Taitz falls behind

It would appear that Orly Taitz has bitten off more than she can chew, so to speak, spawning so many projects, lawsuits, speaking engagements, web site and a Senate campaign, that she can’t keep up.

This shows itself in the Mississippi case, Taitz v. Democrat Party of Mississippi, where she has missed two significant filing deadlines, and possibly a third depending on what was filed (or not filed) today. The Mississippi Secretary of State presents the situation in the most recent response before the Federal court, urging that the court not to give Taitz more time since her case is already

    Tick-tick-tick Orly.

Of course, she knows she’ll get a default in her favor if she doesn’t file anything! The Perfect Plan!

When I sign into my Yahoo News account, it displays a list of headlines from the day’s news. A few days ago, it glitched and had a headline about Rick Santorum winning some primaries.

For a moment, I honestly thought the same thing was happening here.

Apparently she still hasn’t properly served the new defendants in the Mississippi case. She did send them the First Amended Complaint, but she forgot the pesky detail about also serving them with summonses so none of them have responded. I’m surprised that she hasn’t moved for a default judgment against them. Orly loves to demand default judgments. She just doesn’t know what a default is.

I have written many times I grew up surrounded by Survivors. Whenever I started an Orly tantrum, my mother would say sharply, “stop licking your wounds.” That went along with her saying “there is a scientific explanation for everything.”

I don’t have a shred of sympathy for her.
