Zullo finally shows his evidence

Let’s cut to the chase. Here is the evidence that the Cold Case Posse has been holding, now disclosed for the first time:

image

If that’s not enough to convince you, I don’t know what will.

Carl Gallups, Mike Zullo’s running dog, is all aflutter after Mike Zullo showed him the evidence, and even let him look at some binders OPEN. This came during two meetings with Zullo and Arpaio. You can read the account at the PPSimmons web site. Gallups has gotten the scoop of his life, yes an exclusive crumb fallen from Arpaio’s table:

Sheriff Arpaio also disclosed to me a piece of information that has never been made public prior to my meeting with him. The sheriff revealed that his office is currently working with a well known international forensic analytical laboratory in the case. The Sheriff’s Office has already received some of the laboratory reports and are now waiting on even more analysis.

I wonder if they are VIPs?

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me dozens of times, call me “Carl Gallups.”

As for the Cold Case Posse web site, the domain was not resolving when I started this article, but it came back up before I finished it.

While the photo released above is rather hard to read, technical analysis by OARPA with it’s top secret image enhancement algorithms combined with a previously unheard of x-ray image post processing has allowed us to read most of the material. It’s really old, and really uninteresting.

    Clicked the link.TL;DR.

  2. Curious George says:

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Special Deputy Carl Gallups (A.K.A. Pastor Carl Gallups) reported that he was told that there is a warehouse full of birth certificate investigation materials. I’m sorry. Six open books for four and a half years of investimagination does not equal a warehouse full of materials. Gallups truly is gullible.

And just a heads up Pastor Gullible. That cute little Special Deputy badge has as much authority behind it as that of a novelty badge found in a box of Cracker Jack. You’re not a real cop, you’re just a real patsy. 10-4?

  3. Curious George says:

Special Deputy Gullible reports, “The Sheriff’s Office has already received some of the laboratory reports and are now waiting on even more analysis.”

Actually, that should read, “The Sheriff’s Office has already received some of the lavatory reports and are now waiting on even more analysis.”

I have it on good authority that the results of the forensic analysis will be released next March, at which time Arpaio and Zullo will finally have achieved their goal of getting Obama out of the White House.

  5. Notorial Dissent says:

I have at least four times the amount of stuff sitting behind my desk, plus three filing cabinets clear full, all of which is of more value and use than that collection of non-evidence nonsense.

March seems to be their magic month. I can hardly wait for another one of their big reveals in March of 2017.

  7. bob says:

I guess Reed Hayes’ magic was not sufficiently powerful.

  8. Woodrowfan says:

but, but, but, it’s in BINDERS! with tabs and everything!!!!!

  9. RanTalbott says:

Oops: I guess ducking all those registered letters demanding refunds meant Zullo didn’t get the domain renewal notice. Again.

The sheriff revealed that his office is currently working with a well known international forensic analytical laboratory in the case.

Oooo, an international lab. Which, of course, actually means that none of the domestic labs would touch this nonsense with a 10-foot pipette, lest they imperil their certification. And Arpaio couldn’t reveal this before because Trump would have nothing to do with outsourcers. 😉

  10. Curious George says:

    bob:
I guess Reed Hayes’ magic was not sufficiently powerful.

But will the Hayes’ report be included in the Zullo tell all?

  11. The Center of Forensic Medicine in Moldova comes to mind.

    RanTalbott: Oooo, an international lab.

  12. bob says:

Curious George: But will the Hayes’ report be included in the Zullo tell all?

    Hahaha!

    Hahaha!!

So who is picking up the tab for this international lab?

I wonder how much Gallups had to donate to Arpiehole’s re-election fund.

  14. justlw says:

I’d like to know why they couldn’t use a good clean Christian All-American pretend lab.

  15. Keith says:

Curious George: Actually, that should read, “The Sheriff’s Office has already received some of the lavatory reports and are now waiting on even more analysis.”

Ah-ha! Always knew they were pulling this stuff out of their a….. um… backsides.

  16. Notorial Dissent says:

And who’s going to pay for this “international Lab”, the Shurf is cheap and won’t be spending any money on anyone but himself, and the Kommandant doesn’t have any, so kind of limits their options.

