  1. WND has a new birther article by the birther propagandist in chief Bob Unruh:

    http://www.wnd.com/2013/07/eligibility-resurrected-congress-paying-attention/

    Here’s a sample quote:

Zullo also has noted that the governor of Hawaii was unable to produce an original birth document for Obama, and it should have been easy to find.

Note how stupid people are supposed to think this means that the Governor couldn’t “find” a birth certificate. Actually he couldn’t find anything he could legally release (i.e. “produce”). It’s like:

“President Obama was unable to produce the secret missile launch keys, and it should have been easy to find.”

    or

“Mr. Cabot was unable to produce his gall bladder, and it should have been easy to find.”

  2. Rickey says:

Unfortunately, serial liars do what they do.

  3. sfjeff says:

Another sterling example of WND journalistic prowess.

Everything comes from Zullo- and they quote the World Tribune- whose information came from Zullo.

They make it seem that the Tribune had interviewed Reed- but of course all the quotes from Reed come from- wait for it- Zullo.

Frankly reading the article- it is not surprising a big lie fest.

Birthers…..still gullible after all these years.

WND- still willing to gull Birthers after all these years.

  4. sfjeff says:

I feel rather unclean even reading the vile comments on WND.

You are better than I Doc, to post in that rabid pack of Birthers.

“There have been warnings that we would go under shortly after our 200th.
I’m a good believer in Christ and God, yet I keep praying that God ‘Smite’ the Devil in our Whitehouse!!
Maybe that makes me a poor Christian, maybe it doesn’t.”

  6. Are Bob Unruh and Jerome Corsi more than “friends”?

I’m not accusing them of anything. I’m just asking.

We often wonder why judges put up with Orly, but some of the things they hear from in the courtroom makes you realize that not everyone is playing with a full deck. 😀

These are from a book called Disorder in the Courts and are things people actually said in court, word for word, taken down and published by court reporters that had the torment of staying calm while the exchanges were taking place.

ATTORNEY: What was the first thing your husband said to you that morning?

ATTORNEY: She had three children , right?

ATTORNEY: Doctor , how many of your autopsies have you performed on dead people?
WITNESS: All of them. The live ones put up too much of a fight.

    WITNESS: Oral…
    _________________________________________
ATTORNEY: Do you recall the time that you examined the body?

    ____________________________________________
ATTORNEY: Are you qualified to give a urine sample?
WITNESS: Are you qualified to ask that question?

    ______________________________________
    And last:

ATTORNEY: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?
    WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for blood pressure?
    WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for breathing?
    WITNESS: No..
ATTORNEY: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?
    WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
ATTORNEY: I see, but could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless?
WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law.

Sorry I didn’t have a link, wax if too big.

  12. Jim: These are from a book called Disorder in the Courts and are things people actually said in court, word for word

I once appeared as a character witness in a divorce hearing.

Attorney: Did you ever commit adultery?
    Witness: Yes.
    Attorney: With whom?
Witness: Do you want all their names and how many times?

Co-worker, whispered to me: “Thank you for being here.”

    Those are funny!

Forty years ago in Arizona there was a personal injury case involving a guest at a dude ranch who was bitten by a horse. All was going well for the defense attorney, until this exchange while he was questioning the manager of the dude ranch:

ATTORNEY: How old was the horse who was involved in this incident?
    MANAGER: Seven.
ATTORNEY: Has anyone ever been bitten by this horse?
    MANAGER: Not to my knowledge.
ATTORNEY: Thank you very much. Oh, by the way, what is the horse’s name?
    MANAGER: Nipper.

Falwell said it – The anti-Christ is walking among us in the shape of a Jewish male.
Hagee – The anti-Christ will be Jewish, as was Karl Marx, as was Adolf H!tler.

Malala Yousufzai was shot in the face by a conspiracy of Jews and Freemasons:

On the one hand, the letter is an audacious attempt to justify the shooting of a little girl. In places, it seems rambling, talking of a conspiracy – led by (you guessed it) “Jews” and “freemasons.” Yet the words also provide an insight into the motivations, ideology and even deep-rooted fears of the Taliban in Pakistan.

So often Birthers get outraged when they are accused of racism…..but then almost inevitably a Birther ends up saying something like this:

    Quote from Birther:
“Good. It is the reality of the situation. Your people are being called out on it as they rape, kill and pillage all across America. Abe Lincoln said it best about the negro”

Yep- nothing racist about their opposition to Barack Obama at all…….

