    This isn’t news but rather a “bit of trivia” that I found researching the Constitution.

    A literacy test of voters is allowed by the Constitution but one person cannot be singled out, has to be all voters. Which would make it too costly. Bit of triva I ran across.

    Some of these articles on Doc Orly’s blog have made some pretty serious allegations about people and Institutions–some which have been proven false. I guess anybody can just say anything they please these days with no accountability whatsoever.

    Actually, when someone raises money and promises some manner of result, especially when the person is a member of the bar filing frivilous suits and asking the public to fund the unethical behavior, I would think there ARE issues of fraud/etc that may come up and possible present actionable claims.

    Falsely claiming someone has been disbarred could present defamation per se, and is likely even more serious when the accuser is a member of the bar. Although it is clearly unlikely that Michelle Obama would ever pursue an action on the issue.

    Michelle Obama is a public figure. She has few rights against defamation. It doesn’t matter that the accusation is false, unless she could prove that the person who said it knew it was false, or that they had a reckless disregard for the truth (how do you prove what’s in someone’s head), then she cannot recover damages.

    It’s a great ploy. “What I’m saying must be the truth because otherwise the other guy would be suing me — unless he has something to hide.” That’s bogus, of course. Berg isn’t a very good lawyer, but he’s good enough to know the basic law about defamation, and that even if everything Berg said could be proven false, Obama hasno protection because he is a public figure.

I think the newest “interpleader action” might just do it, that suit is a legal atrocity worthy of some severe sanctions, IMHO.

    Did you go take a look? It’s like they–especially Doc Orly is going in all directions. investigating this, then investigating that. What has Obama’s grandmother’s (Dunham) job got to do with anything? Then one article stated “Father confirmed”, or something to that effect. I didn’t realize there had ever been any question as to who Obama’s Father was–amazing isn’t it?–it is exactly as Obama has stated. Like all of you said last night, it’s probably going to be wild and wacky until Jan. 20th.

    By the way, does anybody know if Fitzgerald has requested assistance from the public? Robert, the 2nd in command said that they had been asked by Fitzgerald to assist in the investigation–not his exact words but his implication. Factual? To me, what they are doing would hinder an investigation, not help it. (Which is what my comment was and thus his response to me.)

    As I mentioned in another post, I suspect they will really amp up the crazy in the coming 17 days.

    They are desperate and greedy and running out of time.

    Not to mention, I think a good number of Obama supporters and just plain thinking people are now putting the pressure on them all daily. Even if the sites delete our comments…their movement is now in serious jeopardy of ending.

    Expect them to go places they have never ventured before. I suspect the “Obama faked grandma’s death” rumor will return as well. The Berg mothership bloggers are quite fond of that disgusting tidbit of garbage.

    Can you help me get this doc?
    As you recall there was never a funeral and there is no burial place for either Stanley Ann Dunham or Madelyn Dunham. BO and his sister Maya simply spread the ashes over the ocean.
    A reader has e-mailed me that one cannot just spread human ashes standing on the beach. Human ashes can only be spread from a plane and from a certain distance from the beach. Can anybody get a document to that extend? Does anyone know if AFA ever allowed the state of Hi to violate this rule.

    There appears to be an EPA regulation regarding the disposal of human remains at sea. According to the EPA web site:

    Disposal location and measures – Non-cremated remains

    Burial at sea of human remains that are not cremated shall take place at least 3 nautical miles from land and in water at least 600 feet deep. Certain areas, including east central Florida, the Dry Tortugas, Florida and west of Pensacola, Florida to the Mississippi River Delta, require water at least 1800 feet deep. Refer to the Code of Federal Regulations at 40 CFR 229.1 (PDF) (1 p, 149K, About PDF) for details. All necessary measures shall be taken to ensure that the remains sink to the bottom rapidly and permanently.

    Disposal location and measures – Cremated remains

    Cremated remains shall be buried in or on ocean waters without regard to the depth limitations specified for non-cremated remains in paragraph 2 above provided that such burial takes place at least three nautical miles from land.

    I guess it depends on how deep the water was.

