Taitz offers proof of crime

Not content to spread Barack Obama’s social-security number across the planet (and that of another unfortunate person in a poorly-redacted court filing), Taitz is now displaying the SSN of Michelle Obama in a document on her web site [link to Taitz web site] that she is urging everyone to download.

Among the documents is a confession to the criminal misuse of a Federal database by the person who supplied the information to Taitz, one Linda Jordan of Seattle.

It should be noted that companies (e.g. health insurance) and government agencies that have personal information on certain types of Americans (President, vice-president, leading candidates, etc) are required to limit access to personal information. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least that the SSN administration locked down the records the moment Obama became a Senator.

I wonder if this time Orly will go to jail. She obviously hasn’t learned her lesson on handing out personal information.

  3. richCares says:

what’s strange is that the 1890 SSN fits right in along with other 1977 SSN’s, strange that. huh?

  4. Obsolete says:

    RichCares,
It only goes to show how devious the plotters really are…

  5. The Magic M says:

This obviously means Michelle Obama will get a new SSN, causing her current SSN to “fail” the e-Verify check within the next couple of weeks as well.
Which will inevitably prompt another WND article accusing her of identity fraud as well. It’s getting booooring…

In today’s world of privacy laws, certain types of Americans would be any person. Even within a company, having access to certain records does not provide the user with authorization to look at the record. They must have the security and a specific business purpose related to their role to look up a record. That same business purpose must apply to using the records or database for the business purpose it was intended. Orly is not using the various records she picked up as they were intended by design, thus, if it was in a company, it would not normally be allowed (and in the real world, against the law).

Of course, what use would the SSN of a person who was born in 1890, be to someone who wanted to commit identity theft. Come on, Obama has been using that number for many years for filing tax returns.

Well now, I know someone who may be really guilty of identity theft.

I found someone called Svetlana Averbukha and living in Rishon-lecion in Israel.

So, there you have it. Someone who was called Svetlana in the USSR changed her name into Orna in Israel.

But more importantly: why did Orly use the identity of a woman born in 1976 in Donetsk?

Orlyanka, show us your birth certificate!

LexisNexis, ChoicePoint, et al. have filed a Motion to Dismiss in Liberi v. Taitz. This excerpt may qualify as a quote of the day:

This case concerns and continues a venomous spat among members of a venomous political clique. Over the last two years since May 2009, plaintiffs and certain of the defendants have squandered the time and patience of three different United States District Courts.

It’ not the SSN tat is that old but rather the age of the person to whom it was assigned. Note that the 1890 DOB was associated with President Barack Obama, the same happened with a 1990 DOB and a swapped month/day version of a 1961 birth.
Rather than accepting that these data sources are polluted by errors, Orly has insisted on fraud where there is no evidence of such.

Like the government contractor who looked at the Passport files of Obama and several other prominent Democrats.

I have to keep pointing out- the number “1890” was not actually listed on the document as a date of birth. It was just by its lonesome self.
Orly and Susan Daniels decided it must be a DOB, but it is not actually identified as anything on the document.

We shouldn’t refer to it as a DOB, because it isn’t. It is not even in the same format as the two obvious DOB’s on the same page.

    That is not totally correct

  13. Paul Pieniezny says:

nbc: That is not totally correct

So, in fact we have both 1890 and 1990.

What is the most common mistake people make when they write down their day of birth? I am sure the vast majority of us have done it at least one embarrassing time of our lives.

Obama lived at 365 Broadway in … 1990.

You have database handlers who prefer to automatically correct what they call obvious mistakes. Someone says he was born this year? OK, let’s make that a hundred years ago, 1911, so his name gets flagged and we have to correct it by checking it in the SSN database. Only they forgot to check.

And Broadway gets changed into W Broadway, “cause this ain’t New York, we’re in Boston”. It happens.

  14. nbc says:

The Address Obama was living at in 1890 was a building from that period. There are so many explanations but the fact remains that the DOB was directly linked to President Obama living at a known address.
No mythical CT person born in 1890 with this SSN has ever been found. Which makes sense of course, given that President Obama has been using it as early as his selective services registration (or earlier but we have no evidence of that)

On Facebook: Orly Taitz for Obama 2012

“I am going to help Obama feenish his campaign”

“I apologize to President. I support him for re-election campaign. All republican candidates are cheap, computer generated holograms and I cannot support them.”
