Orly Taitz, DDS, Esq

While Orly Taitz’s blog is infected with the H1N1 Swine Malware, I’ll continue sporadic reports, using my full body respirator virtual machine browser. [Recall last April it was that Orly said not to get H1N1 vaccinations.] It looks like Orly is including email addresses of the folks whose emails she posts.

  • Post from queenofshina: Orly, I filed an official complaint with the FBI’s cyber division on Saturday about your Site being hacked…
  • Post from Lowell Banner: It have cancelled [sic] my emails from WND. Farah and Kreep are just in this for the money…
  • From Reader Gary Maslaac (who signed his note “Eddie”): Dear Champion of Freedom, The article focused mainly on Gary A. [sic] Creep [sic], [sic] it appeared you were in the court but contributed nothing. This report is a dis service [sic] to readers and is scarcely accurate…
  • From Reader carmen: Dr. Orly, Thank you for the unbelievable amount of good you are doing…. The favor of God is on you and with you…
  • From Reader KBB: Last week, I emailed my entire address list and advised them to not give a dime to USJF and specifically to Gary Kreep…
  • From Reader pip: …That pesky Judge seriously needs to consider growing a backbone [not clear which judge]
  • MORE COMMUNITY LEDERS [SIC] AMONG THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE THAT SIGNED UP AS MY FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK
  • NOTICE: I got a phone call from Liza Mundy, Washington Post reporter. She stated that the article was postponed to Tuesday. I guess theya [sic] are waiting for judge Carter’s opinion.
  • NADA [appropriately named article contains no text]

Orly is now claiming a victory. The court changed the docket entry from “tentative” to “final.”

She and the entire birfer world are assuming this means the Motion to Dismiss has been denied.

It is spreading across the birfernet like wildfire.

From Taitz’s site: Lincoln wrote to the DoJ to start scheduling discovery, and West responded simply with:

    “Nuts.”

And yet they jump up and down when you point out they are racists:

Praise The Lord. I know the OBOTS on this site are squirming now. How will they spin this? Orly never needed a trial. All She needed was the Discovery which she will recieve now.

I am proud to be a BIRTHER!!!!! Thank you Orly for your hanging in there for ALL AMERICANS even under the overwhelming odds against you. Perhaps Carter remmebers his OATH of Enlistment he made in the USMC>

Thank you Lord for making this possible. Truth will ultimately win. I wonder how stupid these OBOTS will feel when they find out for fact that they voted for a ZEBRA from KENYA> Probably not much different than they feel now as they certainly aren’t AMERICAN Patriots. Their love is for Communist and Marxists.”

Let them celebrate. The letdown will be that much greater when Carter dismisses the lawsuit.

While technically this is not from Orly-town, it is Orly-centric.

Lucas Smith has continued his odd ramblings about Orly, culminating in this on his ewe-tube channel today:

‘And speaking of people that want to ‘hide the truth’ so that they can preserve their egos or to keep their honor intact….enter Orly Taitz …….our last words were at the Amtrack station in Santa Ana, California …….Three of us were present, the renowned Charles Lincoln III, Orly Taitz and myself.Charles Lincoln III (I’m a fan of this famous guy, by the way) was practically begging Orly to please work with Lucas Smith, the STAR WITNESS AND KEYSTONE to this case against Obama. Do you know what Orly said after his noble pleas?

She said something like (maybe not every syllable and stutter is correct here, GOD FORBID I DON”T WANT TO BE SUED FOR MAKING AN INACCURATE QUOTE, what pc world we live in) ….”That little shit put on the internet that I am sleeping with members of my legal team. I do have my honor to consider! I’m not going to put that little shit on the stand, if I put him on the stand he’s going to say that I been sleeping with members of my legal team. What about my honor!” I, (Lucas Smith), then replied to Orly, “You lost your honor the moment that you slept outside of your marriage.” Those are the last words that Orly and I spoke to each other.’

I look forward to the sequel where they slap each other across the face while calling out ‘CAD!!!’

Whether or not any word of it is actually true, well who knows. But fact or fiction, this is some high-octane-premium-crazy-blend.

As an American that had a family member fall in every war this country has engaged in since the Spanish-American war, I can’t even begin to state how offended I am by that statement

Same with me. My family traces back to the AR and is very diverse ethnically. My 90 year old grandmother voted for Barack Obama and is proud of that fact! I thought America was about the freedom to have individual thought and ideas??