Good thought, Scott. I used to be a regular visitor to FOTM (have since quit cold turkey), but here’s how it goes down there and at other RWNJ sites: they refer to President Obama as POS, but if you refer to them as conspiracists, you get banned for name calling. Posts that decisively refute their insane theories with actual facts (see Sandy Hook, Benghazi, Eugenics, Obama’s birth certificate, etc. etc.) are censored. Not much character to be built there; the only thing it built for me were bruises on the palm of my hand and my forehead.

It’s pretty clear from the Playboy interview that Alinsky never met Capone. Alinsky mentions meeting Frank Nitti, so he certainly would have said so if he had ever met Capone.

scott e: that’s how I feel here (not really), it’s fine j, wander outside your comfort zone from time to time.

I’ve posted this before, but it’s always a bit surprising to me that birthers routinely assume that (a) everyone here is American and (b) a fervent Obama supporter.

Therefore they feel free to dismiss our objections to their lunatic theories as motivated purely by pro-Obama feelings.

But as has been obvious for a quite a while, several posters here are not from the US — and therefore don’t have the same pollitical and emotional investment in supporting Obama.

Speaking for myself only, I do not even like or agree with Obama’s foreign policies, which seem to me in too many respects identical to that of Dick Cheney.

If there was a proper alternative in your electoral system, Obama would be seen as a reasonable right-leaning centrist candidate, to be succeeded by a left-leaning centrist candidate and so forth. Unfortunately the choice you’re offered is Obama or General Zod, so obviously we come to prefer Obama by default.

Our opposition to, and ridicule of, the birthers’ views have nothing to do with our alleged pro-Obama feelings, which in my case are inexistent.

There are plenty of very good reason to oppose Mr. Obama’s policies (from the left, not even from the right) without having to resort to crazy, illogical, racist, made up theories.

I found another little gem that shows that the document was indeed created on a Xerox workstation.

Remember JPEG? They contain quantization matrices which are often very specific to the application and can be used as a virtual fingerprint

In this posting I show how the quantization matrices for the WH PDF and the Xerox PDF created by a friend both show the same matrices.

I found that it did not match the 7655 matrices but they do match the 7655 matrices in the WH taxes document. I now remember that I may have set the compression to high in my workflow experiment. Need to redo.

So the same matrices are found in the WH PDF birth certificate the WH Potus taxes PDF and in the sample PDF created on a Xerox 7355…

I also believe I have figured out how the JPEG was subsampled to 150 DPI and why the two sides of the text bitmaps align with 8 MOD 0 boundaries. Instead of a spatial subsampling you can do a ‘frequency based’ subsampling with much of the same results but more efficient.

Preliminary experiments with resolution also show interesting and promising explanations for the white halos.

I love it when everything comes together… And I get to educate myself and my friend Hermitian…

If you’ll be free in early September and want to visit our nation’s captial, a lunatic patriot group has got plans for you. Big Plans. They’re big I tells ye!

“The date has been set for September 9th, be prepared to stay for the week. The way I have this figured it shouldn’t take more than the work week to get this done if that long. Our truck driving Patriot family blocks off the streets surrounding D.C. even around government buildings putting traffic to a complete stop, the rest of us front liners (UNARMED) walk in demanding answers and justice for our country. No one gets in or out of D.C. until we have these answers If there are millions of us they can’t arrest us all nor can they really stop us. Those with evidence against our government would have the backing to submit the paperwork to start the impeachment process and the arrest of any and all parties in the crimes committed by our government officials. We would need banners made for all the trucks with different messages on them very bold that can be easily read from a distance or from helicopters once the media started reporting. Our second line will be all armed patriots (just outside of DC) ready to move in and take action if our peaceful method doesn’t work. The second line will be waiting in an area where it is legal to carried your firearms so no laws are broken and this gives no chance for someone to be planted among the group who could fire the first shot and it be blamed on us.”

Of course, if you tell everyone that you’re going to march on the capital on Sept. 9, what’s to keep Congress and the president from leaving town on Sept. 8? Not to mention, the Supreme Court is not in session until October.

    c. The Senate must start Impeachment proceedings.”

And, a little further along, the demands:

    “For both houses of Congress:
    1) Cease and desist from all attempt to alter or abridge the Constitution.”

    and

    “For the President,
    7) Give an accounting of yourself in public as to why you believe you have the right to usurp the rule of law and The Constitution of The United States.”

    And they’re super serial:

Agree to willingly testify on behalf of the American people against the crimes committed against us and our country. Your cooperation and involvement in the crimes will determine your capability of being able to return to your job or have a place in government office in the future. If we the people are forced to remove you from office you will not be given an opportunity for future political position.”