A March reveal, next year, would be nice, assuming one or both of them aren’t in jail by then.

  17. The Magic M (not logged in) says:

The sheriff revealed that his office is currently working with a well known international forensic analytical laboratory in the case. The Sheriff’s Office has already received some of the laboratory reports and are now waiting on even more analysis.

Translation: “Their initial report found no proof of any wrongdoing, and we asked them to please look again and more closely this time. Here’s hoping that will blow the whole thing wide open.”

  18. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

They have to know by now this whole charade is over. Gallups is extremely gullible or in on it. Hayes writing that stuff on his website must have blown up the whole angle they had so to look to an “international lab” is hilarious and shows how desperate they are… I truly doubt anyone else is involved. They’re just throwing a bunch of stuff at the birthers as they always do.

  19. Notorial Dissent says:

Birfers are gullible, and need I add stupid, so he is just gulling them along, and they just keep lapping it up and asking for more.

  20. Daniel says:

Is it just me or does that photo look an awful lot like a “Stock Photo”?

  21. It does look very much like a stock photo, but it isn’t. The volume lower right is titled “Eligibility” and this is the report that the late Mr. Wolf gave Zullo. IIRC, Zullo said that they did not use this report.

    Daniel:

  22. Curious George says:

Wait just a minute! Are you kidding? The book in the picture that is open to the page entitled “ELIGIBILITY” looks really familiar. Isn’t that the book that was provided to the CCCP by the same individual who also cut a check for $10 Gs and gave it to Corpral Zoo-Low? Although the book is no longer pictured in the following article, I remember seeing the book prominently displayed in the original news article. As I recall the book had white tabs and names of various people on the tabs. It’s surprising that Zoo-Low included that book in the picture. I think it’s the $10,000.00 book!

  23. So, where’s the “evidence?” I see a photo and nothing more. Let’s see if you guys finally have figured out what you should have figured out forty years ago. So slowwww….

I hope you don’t think people are going to take Gallups’ word for it.

Oh, I get it. It’s just a stock photo.

  24. That’s the one.

  25. Daniel says:

Nancy R Owens: So, where’s the “evidence?”

Now that’s Irony right there folks.

  26. Curious George says:

I’ll bet you that this is the same book mentioned in a Corsi article on WND.

“In addition to the letter, the Surprise Tea Party delivered to Arpaio a petition with 242 signatures that were obtained at the Aug. 17 meeting.

The group also gave to Arpaio a binder containing the published reports of 20 experts with established credentials who conducted a forensic examination of the computer PDF file published on the White House website and the photocopies of the Obama birth certificate handed out by the White House to the press during the April 27 press conference.”

Where’s former Cold Case Posse member Brian Reilly when we need him! 🙂

  28. Yes, that was the one provided by the late William Wolf the CEO of Motion Systems and Zullo’s benefactor. BTW, in 2012 Mark Gillar said Wolf was not part of the CCP investigation and that the material provided by Wolf was not source material for the investigation. I guess Zullo has changed his mind about that.

Curious George: ait just a minute! Are you kidding? The book in the picture that is open to the page entitled “ELIGIBILITY” looks really familiar. Isn’t that the book that was provided to the CCCP by the same individual who also cut a check for $10 Gs and gave it to Corpral Zoo-Low?

  29. I hope he will continue to avoid publicity until the Melendres case is resolved, and things cool down.

I would remind folks, however, that at one time Zullo and Reilly were the entire Cold Case Posse, and Reilly was in charge of research. I don’t doubt that a significant portion of the content of those binders is the work he did. I suspect the rest is from Dennis Montgomery. I should go back and see if there is anything more on those three binders that Detective Mackiewicz gave Chief Knight.

[Edited to say] I checked the transcript from the July 31 status conference and there’s nothing describing the contents of the 3 binders.

Maybe Oh Lordy Monckton has a young nephew who knows how to work an Etch-A-Sketch? That would qualify as “international lab” in birther language.

  31. Northland10 says:

I have wondered if many of those binders were the hard-copy equivalent to Montgomery’s 50 hard drives. I would not be surprised if the consisted mostly of insignificant rubbish tossed in to make the amount of “evidence” appear larger than it really is. I figure that Zullo is easily taken in by these types of games.

As are all birthers. “How can the investigation have produced so many pages if there is nothing to it?”

The Magic M (not logged in): As are all birthers. “How can the investigation have produced so many pages if there is nothing to it?”

It would be easy to download as much info as possible from the Internet or go to the local library and make photo copies or make copies of all of Corsi’s writings published on WND or all of Special Deputy Carl Callup’s books as photo copies, throw in many articles from Birther Report, Lord Monckton, Cdr. Kerchner, the North American Law Center, Bill Wolf, Reed Hayes and a plethora of like minded Birthers, throw the information into a bunch of binders and presto, one has numerous binders of investimagination.

  35. Notorial Dissent says:

Or just the collected legal maunderings of Orly Taitz printed out would fill volumes. I suspect their “evidence” is the paper equivilkent of the hard drives as someone posted earlier, and every bit as useless and worthless.

  36. Brian Reilly replies:

    “Joey, thanks for the invitation.

I’ve reviewed the picture that has been discussed in this thread.

The lower right book labeled ELIGIBILITY is the book that was assembled by the late Bill Wolf and given to me by Dr. Jerome Corsi. It is the source material for the eligibility investigation with research materials contributed by “experts” such as Paul Irey, Douglas Vogt, Karl Denninger, James Colby, Ivan Zatkovich, Paul Vallely, Gary Poyssick, Joseph Newcomer, Mara Zebest, Victoria Nicks, and Tom Harrison. The binder also included a legal opinion by Fitch King, LLC addressed to Mr. William Wolf of Motion Systems Corporation, Eatontown, New Jersey.

I personally handed the ELIGIBILITY binder to Sheriff Joe Arpaio along with 242 signatures on a petition that I wrote and circulated at the August 17, 2011 Surprise Tea Party meeting that hosted Dr. Jerome Corsi at my invitation and at my personal expense.

Contrary to what has been reported at The Fogbow, the idea to petition Sheriff Arpaio to investigate the authenticity of the President’s birth certificate was solely my idea. Jerome Corsi’s initial involvement in the effort was to attend our meeting to bring attention to his newly published book, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” I arranged to have Barnes & Nobles attend the meeting and they sold over 100 copies of Dr. Corsi’s book at our August 17, 2011 meeting.

Eventually Dr. Corsi hi-jacked my idea and began to work closely with Sheriff Arpaio, writing articles about the Arpaio’s eligibility effort. While I was emphasizing the authenticity of the birth certificate, Dr. Corsi stressed the eligibility of President Obama. Dr. Corsi authored the formal letter to Sheriff Arpaio requesting that Arpaio investigate the eligibility of President Obama. If one compares the petition that I wrote to Sheriff Arpaio which addressed the authenticity of the birth certificate and Corsi’s ghost written letter which addressed eligibility, one can see that a conflict of goals had developed.

At the meeting, with Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Brian Sands, I suggested that a review of the binder should start with Douglas Vogt’s report and then continue to the other articles by the various people listed in the book.

This is the book that was used to initiate the investigation. It was the source material for the investigation, and apparently some four and a half years later was important enough to be included in the picture above.

Mike Zullo was at neither of our initial meetings with Sheriff Arpaio and his command staff on August 18, and August 22, 2011, when the binder was presented and reviewed by Sheriff Arpaio and Chief Brian Sands.

Tea Party Power Hour personality, Mark Gillar did not witness our meetings with Sheriff Arpaio, however he disingenuously has claimed that the binder was not the source materials for the investigation. The fact that the ELIGIBILITY binder is seen in the picture above shows its important status to the investigation. My petition came first. Then Bill Wolf’s Eligibility binder. Then Corsi’s ghost written letter for the Surprise Tea Party.

The other 5 binders appear to consist of books prepared by my wife Denise from documents that Mike Zullo, Denise and I obtained from the University of Washington Special Collections Library in early April 2012.

It appears to me that the binders pictured above are from August 2011 and April of 2012.

    Regards,
    Brian Reilly”

  37. Joey says:

My thanks to Brian Reilly for his detaled response!

  38. Notorial Dissent says:

So, in other words, works of fiction and fantasy.

    Thanks Brian.
