Taitz v Kornhaber

Orly Taitz, DDS, Esq, OBE1 was none too pleased with yesterday’s article in the Orange County Weekly, according to a letter from her received at Obama Conspiracy Theories this afternoon. She said:

Yesterday [Orange County Weekly] ran a cover story relating to Barack Obama’s illegitimacy to Presidency. It was titled “Meet Orly Taitz, Queen Bee of the people obsessed with Barack Obama’s eligibility”

Her letter goes on to make certain specific criticisms about the article, for example:

you quoted me as saying that there will be a rebellion, that I support it whole heartedly – I never said that.

Followers of the Orly story will know that she has said various things along this line, including a quote cited in the OC Weekly article. The Internet has a long memory. Orly wrote on her blog last January 17:

I hope that the men in this country, particularly in our military will finally revolt against this travesty of Justice. If our government and our elected officials and our judiciary have failed us, then it is time for the new government, new elected officials and a new judiciary.

The next criticism regards the reporting of the issue of service in the Keyes v. Obama case in California. Readers here may recall that I warned Orly last April that the notification of service had not been filed with the court in a timely fashion. In her open letter to Spencer Kornhaber at OC Weekly, she claims that the service was valid because at the time Obama was a private citizen or that she is suing him in a private capacity:

The service was not just dropped. Maybe you don’t understand the legalese. Judge Carter stated that the service was supposed to be based on rule 4I and I served based on rule 4e…

My point is that I served Obama as an individual (it is on the face of the pleadings) and I served him on January the 20th.

Of course this makes no sense, as you don’t serve a private individual by dropping the document off at the mail room of the Justice Department either. She claims to have served him on Inauguration Day (January 20). This is of course false, since the affidavit Orly filed with the court signed by her “volunteer” clearly says the service was attempted on February 10, not January 20.

Finally, she didn’t like the photo. Personally, I loved the photo.

I wonder if she will spend her extension from the judge arguing about whether she served Obama or not.

Who gives a fick about what she likes? This woman thinks that she can say and do whatever she wants without being called on it. Her English is barely recognizable(her writing skills aren’t much better), yet she thinks she should be calling out our Ivy League-educated president. If she is unhappy with the election results in America, why doesn’t she head back to Israel, Russia, Moldavia, or wherever the heck she was allowed to IMMIGRATE to this country from. She won’t be missed. The last time I checked there are plains, trains, automobiles, boats, etc. that she can utilize freely. She should be given a one-way ticket to Birfistan. She speaks about rebellion and citizens grand juries, she files frivolous lawsuits, talks about personally confronting OUR PRESIDENT. I don’t usually make these kinds of statements, but I hope her family is ruined as a result of her actions. I wouldn’t give a flying flip at all. This witch has gone too far.

On another entry’s comments I posted:
“I wish you and Avigdor Lieberman would go back to Moldova. Try this stuff on Putin.

    К“‘ is watching you.”

I thought the same, too. There have been calls on her site for armed rebellion. Also, see my Birthers’ Form Letter:

Let’s not be wish ill on her family. Remember how Michelle Obama, and Obama’s late mother and grandmother are treated by the birther establishment. We are better than that.

I understand we have to be a cut above, but there is another call for armed insurrection on her site, from some shonde named Martin Pinsky.

This has gone waay beyond legitimate debate and discourse. These people are now making threats if they don’t get their way. And Orly is telling her cultists that NBC means BOTH parents have to be US citizens, so Obama can never be NBC.

She and her ilk are nothing more than vermin.

Please remember, that Taitz’s IP was nailed when she tries to pretend to be an FBI agent when her Defendourfreedoms blog was yanked from her. She is free to pretend to be as many of her supporters and villains as she pleases.

If these statements from Orly’s followers aren’t treason – I don’t know what is.

Better than that, our Military (and I know they know Obama is usurping the office, at least the officers do) why cant our military remove him with force. They swore to uphold the constitution from foreign and domestic violence. Nobama has committed treason so why will they not do thier duty as they swore in their oath to do and remove this pest because of fraud and treason.

