Taitz offers evidence: Obama not born in Kenya!

Orly Taitz at Fox News protest

Orly Taitz at Fox News protest?

Despite the dismissal of Orly Taitz’s case (variously called Barnett v. Obama or Keyes v. Obama) in the California District Court, Taitz, like the Energizer Bunny, just keeps filing and filing and filing.

That in and of itself is not surprising or newsworthy, but the real shocker is what she disclosed in her most recent letter to the court! A copy of an investigative report shows that Barack Obama was not born in Kenya, but rather came from Equatorial Guinea! [For the geographically challenged — Kenya is on the east coast of Africa and Equatorial Guinea is on the west coast.]

But perhaps the most surprising of all is this shocking disclosure from Taitz in one of the filings:

I am over 18 years old, am of sound mind and free of any mental disease or psychological impairment of any kind or condition.

No, you can’t make this stuff up.

    Marital status “unknown.”

    Sound mind?

  2. mommybrain says:

Any news on Orly’s Land fine? Has she paid? Her dental wages garnished? Agent fees attached?

  3. MsDaisy says:

Obama must be really slick to have been able to change the shape of his head like that. I wonder how he did it. Must have been doing Jenny Craig too.

  4. Rickey says:

    Great catch!

The other amusing part of Orly’s letter is that she actually believes that the Colorado P.I. was tapping into a database which contains Obama’s “immigration records.” In fact he just logged onto an online “background investigation” site which is available to anyone who has a credit card.

She also doesn’t understand the difference between “ethnicity” and country of origin.

Re: “I am over 18 years old, am of sound mind and free of any mental disease or psychological impairment of any kind or condition.”

LOL! Yeah, I actually just made a comment about that on another site before coming here. I too found that to be the most amusing of all the crazy claims in Orly’s latest filing!

I mean, really…what is the purpose of people self-testifying to their own sanity?

Like you can really trust that a crazy/delusional person is even aware that they are crazy/delusional!

  6. G says:

Wow…yeah, nice find, MsDaisy! LOL! I guess somehow in Orlyworld, Obama must have “reverse-aged” since then as well…as that Roman dude looks a lot older than Barack did in that timeframe…LOL!

  7. Gordon says:

Looks like Sarah Palin is a Birther. Why am I not surprised. 7:45 mark

  8. G says:

Wow…yeah, listening through that whole thing, that Rusty Humphrey guy brings up the birther stuff several times in that segment of the show and she pretty clearly makes statements that indicate she’s a birther and that she clearly advocates making this into a bigger issue!

Sad…but not that surprising. So, yeah, good luck with that one, Sarah! Gee, like rational people didn’t have enough reason to write you off as a fear-mongering flake!

  9. G says:

Wow…even more evidence that Sarah is now fully out of the closet as a birther – as reported at Rumproast.com, she’s now posting like one on her facebook page:

Hmmm…wasn’t Orly just calling out Sarah to join the “birther” movement a few days ago? This might be the first “success” Orly has had…LOL!

Can’t wait to see this one eventually play out on the late night comedy shows!

  10. aarrgghh says:

for those who may have been wondering: it has been eighty days since orly announced that she would have obama out of office in thirty days.

  11. Perhaps this is why Obama has not released a copy of the Certificate of Live Birth. He’s waiting until his opponent had stepped over line and committed themselves to a “born in Kenya” scenario, so that he can produce it and make them look the fool.

  12. Scientist says:

Sarah’s hopes for 2012 took a big hit at 8:30 AM today, when the jobs #s came out. This birther nonsense is strictly a sideshow. As a former President said, “It’s the economy stupid”. If unemployment is <8% and trending down in fall 2012, Obama is re-elected. Birtherism will be very lucky to even rate a footnote in the history books.

  13. Scientist says:

A musical tribute to Orly and her pals. No RickRoll this time, I promise, just a great artist who is sorely missed…

  14. misha says:

    I had written this before:

When someone writes a convoluted rationalization of why Obama is not NBC, I reply with:

Humans have opposable thumbs; lemurs have opposable thumbs. Therefore, you are a lemur.

  15. Slartibartfast says:

Okay, I’ll try the link – but if I get RickRolled again, I’m going to unleash a furious ad hominem attack…

Very appropriate tribute. Bravo! And he is sorely missed…

  16. misha says:

Hey, remember the book “Eighty Days
    Around The World”?

    Well, do your homework. Sheesh.

  17. Black Lion says:

From Orly’s house of horrors…Someone actually linked from her site to Dr. C’s site…I wonder if she is aware…

  18. G says:

Good catch! I think you should post something like this every 30 days or so to remind the deluded birthers just how meaningless and ridiculous their predictions are!

  19. G says:

Actually, it looks like Sarah Palin has already proven that one of her only political talents is to be able to “quit” like nobody else can.

In record time, it seems she has already “quit” being a birther, according to her latest Facebook post:

    “Stupid Conspiracies
Voters have every right to ask candidates for information if they so choose. I’ve pointed out that it was seemingly fair game during the 2008 election for many on the left to badger my doctor and lawyer for proof that Trig is in fact my child. Conspiracy-minded reporters and voters had a right to ask… which they have repeatedly. But at no point – not during the campaign, and not during recent interviews – have I asked the president to produce his birth certificate or suggested that he was not born in the United States.

    – Sarah Palin”

Thanks to ohforgoodnesssake.com for bringing this to my attention and the excellent article there covering the whole issue.

  20. mommybrain says:

I’m going to use that if I’m ever forced to speak to an actual Birther. It’s one thing to obsessively check the latest outrageous utterance; it’s quite another to actually come face-to-face with teh crazy. I’m not at all sure I could stay cool.

  21. mommybrain says:

Thanks, Scientist. He is sorely missed.
Now I know one thing hubby’s getting for Christmas.

  22. NorthlandA says:

She treats filing like some treat blogging. There appears to be no attempt to verify anything. A 10 minute glance would make most people question the background “report”:

    1. Possible relative, Michelle, yet his marital status is “Unknown.”
    2. The “neighbors” are one mile north of his address. In a large city, that puts many people between him an the neighbors.
    3. The address is non-existent for one neighbor, though the numbers are turned around. These “neighbors” do live in a 3 unit condo building. All of this was easily and quickly verifiable from various government records.

I find it strange that a retired ICE agent (which appears to be correct) would actually provide this under his name unless he was just trying to get her to leave him alone. It might make some wonder about the quality of his own practice.

  23. G says:

Well, Orly has been rejected again!

Judge Carter just denied her Amended Motion for Reconsideration of the Order to Dismiss:
