Some idiot at USA Today named Melanie Eversley wrote about a series of tweets on Ebola from idiot Donald Trump yesterday, including a reference to this one:

Readers probably know that the name Barry Soetoro appears on a 1968 Obama school registration entry from Indonesia, when he was living with his mother and step father Lolo Soetoro. The idiotic thing was how the reporter explained the Sotoro reference:
In one [tweet], he made reference to the name Barry Soetoro, which appears on Obama’s Columbia University identification card.
Even birthers know that the Columbia student ID with the Soetoro name is a fake. Gerbil Report™ said in response to the USA Today story:
the Columbia University ID card floating around the internet with Obama’s picture and name Barry Soetoro on it is without a doubt a fake.
So I tweeted in response:

I encounter one who doesn’t about once a month. The “Fulbright Scholarship” April Fools prank helps keeps that delusion alive.
Well, that plus near-universal abysmal ignorance, and widespread abject stupidity, among the birfoon population.
It just ties in with their view that “anything about Obama is fake” and “we can’t trust what we see on the internet (but we can trust when somebody says he’s got secret evidence that supports our confirmation bias)”.

the thing that gets me laughing the most is that they claim the school registration is 100% true….and it says `honalulu’ as place of birth in the 2nd field!

Trump’s tweet spelled the step-father’s last name “Sotoro” but USA Today spelled it correctly in the text of its story. Sheesh. She’s pretty thick.
And the story hasn’t been corrected.
Trump can’t even spell fake names right. “Soetoro” doesn’t come up in his spell check? After all the birfin’ he’s done? Lemme guess, he just upgraded his phone and hasn’t ported all his data yet 😛
