Watching some of your and Loren’s reactions to the on-goings was pure comedic-gold pleasure….sort of like a silent birther version of MST3k.
Can anyone recommend which of the six videos provides the most laughs?
In Video Three @ 11:40, Hatfield intorduces into the record the letter from jablonski to the SoS. That letter refers to the Maskell Memorandum. Does that mean that Judge Mahili can take notice of that and look it up?
By the way, in the video feed (not included here) before the hearing started I could be seen holding up a sign to the camera. I’m told that it was not readable. It said “Hi G!”

I popped in over at ObamaReleaseYourRecords and read the comments, can you imagine what they could accomplish if they put the energy of their hate into something that could help this country. Georgia is the fulfilment of their OMG moment, they are giddy with excitement. When this ballot thing fails they will go apepupu.

So many nutty nougats to choose from, but my favorite has to be Video Six at 11:00 where she asks John Sampson to speculate about the redactions in records obtain through FOIA. Yeah, right — like the judge is going to assign any weight to that!
Well, the best part seems to have been left out. Interesting that the person putting up the video chose to cut it Orly’s time on stage short with Sampson as Orly’s witness…and left out the BEST PART – Orly taking the stand herself and making the biggest stooge of herself…LMAO!
I actually spent the time and watched the entire thing and also checked the source site to see if I could find the missing parts and the rest of it. Alas, no Part 7 to be found…
Yeah, even a lot of the Birthers seem to realize what an embarassment Orly is.
When I watched these on YT last night, there were 7 videos. The person posting the videos on YT labelled the last 2 videos as #6.

I noticed this because each #6 was a different length. The link I post as #7 does show Orly testifying as her own witness! It is 14:41 mins; the real #6 is 15:00 mins.
So, #6 = 15 mins. #7 = 14.41 mins. Doc, you have the correct #6; my link will be video #7.
Why not simply ask, “Which Three Stooges movies is the funniest?” You’ll be dead from laughter half way through any of them, so does it really matter?

Then there’s the B&W handout that was issued to assembled press corps. Because of the nature of the security paper, the basketweave pattern doesn’t show up well, but the details are a lot sharper than the lower resolution PDF, which was meant for quick loading. If the PDF was their supposed “created” document that would be the “original”, then how come the WH was able to produce another version with considerably sharper details.
And of course there was NBC’s reporter on the scene with the chutzpah to ask to see and handle one of the originals, as well as snapping a couple of pictures of it with her camera phone. When I bring it up with the “layers people”, I almost never hear any direct response back other than that I’m supposedly using “talking points”. They just keep on repeating that nobody has seen the original – sort of plugging up their ears and singing “la la la la la, I’m not hearing that, la la la la la”.
Birthers are a never ending source of entertainment….

I’ve added the missing 7th video above. What I don’t have is Orly Taitz swearing at Dean Haskins. This was before the hearing, but in the feed, so I was told by Dean.
My best recollection of the second-hand report was something like:
Orly: You’re Dean Haskins. I think an apology is due.
Dean: I’ll accept your apology
Orly: You’re not worth shit.
Did anybody else hear this on the live feed?

No, didn’t hear that. The audio was pretty bad and a lot of people were milling about, so no…wish I did hear that exchange, but I don’t recall it.

I wanted to add that I have confirmed that Orly Taitz did submit into evidence the FOIA document from 1967, an internal Department of State memorandum confirming that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. It appears on page 122 of her exhibits, accessible here:

I know in the world of internet crackpots and cranks, using a shotgun approach and seeing what sticks to the wall may be appropriate. However, when it comes to arguing a case before a judge, I would think it would help to have a consistent narrative. I don’t think she has that in her.
I suppose in Orly-land, a consistent narrative consists of everything negative about President Obama is true, even if they are mutually exclusive.

Wow, having taken a minute to flip through her exhibits, all i can say is “There goes Orly!” She may as well have backed up the dump truck and taken a dump ( 😉 ) on Malihi’s desk. Give the guy a roadmap for Pete’s sake! Nary a caption or citation in sight. He isn’t going to piece this together for her, nor should he. I don’t recall many references on her part appearing in the hearing transcript, either!
At least Corsi puts this kinda thing in a nice book form and spins a story around it. This is just throwing spew at the at the wall … just like always!