I was astounded recently to learn that a rumor from the 2000 presidential election has been reheated and served again after each of the presidential elections since then. To wit, that the homicide rate is 6.5 times as high in counties that voted for the Democrat (Gore, then Kerry, Obama and Obama) than for those that voted for the Republican (Bush, Bush, McCain and Romney.) I didn’t know it had thaty long a shelf life.
I found at least 25 websites circulating this false report, including the Western Center for Journalism in the form of a reply from a reader responding to an article titled
“zhokhar Tsarnaev Not Most Dangerous Criminal in US – Obama Is”

    Here’s a short passage:

Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law in
St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning
    the last Presidential election:
Number of States won by: Obama: 19 Romney: 29
Square miles of land won by: Obama: 580,000 Romney: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Obama: 127 million Romney: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Obama: 13.2 Romney: 2.1
Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory
Romney won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens
    of the country.
Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low
income tenements and living off various forms of government
    welfare…”
Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the
“complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of
democracy, with some forty percent of the nation’s population
already having reached the “governmental dependency” phase.
If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million
criminal invaders called illegals – and they vote – then we can say
goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

I’m guessing that there’s a large overlap among people circulating this llie and birthers.

    Here’s the link:

  82. John Reilly says:

States won by Pres. Obama, 19, states won by Romney, 29? That adds to, let’s see, 48. Since there are either 50 states, or 51 voting areas (because adding DC to this mix surely improves the argument the author is making), or 57 states (if you believe Pres. Obama), then we’re missing some. Other figures in this article are similarly inaccurate. The population adds up to 270 million, when I though we had more than 300 million, or 345 million if you add all of the illegal aliens Dr. Taitz says are here. Or do illegal aliens and African-Americans only count for 3/5?

  83. John Reilly: or 57 states (if you believe Pres. Obama)

Mr. Reilly: In fact, there are 57 primaries: DC, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Virgin Islands, Texas Caucus and Democrats abroad.

Obama was exhausted from non-stop campaigning.

Speaking of big dreams, here’s a comment left on the Facebook page devoted to this insanity:

“Jay Stimson III: I only have one suggestion … and this is not to put a fly in the ointment … but things may not go as planned. I would highly recommend giving consideration to demanding that our military take control of the government until things can be sorted out. Being a veteran, I trust our military and they have the muscle to help us. It is my conclusion that they must be factored into our plan if we are to succeed. I fully expect they are waiting on us to give them the go ahead. Just some food for thought.”

  86. John Reilly says:

Misha: I know why Pres. Obama said 57. I was being a bit facetious.

What I don’t understand is how someone who sits down and makes county by county land and population calculations gets to 48, except if you leave out Hawaii (that solves the natural born citizen problem( and a state to be named later.

And the reasoning of the piece is warped. We do not vote by how much land each of us owns.

And my guess is that the numbers presented are all false,

Except this is BS since Obama won 26 states plus DC and Romney won 24 states. They tried to claim the same nonsense with McCain and Obama claiming McCain won more states than Obama when he did not. But hey lets see the real math of this crud.

So lets see the author straight out lied. I added up the square miles for Obama comes out to about 1.3 million square miles. Alaska is a whole lot of nothing with one of the smallest populations and the most land that’s not saying much.

I haven’t had the chance to add up the counties but I’ve read multiple articles saying Obama won 10 big counties in 2012 that McCain won in 2008. The numbers are false listed in the article.

But now they’re staring down the barrel of middle-age burnout, and they don’t like it. They don’t like it, so they’ve become self-righteous, and they wanna make things hard for young people. They tell em abstain from sex, say no to drugs. As for rock ‘n’ roll, they sold that for television commercials a long time ago so they can buy pasta machines and StairMasters and soybean futures. You know something? They’re cold, bloodless people. It’s in their slogans, it’s in their rhetoric: “No pain, no gain,” “Just do it,” “Life is short, play hard,” “Shit happens, deal with it,” “Get a life.” These people went from “Do your own thing” to “Just say no!” They went from “Love is all you need” to “Whoever winds up with the most toys, wins”, and they went from cocaine to Rogaine. And you know something? They’re still counting grams, only now it’s fat grams. And the worst of it is we have to watch the commercials on TV for Levi’s loose-fitting jeans and fat-ass Docker pants because these degenerate, yuppie, Boomer cocksuckers couldn’t keep their hands off the croissants and the Häägen-Dasz and their big fat asses have spread all over and they have to wear fat-ass Docker pants. The Green Party in Germany once demanded a change in voting laws so that people should be able to vote for those children who couldn’t legally vote yet (“to give those children a voice”). Of course this wouldn’t just have require a change to the Constitution to even be possible but also would’ve created the problem how parents would vote who do not vote the same – if you have three minor children and one parent votes CDU and the other SPD, how are the 3 extra votes distributed?
