Taitz v O’Donnell

What’s Orly Taitz been up to lately? I checked her web site yesterday to see what she had to say about Obama’s long form birth certificate, and there was nothing; however, Orly did have something to say yesterday, or at least something she tried to say.

Taitz was a guest on the Larry O’Donnell show on MSNBC. O’Donnell wanted to ask her to apologize for leading a campaign of false information about Obama’s place of birth. She wanted to talk about something else, the interview devolved into a shouting match, and O’Donnell cut the interview short, saying:

Look, she’s crazy. I invited a crazy person on this show to see if the crazy person…could say something responsive, something human, to the document that was released today…and she wants to play with all of her other kid’s toys.

Looking at the Taitz web site today, we see these stories:

  • Obama’s long form birth certificate opens in Adobe illustrator as an altered, photoshopped document
  • I need help of photoshop experts to provide affidavits, that I can submit to court
  • Birth Certificate affair shows total failure of the federal and state government to protect us from flagrant fraud
  • according to my friends, Obama brainwashed puppett on Obama-machine MSNBC looked scared. They don’t get it, that most Americans don’t want to be brainwashed
  • there are over a 100,000 articles like these in the last 24 hours posted on Google. People want to know the truth, no photoshpped piece of garbage, flaunted by Obama yesterday, will quash the truth Can someone put this NBC report on you-tube? It has important docs.

I certainly hope for a richly deserved smackdown on her May 2 court appearance. It would a nice time to sing “Din Dong the Witch…..”

I can say with certainty it’s photoshopped. But can someone willing to commit perjury do it for me?

I really can’t wait for the detailed transcript and spectacle that is sure to come from this.

Kreep & Orly have to split the 20 minutes allocated to their side of the appeal for their oral arguments. That translates to 10 minutes each of them.

I wonder who goes first…her or Kreep? Kreep has to be hoping he gets to go first, because knowing Orly, she is incapable of being able to limit anything she says to only 10 minutes.

I bet Orly isn’t even grasping that the 20 minutes has to be shared between the two of them. I wonder how frosty and uncomfortable that exchange between them will unfold…

Based on all her illegal exhibit nonsense efforts in prep for this, I think it is fairly easy to predict that Orly’s argument will go off the rails from the get-go and come nowhere close to even addressing the aspects of argument relevant to the appeal.

It would really be an act of karma and justice if she somehow gets herserf busted for those illegally obtained documents or otherwise sanctioned or put in contempt of court during the process….

I have no doubt that the judge will have to cut her off and she’ll be back to her trademark screaming of “Let meeeee feeeneeeeesh!!!!”

Between this appeal and the upcoming Teresa Cao trial… that’s some major full-scale crazy on display for our entertainment!

Orly doesn’t want an expert – she wants someone willing to play an expert in court…

One obvious effect of the LFBC, in my opinion, is that it’s made the birtherstani reality shows A LOT more entertaining…

In addition to Taitz vs. O’Donnell, yesterday also had WND’s Farah vs. Cenk Uygur & Media Matters.

Well worth watching. Cenk calls Farah out on the $15 K check he promised to Obama’s birth hospital, once the LFBC was released. Of course, Farah tries to back out by claiming he doesn’t know if the LFBC is real…what a slimeball putz.

There was another important segment on Lawrence O’Donnell’s show yesterday as well.

I had posted this and a few other new points under the Open Comments thread, but this one probably now belongs here & I don’t know if anyone saw what I posted over there, since that stuff is now pushed off to Page 3 of the site here…

G: I’m adding this to the Open Comments thread, because it is sort of a new topic. With Trump’s “press conference” yesterday, he not only took “credit” for forcing Obama to release the unnecesary “long form” and but also used that discussion to both “pimp” his show and also pivoting to making new additional demands on Obama – basically assinuating “affirmative action”, poor academic scholarchip by Obama and fuel various demands for Obama’s college records. This came across to many as more than just pandering to birthers and sheer ego-driven hucksterism – it unseemingly appears to be crossing the line into feeding an undercurrent of basic racism.Yesterday, Lawrence O’Donnell of MSNBC called out his parent company of NBC to come clean on their upcoming schedule and not be complicit in propping up this activity.NBC execs have now responded to the AP that they will ignore O’Donnell’s demands and will not reveal what they know about Trump’s plans until they release their Fall schedule on May 16 and Trump has his season finale on May 22.Here’s the article:http://www.washingtonpost.com/entertainment/nbc-should-come-clean-on-trumps-presidential-plans-says-talk-show-host-lawrence-odonnell/2011/04/28/AFqDqy7E_story.html

Orly once said to a journalist if Obama showed his birth certificate and passport records, she’d show hers. So where’s Orly’s birth certificate?

Hey, do you have a link for that?

