact-based info explaining why court reporters charge for transcripts.

It was actually well worth the read to follow the link over there for once. Thanks.

So, LTC Lakin can expect to see the same “response.” You’ll recollect in his interview the other day Neal Puckett was pushing the financial support for Lakin post-trial.