I have also wondered why the military does not make an arrest of Congress and Obama and demand that hearings be held to determine his qualifications. They could try writing letters first, but it seems the time for that is past. Those officers in Washington who know but will do nothing about it are aiding and abetting the enemy, just as Walt Fitzpatrick says. They have become part of the political apparatus of the Usurper, which means they are the enemy, too.

I am aware of Oath Keepers. Perhaps they are the vehicle that could get this done. And I am more than willing to contribute to the cause to get it started.

    Mary Brown:

“We are better than that.” Shurreee you are!! … and this hate-filled blog with almost unending attacks surely shows that (along with the attacks you can throw into every site that wishes a court trial for the O-borter re his eligibility to be POTUS)!

If you ARE an American you should be clamoring to have his eligibility proven in a court of law rather than attacking all who have serious doubts or believe he is not eligible. Why not??? Won’t cost you anything more than what your O-borter has already set in motion. Might even save the country in the long run.

    misha:

Speaking for others, I’d say its great to be so loved by you and your O-borter pals as you throw your shildish little hissy-fits and try to insult everyone who does not share your views.

Why not let’s just have a proper court trial with – you know – real evidence brought forth under the rules of evidence and legal determinations that result therefrom??? Sound good? I knew you’d like it some something over half of the population has doubts about his eligibility. Of course you can go on talking to the wall on this blog for what it’s worth (nothing – since rules of evidence don’t apply here; just see some of the “evidence” Doc posts).

    tainer:

There’s no point in committing another illegal act by becoming vigilanties when the legal avenues haven’t come close to being heard.

Once one of the cases in process (and they are despite the nonsense often seen on this blog) is heard on merits and discovery begins you will see a “whole ‘nother ball game” – and even a new ball game from many of the O-borter’s present fans as they belatedly come to the truth about him.

It will be quite interesting and something that everyone will remember as long as they live … even the O-borter fans!

Perhaps because we believe in the rule of law and our Constitution which separates the powers? And I doubt that there are those who have ‘serious doubts’ based on legal foundations

The courts would look at the COLB, accept it as admissible evidence and rule Obama NBC. Of course, the likelihood that this will happen is close to zero for obvious reasons.

    NBC June 21, 2009 at 7:10 pm #

even a new ball game from many of the O-borter’s present fans as they belatedly come to the truth about him.

And what if the truth is what it appears to be right now, namely that he is a natural born citizen?

Of course, one can always make up reasons why one doubts Obama’s eligibility but by any reasonable standards he is a natural born citizen and courts will continue to refuse to hear the issue.

Sorry my friend… You will have to live your dreams without the likelihood of them coming to fruition.
    Such are the facts

JTX should know that the COLB is legally admissible evidence in a court of law. He can of course ‘argue’ that the COLB is flawed or falsified, but the statements of the DOH of Hawaii suggest otherwise, in addition we know of two birth announcements in Hawaiian newspapers.
By any standard of evidence, President Obama appears to be born in the United States.

Of course, no courts is likely to even hear the case for obvious reasons.

So by insisting that he will only discuss ‘evidence’ in court, JTX has effectively rendered himself powerless.

The problem you’ve got is that to keep a secret like (Kenyan Born) a secret, the conspirators must be kept to a small number.
At this point the size of the conspiracy would be immersed an include republicans and Democrats. It would mean Stanley Ann would have to have pre-cognitive abilities to cover up her tracks at the time of President Obama’s birth.
Would the courts get involved when most of the cases filed based on hearsay?

    No

Would the courts get involved under some attempt to define NBC?

    Again No

All of the issues that the birthers argue they should have brought up during the primaries, not after the election is over.

    Question?
Do you consider yourself a birther?

Unfortunately, there is no one on this blog that can grant your wish.

The purpose of this blog is to provide information to those who want to make informed decisions. There is a chance it may succeed some of the time, and before you start bad mouthing the site, remember that all of your stuff is here too. But nothing that happens here will make any difference to the judiciary.
