Should be an interesting show tonight.

Why? It’s just more polish on the same old turd. Even you agree that the Arpaio information is outdated and irrelevant having been under such scrutiny and going on three years of complete debunking without a single bit of defense made on its behalf.

Tonight will consist of a ideologically bizarre Presidential Candidate who will be only ever so slightly known outside the birther movement and has about as much chance of success in a Presidential bid as you or I do, Commander Kerchner peddling his nonsense, and a list of people who received junk e-mail and more than likely canned it rather than waste their time viewing it.

Yeah… should be edge of your seat entertainment. (yawn)

  2. Bob says:

    Counting receipts for sheriff’s kits?!!

Aren’t you worried that The Regime will be monitoring this broadcast? It seems like this is something you should be doing secretly. No wonder the White House is always one step ahead of the Birthers.

A NEW mailing? Whose trashcan is he assaulting this time?

    Hope he’s using recycled paper.

  15. I had a terrible time getting the audio to work but finally did and was in the chat room. I went at it with BR quite a bit. I asked him about new server for BR. He claims it is up and running and he is paying for a co-located server. I doubt that. BR’s IP still traces to Google.

The usual morons were in chat. Sarge was yelling in large font bold red. Kerchenr was there. The only almost sane person other than a few Obots was jy1977. JY has figured out Zullo has nothing and told them so. i say almost sane because JY still is claiming Hawaii has not verified that Barack Obama was born there. D’oh.

PS: I forgot to add. BR claims he is going to ban Doc.

There was the story a few whiles back about the guy who got on as many spam mail lists as possible so he could burn the incoming paper in his fireplace for warmth. (Why do I have a picture of birthers doing this with email, printing out the spam on their printer and then burning it?)

  17. realist says:

john: Should be an interesting show tonight.

If you call Dummett telling his usual lies and idiots bragging about wasting money sending “Sheriffs Kits” to a bunch of people who ignored them and threw them away, then yeah, it should be (have been) very interesting.

Just how interesting was it, John? How did the birthers take to you telling them Arpaio and Zullo have nor ever had anything and oh, yeah, why are you still clinging to the lie that HI never verified Obama’s birth? That’s utter nonsense.

  18. alg says:

So with every County Sheriff in the nation now in possession of a Sheriff’s Kit, it is only a matter of time before Obama is arrested and brought to justice. BO is no longer safe in any county in the country. Well done Mr. Volin. American owes you big time! This national nightmare will soon be over. A brilliant stroke of birther genius. Why didn’t anyone think about doing this before?

    😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

  19. Someone in chat was repeating the old lie that Obama’s COLB was not accepted because it only shows the date filed. Don’t they ever tire of regurgitating the same debunked nonsense? Never mind, stupid question, this is Brithers we are talking about.

  20. I didn’t listen to much of Volin and Charlie but what I heard was funny. They were discussing how they mailed the Sheriff’s kits and said that they had tested it by mailing them to each other. I found that hilarious. What is so hard about mailing a DVD? You go to Office Max and buy cases of CD mailers then go to the post office and ask what’s the cheapest way to mail them.

  21. Curious George says:

A comment was made at fogbow about Volin beginning his show with the theme from “Hawaii Five-O.” I had previously heard the same music on another Volin Show.

Volin has chosen a theme song for a fictional TV show about a fictional law enforcement agency with pretend cops while Volin promotes a fictional affidavit by a pretend, wannabee cop. At least Volin is consistent.

And I doubt that Volin is paying royalties for using the song.

Incidentally, in a few more months the Arpaio-Zullo “investigation” will have gone on for as long as the U.S. involvement in World War II.

  27. Benji Franklin says:

alg: So with every County Sheriff in the nation now in possession of a Sheriff’s Kit, it is only a matter of time before Obama is arrested and brought to justice.

No, that’s NOT the way that Birthers DON’T think. When no sheriff in the entire country launches an official investigation, the Birthers will claim, that the absence of any such investigation NOW conclusively proves what they have been prespostering all along – that every sheriff not pursuing this: A) ALREADY KNEW that Obama is an usurper and B) they are all part of a nation-wide fear-borne or evil-driven conspiracy to protect Obama from justice and help him acheive ANY first Black President’s prime directive, which is to destroy this country.

Conspiracy theorists seem to generate and accept with absolute certainty, impossibly complex and unlikely explanations that support their most bizarre beliefs, while at the same time, overlooking obvious simpler explanations.

By the time the Obama Presidential Library has been in operation for a decade or so, Mike Volin will probably be resending out the 20th or so copy of his “Sheriff’s Kit” to every Sheriff’s office in the land (and maybe the Boy Scouts too!)

Birthers are not smart enough to realize that those kits would be TWICE as effective, if they each included a stick of bubblegum!