I am amazed at the willful ignorance of some of these people.

Let’s suppose Judge Carter did deny the MTD, what would happen then?

The government would appeal to the 9th Circuit, who would probably schedule a hearing in January which, if there were no delays, would lead to a decision in March or April.

Then, if the 9th Circuit upheld the denial of the motion, the government would appeal to the SCOTUS, who would set a hearing for the Fall, with a decision likely in March of 2011.

Presupposing that the 9th and the USSC upheld him, the earliest that this case could possibly get back to Judge Carter for (discovery and) trial would be the summer of 2011, yet some of these loons are believing that it is imminent!

I think West forgot to put the “You’re” in his initial reply to Taitz!

I read over at politijab that one of their members thinks she’s onto the links from the GOP through Corsi to Lucas. Sounds like conspiracy theory, but those politijabbers are almost always right. I’ve always thought the neo-cons like Cheney, Bolton and Kristol were stirring the birther pot from afar, but to uncover proof the FKBC came from the GOP would be sweet.

The 9th has a huge caseload…it has taken Berg almost a year to get his case through the 3d.

Keep in mind how Politijab works. They post ideas and then criticize them. It is through the fire of debate that they arrive at some solid stuff. That doesn’t mean that every theory posted there has merit.

The Government may or may not be able to appeal. An appeal from the denial would be interlocutory, that is, made while the trial is still pending. In general, no appeal can be made until the trial is over. In exceptional circumstances, there may be an interim appeal, if the District Court or the Court of Appeals allows it. If the MTD were denied, it would be a good case for interlocutory appeal, since so much depends on the interpretation of the law.

All this is hypothetical. The MTD will most likely be granted. The plaintiffs themselves will then appeal. It would be up to the 9th Circuit to determine if the appeal should be expedited. If not, there could be a long wait.

“(Lucas Smith), then replied to Orly, “You lost your honor the moment that you slept outside of your marriage.”

Remember, I commented on what Orly did in Moldova. True story: when someone declared himself a refusenik, they lost their job, and could not get another. What did she do for money? A lot of refuseniks took to streetwalking, because it was income and the Soviet authorities would be anxious to get rid of them.

She has a lot of skeletons in her closet.

A joke in Israel: A woman from Romania emigrates to Israel, and meets a man who proposes marriage. She tells him she’ll give him an answer after she talks to her rabbi.

So she goes to her shul, and tells him about the proposal. Then she says, “When I said I wanted to emigrate to Israel, I lost my job. So I started street walking, and I shoplifted food and clothing. Finally, the authorities had enough of me, and let me leave.”

The rabbi says, “Well, you’re here now, you’re making a new life, and you’re engaged. Mazel tov.”

    “There’s just one problem, rabbi.”

“Problem? What kind of problem is there in all of this?”

She says, “What should I tell my fiancé?”

The rabbi replies, “Tell him everything, but don’t tell him you’re Romanian.”

Birther or not why would you want to support a president who refuses to release ANY of his records? I don’t care where he was born, but I find it arrogant to refuse the request of the American people when all they want is to see your long form birth certificate. I mean I have a copy of mine in my wallet. Why would a U.S. citizen just plain refuse to show their birth certificate? And he is spending tax payer money upwards of 1 million dollars to fight these cases. It just seems absured to me. I liked him at first, but now I am beginning to question his decision to fight this. a certificate of live birth posted on a website really isnt legal. I wouldnt direct my empolyer to a website to confirm my place of birth and Obama is insulting all of us by doing so. He thinks that we are all so stupid that we will not find out that the issue is wether his certificate of live birth is a delayed filing or was filed at the time of birth in the US. Like Obama or not don’t you think its wierd of him to seal all of his records? no other president in History has EVER done that, so ask yourself what is he hiding? That is just common sense to me and where is the conspiracy? I think what people are saying is that Obama is a liar. Not that anyone conspired.

Obama DID show his birth certificate.

Do not let the facts get in the way.

uspatriot: Birther or not why would you want to support a president who refuses to release ANY of his records?

The Certification of Live birth is the official document issued by the State of Hawaii. If you were Hawaiian and ordered a birth certificate today, that is what you would be carrying around in your wallet. The fact that you say the president hasn’t released ANY of his records, when the central document for the purpose of presidential eligibility has been released suggests to me that you have a disconnect with reality.
