New video compounds error

A new video from KenyanBornObamAcorn catalogs various media articles where newspapers describe Barack Obama born in Kenya. It’s nice to have this all concentrated in one place, although an article with hyperlinks is much more useful for researchers.

I will say that KBOA does a good job putting videos together, even though I don’t agree with the way the subject is characterized or how she evaluates evidence.

I see KBOA included the Kenyan road sign. Wasn’t that shown to be a hoax, with the arab text below saying something like “Welcome to Honolulu”?

She is still fixated on the BC that has the watermark stating, in Dutch, that it is a hoax. She keeps using it but calling it “unverified,” though she obviously believes him born in Nairobi (which is oddly, not Mombasa as printed on her favorite blowup Lucas Smith BC). In my fast forward of her video, I noticed she also uses the grandmother tape again.

    Can you say gullible?

Here is another “video”…..It look like this “birther” issue is going to be pushed even harder in an attempt to confuse the voters..I am seeing alot more articles, stories, videos and assorted BS being posted on the www.

This video contains content from UMG, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds. Sorry about that.

    Oh well.

“Is it possible that they are all wrong?”

    Well, let’s work this out.

    1. Either they are all wrong (on this one specific question), or they are all right.

    2. Several of these examples, as noted above, are obvious hoaxes.

    3. The canonical authority responsible for answering this question says they are all wrong.

The obvious conclusion would be, then: Yes. It is possible that they are all wrong. In fact, it is a near certainty.

Do I have to watch the remaining 7 minutes now?

  6. Yes, the road sign was a hoax. WorldNetDaily did an excellent (but overly-long) debunking in February of 2010.

It’s pretty rare to see a birther mention that sign.

  7. Except one of her video sources plainly says Kogelo.

    Here’s a funny thought.

There are probably more than a few birthers who are (as they have proven repeatedly) just mentally challenged and delusional enough to fantasize that their birthery efforts will cause the President to concede the 2012 election to Romney.

I will give her credit for one thing: once she gets an idea in her head, she styx with it.

  10. Apparently birthers think all African Americans look alike, since Obama is supposed to resemble Frank Marshall Davids AND Malcolm X.

Personally, I think Obama takes after his grandfather, Stanley Dunham, who in turn reminds me of Leonard Nimoy.

Not gullible. Committed. Like a pig is committed to a sausage and eggs breakfast.

I did not know that one.

I had a habit for a while of provoking posters on certain sites by posting quotations in Arabic. After someone would take the bait and start with the knee jerk insults, I would then reveal that the quotation was from an Arabic translation of the Book of Mark. The end result was never very satisfying though. Never is with pinheads, especially when you’re the one trolling.

Well, KBOA is one of the dumbest people on the planet.

  15. The road sign Arabic translation…

Welcome to = Paul s dead

    Kenya = Hawaii

Birthplace of Barack Obama = NOT the birthplace of Barack Obama.

  16. ehhh…Paul is dead…sorry.

I think the one comment left there so far sums it up nicely.

Sometime for fun I try to convince birthers that Paul McCartney is dead.

Look, his eyes are closed and he’s not wearing shoes!

  19. Sean: Sometime for fun I try to convince birthers that Paul McCartney is dead.Look, his eyes are closed and he’s not wearing shoes!

When the sign was first making the rounds and birthers discovered the original used in the Photoshop prank, I convinced a couple that this was a disinformation campaign to discredit the “Welcome to Kenya” sign, and that the original was actually the fake.

The CIA is the duct tape of conspiracies. It can cover up any flaws in a good conspiracy story.

If birthers are going to use this shit to try and make a point on the swing voter the republican party is going to lose, not just the election either, Their entire reputataion will go down the tube as a serious party.