  28. Seriously, I wouldn’t underestimate Volin.

“Writ of Certiorari filed with the Supreme Court. No docket date as of yet but this is going to end this horseshit about parsing the constitution and making it mean what you want it to. We are going to follow the Constitution and those who are in office and did not do their duty, I will see them in prison. And by the way, right now, political pundits have me at a 50/50 chance of actually being elected. And please, don’t think I am a unknown. You have heard about me and soon everyone will have heard of me. I am the one who is going to be the true 44th President of the United States and I will spend the four years I have hunting down people like you to make sure you will never threaten the United States Constitution ever again.”

So, be warned… Dummett’s platform is to be the president who hunts down anyone who dares disagree with him on the meaning of Natural Born Citizen.

It would not be surprising if he were somewhat if not totally receptive. Eddy County NM (and surrounding areas as well in southeastern NM) is RWNJ/birther/etc. heaven.

  37. realist says:

I edited the above post but it didn’t take.

I edited to make it make sense. I doubt Clarke is that dumb but he is a politician so who knows.

The NLA is claiming there is a sheriff in Eddy County NM who has asked them to come in and ‘splain the CLGJs. Eddy County NM and surrounding areas of southeastern NM are hotbeds of RWNJs/birthers, etc. He may also be one who paid attention to the sheriffs kits but he’s not dumb enough to think he can arrest the president, though he’d probably like to. And he could just be wanting to identify sovcits by inviting the NLA CLGJ folks in as well. Nothing would surprise me, however, coming from that area.

That was my thought, too. And, indeed, there’s already talk at Gerbil Report™ of charging the sheriffs who ignore the kit with treason after “the big reveal”.

But it also seems like there hasn’t been much talk about the CSPOA members who saw Zullo’s dog-and-pony show in 2013. Have I missed it? Or are the “Ignoring us it treason!” crowd giving them a pass?

Meanwhile, wouldn’t it be hoot if one of the recipients did have a real expert look at the ShirfSkit, and publicized a report saying “This is pure, unadulterated, pseudo-scientific crap. Zullo’s Clueless Clown Posse makes the Keystone Kops look like the NYPD”?

Judging from the 2011 re-election meltdown, it won’t last beyond a month. Then they’ll all be like “any day now A/Z will release their stuff and this will be the end of President Clinton”. It will remain their only hope to topple another President they don’t like and keep the “magic reset button” fantasy alive that Hillary’s actions will all be automagically undone as well.

  53. The Magic M (not logged in) says:

For me, the “best” part was this gem by Volin:

Volin explained that the recipients of the mailing were kept secret” (from BR’s latest article)

    So…
    They called it “Sheriff‘s Kit”.
They mailed it to every sheriff in the country.
But somehow they needed to keep the recipients (remember: sheriffs!) “secret”.
Because no Obot or NWO superbrain would ever suspect that a Sheriff‘s kit would be sent to sheriffs.

He also revealed that “every single governor and all the attorney generals [sic] and every new Republican member of the new Congress” received a kit

Yeah, also something that has literally never-been-done-before [tm].

Oh, these birfers are so smart, no wonder they are winning left, right and center. OMG!

I’m really not sure which material would survive my *bangs head on desk* today.

I don’t doubt they mailed over 3000 discs. Birthers love ineffectual gestures. Kerchner especially.

Kerchner and Volin were being coy, and implied they figured out a way to mail them for less than full price. (Hence why they were mailing them to each other.)

I think Kerchner picked up (most of) the tab for this, which was likely a few thousand dollars. Kerchner has money to burn: he bankrolled two failed lawsuits, and bought all those Washington Times ads.

  55. RanTalbott says:

bob: Kerchner and Volin were being coy, and implied they figured out a way to mail them for less than full price. (Hence why they were mailing them to each other.)

They were being coy about the exact method they came up with, but not about the fact that they were experimenting with a cheaper way to mail the DVD without it getting smashed in transit. One of them specifically mentioned avoiding either “$5” or “$5.95” (Priority Mail postage), so I’m pretty sure that what they did was put it in an envelope and use the attached papers for padding, instead of boxing it.

  56. RanTalbott says:

Curious George: The funniest part about the package is the Zullo daffydavit.

They said something about adding “new material” to the latest edition (did I hear correctly that one of them said they’re at version 1.8.4? That implies at least a dozen revisions). Has anyone bothered to see what it is?

  57. Netflix does pretty well putting a DVD in a sleeve and putting that in a paper envelope. DVDs are pretty tough.

RanTalbott: One of them specifically mentioned avoiding either “$5″ or “$5.95″ (Priority Mail postage), so I’m pretty sure that what they did was put it in an envelope and use the attached papers for padding, instead of boxing it.

  58. I’m downloading the ISO it now.

Because they mention specific printers, I’m speculating that they are printing directly onto the DVDs rather than applying paper labels. That’s a much cooler way to do it.