You’ve brought up something that would be interesting to do…find ALL those “if he only releases the long form” promises that various birthers have made …and we can collect them in one place to constantly keep attention on them and remind those con artists that their portion of the bet is now due:

    So far we’ve got:

    Joseph Farah – $15 K to hospital

    Donald Trump – Tax Records

    Orly Taitz – Birth certificate

I’m pretty sure I recall quite a few other boastful swaggers of money (including promised “reward money” for the LFBC release…those folks should write their checks directly to Obama – LOL!) or other documents, etc…

Help me out, folks…what other promises, awards, etc are out there (provide links where possible).

  11. Thrifty says:

What exactly qualifies someone as a Photoshop expert? In Birtherstan, I imagine I could just say “I’m a Photoshop expert.” and that would qualify me. Unless, of course I contradicted Birther dogma and said the LFBC was genuine.

What credentials do you need to be a Photoshop expert in the sane world? Best I can think is a programmer who works for Adobe on programming Photoshop.

My problem with so called experts on forged documents is that credible or not, I can’t tell the difference. It all sounds like gibberish to me.

Jes Beard is our resident expert on how to get disbarred, so he should chime in.

The reason you can’t tell the difference is exactly the same reason that the birthers can’t tell their good theories from the worthless trash – it’s all trash. When you’re objective, quality analysis stands out (or would if it was there), but since the birthers reject any analysis which doesn’t feed into their biases, any analysis with integrity is ignored by the birthers in the first place…

  15. Paul Pieniezny says:

nemocapn: So where’s Orly’s birth certificate?

At the time when Orly left the Soviet Union, Jewish emigrants had to give all their papers (literally, even diplomas and their membership cards of Komsomol and the local chess club) in return for a leaving passport that said “invalid in the Soviet Union”. The idea was that if you left as a refusenik, you never came back.

One of the reasons why Orly is supposed to have gone to Romania to continue her dentist training, was precisely the fact that she could not return to the Soviet Union and in Romania she found an education system that was compatible to the Soviet one, and used a language she was fluent in, having been forced to learn Moldavian at secondary school – Moldavian is basically Romanian written with Cyrillic letters.

Her birth certificate has probably been recycled as toilet paper during Glaznost. Though she could perhaps get a new one from the Kishinev archives. Since they Moldavianized Christian names (retroactively!), it probably would not have Svetlana or Orlana on it.

  16. US Citizen says:

There are people considered “Photoshop experts” in the graphics world. Some teach or have written books on PS techniques.

However, one problem is that there’s often many ways to do the same thing in PS.
Arguments then arise as to which technique is best, who is the better expert and the same opinionated talk that follows any passionate discussion. Lots of non-definite opinions out there in the graphics world.

The point above is well-made: any “PS expert” that says the document is real will be called out.

And any “PS expert” who says it’s fake will be touted far and wide as supportive of the birther movement… something most people wouldn’t want on their resume.

So Orly will have a quite a chore to find someone truly PS experienced (with credentials or known works) AND who wants to be known as a birther once their name gets bantered about.

I think the more someone is an expert, the less apt they are to be as crazy as a birther.
Donald Trump is just using them as town criers for his own advertising. He’s not as stupid as he appears.
    He just has no morals.

  17. The Magic M says:

    > any “PS expert” that says the document is real will be called out

As Dr Neal Krawetz (sp?) correctly pointed out, you can never say “it’s real”. You can only say “it’s fake” or “there are no indications of manipulation”.

Besides, it’s little use anyway trying to discuss the authenticity of a PDF scan. Even if it was undoubtedly real, the physical document that was scanned may have been forged etc.

So a proper forensic analysis would have two options:

    (1) You believe the Hawaiian authorities; in that case them confirming the presented document/scan/PDF to be the real thing is all you can do (because if there was any manipulation, it would have had to be at the beginning of the chain, before Hawaii released it to Obama).

    (2) You don’t believe the Hawaiian authorities; in that case you’d have to examine the original in the Hawaiian archives that the photocopy of the LFBC was made from to determine if that original was manipulated in any way.

Still, if you’re a birther, you’d not be able to stop there, because even if you had to accept the original in the archives was not manipulated, you’d simply contest the authenticity of the data added. Like “the doctor was lying” or “who ever signed this believed what the family was telling him” etc.

But the bottom line is, it makes little sense debating the authenticity of the PDF.

The birfers only do it because they entertain the contrived notion that

    (a) Hawaii issued a legitimate original to Obama and

    (b) the Obama campaign then manipulated this legitimate original to change its contents and

    (c) Hawaii (unwilling to create a fake document themselves) still authenticated the manipulated document as the one they issued (because birfers somehow believe that Hawaii believes that this will save them from criminal prosecution in the fictional “usurper removed” world).

Of course this all makes no sense, but has birferism ever?

  18. Thrifty says:

Finally got around to watching this.

I always feel sorry for Orly, even though I hate her. I don’t think she’s a bad person. I think she honestly believes all this garbage, due to a serious mental defect.

I think it’s because her voice sounds like some aunts I have who are really nice people. I feel like my aunts are being beaten around.