There are ways to mount an ISO file in Windows 7, including what I use, MagicISO. The ability to mount ISO files is native to Windows 8.

RanTalbott: They said something about adding “new material” to the latest edition (did I hear correctly that one of them said they’re at version 1.8.4? That implies at least a dozen revisions). Has anyone bothered to see what it is?

  59. Benji Franklin says:

The Magic M (not logged in): “Volin explained that the recipients of the mailing were kept secret” (

    Too FUNNY!

BR’s latest blurb on the mass-mailing indicates that volunteers helped to package the 3,300 DVDs. In addition to every sheriff, “every single governor and all the attorney generals [sic] and every new Republican member of the new Congress” received a kit with something they call an “action statement” .

Volin said that the recipients of the mailing were kept secret so that the project would not be derailed midstream. What kind of serious legal evidence-substantiated, nation-wide “information” initiative needs to be kept secret for fear that KNOWLEDGE of it could make it suffer “derailing” by unspecified means?

Gee, Mike Volin, aren’t you confusing this aspect of your ineligibility hobby , with the concern a comedian has that a joke will be ruined if somebody prematurely blurts out a punchline?

In this mass-mailing scheme, we see yet another non-Orly-connected example of how a Birther anti-Obama plan functions instead as an anti-Birther plan! Kerchner et al have now managed to place the evidence of their own lunacy, right in the lap of real Sheriffs doing real law enforcing, where the sheriffs can see, probably without the help of their county attorney, just how much “nothing” is there.

Say Mike Volin, does the “Sheriff’s Kit” tell all the recipients who you plan to charge with treason for not OFFICIALLY pursuing these “forgeries”, that Zullo is not even a police officer, and that the “investigation” by volunteers only proceeded after the public was assured no tax dollars would fund it. WOW! That’s some serious police business, going on there!

Notice how pathetic the immediate reaction has been to this announced CONSTITUTIONAL EMERGENCY CRISIS? “ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz…..”

“He (Volin) stated that he has received SOME response, including a Christmas card from one recipient. Volin said that follow-up will be completed on the mailings.”

Some response. SOME response! He names one. Only one. A Christmas Card. A CHRISTMAS Card. REALLY????? A CHRISTMAS CARD? Like this? “Dear Mike Volin, Please stop sending me crazy reports about ‘The Crime of the Century’, and ‘Merry Christmas!’

And NOW I’m trying to imagine what constitutes, “follow-up”, to a letter in which a Birther has just reported THE WORST CRIME IN HISTORY!

How about this wording? “Dear One of over 3000 Possible Traitorous Public Officials who will hang if you don’t do as we demand: Recently we sent you evidence of imaginary crimes committed by or for, or on the same planet inhabited by, Usurper Long-legged-Mack-Daddy Obama. We have not heard from you. Unless you wish to share a death-row cell with the 3300 other officials we have alerted by certified mail, and every journalist who is a US Citizen, and everybody else we don’t like, please initiate an official, serious, REAL investigation of Obama, starting with looking into his underwear. “

Really, Birthers, these little threatening DVD’s are going to do a better job of convincing sane listeners than Mike Zullo could do IN PERSON in St. Charles, MO May 31st, 2013 when he presented the “ENTIRE criminal case in this matter” to several Congress members and hundreds of members of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, saying “We will be asking these attendees to support our efforts to move this entire matter forward to a full congressional investigation. We believe that once they see what we have – a united push for a full congressional investigation will be a foregone conclusion.”

Almost two years later, the result? From all of those Sheriffs? NOTHING! From the Congressional Representatives? NOTHING! Except every one of them heralded as being “interested” got disinterested fast.

The only case you have made that becomes increasingly more compelling during every year of the two terms you have helped Obama be elected to, is the case for suggesting that Birthers are lunatics.

  60. The Magic M (not logged in) says:

Benji Franklin: where the sheriffs can see, probably without the help of their county attorney, just how much “nothing” is there.

I’m not sure (because I’m not sure which birther is a true believer and which just has a political agenda) if they intended to actually convince many sheriffs that a real crime has been committed.
Maybe they were just looking to incite a couple of loons (there are bound to be some among 3000+ recipients) – like sheriff Mack – to do something dumb (like actually trying to arrest Obama or a member of Congress) that would push their issue back on the front page of the news.
It’s kinda related to Orly’s Odyssey – trying to find that “one honest judge” (she knows that even if the finds him, his decision will not survive appeal, but it will be something to reap propaganda value from).

One of them specifically mentioned avoiding either “$5″ or “$5.95″ (Priority Mail postage), so I’m pretty sure that what they did was put it in an envelope and use the attached papers for padding, instead of boxing it.

The cheapest way would probably be First Class. I read that it costs Netflix about $1 to mail out a single DVD.