    Read HRS 338-17.7 again: “altered pursuant to Law (5) request of a Law enforcement agency certifying that a new birth certificate showing different information would provide for the safety of the birth registrant.” This is what we call the “witness protection program”. Since Stanley Ann Dunham has a history prior to Barack’s birth, it is evident that she was not in the witness protection program, and hence that her son wasn’t either.

    HRS 338-17 LATE OR ALTERED CERTIFICATE EVIDENCE SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE JUDICIAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE BODY OR OFFICIAL
    AS TO THE PROBATIVE VALUE

    This is irrelevant because Barack Obama’s birth certificate is neither later nor altered.

    Barack Obama disclosed the information.

    Madelyn Dunham’s brother dies right before the election
    This is what I got from a reader, Buelah

    “according to the Seattle times Mr Payne died 22 Oct 2008 this was on ancestry.com going to the full obit it was titled Obama grandmother helped mold candidates character”

    I am really concerned about all of these coincidences, that all of BO’s family dies. Even his uncle, Charles Payne, Madelyn Payne Dunham’s brother dies right before the election.
    We really need to start working hard and getting hospital records, mortuary records, death certificates, coroners reports, probate records for Ann Dunham, Madelyn Payne Dunham, Charles Payne, Stanley A. Dunham

    The Seattle times ran an article showing Charles Payne, Madelyn Payne Dunham’s brother dying Oct 22, 2008 I just remembered reading Larry Sinclair’s article on Citizen Wells. According to Larry, an employee of the mortuary stated to him that Madelyn Dunham has died on Oct 22. Did anybody see Madelyn Dunham alive after October 22?

    If Larry is correct, then both BO’s grandmother and great uncle die or disappear from public eye and unavailable for any questioning or subpoena on the same day, October 22. I wonder what happened on that day or a day before? It looks like something happened that spooked this Adams family. What was it? Can anyone remember any newspaper articles, any public statements happening on Oct 21-22?

    Are there any reports of his other relatives being seen after the 22nd? His paternal grandmother Sarah Obama? 3 other wifes of BO sr, particularly the other American wife, Ruth Nidesand (Nidersand or Obama) and her 2 sons David and Mark Ndsandjo (Nidesand, Nidersand, Obama)?

    One of the readers stated that Margaret Payne lives in Kansas. Another reader stated that reader Buela made a mistake and Charles Payne is alive. If that is correct, we have Charles, Margaret and Jack Payne, all of their children and grand children. Any living relative can sign a request for release of BO’s original BC. I hope that in this whole family there is one honest, decent person, that cares about the truth and the Constituion of this country and signs a rquest to get a copy of BO’s BC.

    More important info for you to go by, we can get to the bottom of it
    Things are moving fast. Apparently Charles Payne gave an interview to the US News reporter Allen G Breed. I don’t know when exactly Charles Payne was interviewed, but the article came out on Oct 24. Judging by the article Charles Payne was in good health, 83 year old retired director of University of Chicago library.
    I was trying to see, what new info came out in this article.
    1. There is a sister of Madelyn Dunham, her name is Margaret Payne (don’t know married name), retired professor of statistics, univ. of Chapel Hill, NC, 82 y.o.
    2. There is a brother Jack Payne, 71 y.o.
    Can anyone find these relatives? Maybe they have more info on BO’s birth, whereabouts and addresses, where Madelyn and Stanley A. Dunham lived in Ca, Tx, Ks.
    3. Stanley Armor Dunham died in 1992, no probate docs were found so far
    4. Stanley Ann Dunham died in 1995, no probate docs were found
    5. Madelyn Dunham volunteered as a probate aid in Oahu circuit court
    6. She also volunteered as an arbitrator in Juvenile monetary restitution department
    Can somebody find this reporter, he should have info on the addresses of Margaret, Jack and Charles. That’s a starting point. Maybe he has info on their children and grandchildren

    Obama Sr. and Obama’s mom were married in February of 1961. Five months later Obama was born. The article at the link below reports that Ann Dunham visited Seattle and talked about being excited about Obama Sr. going back to Kenya for a visit.

    Now, Ann would have been visiting during break from classes at U of HI. Her husband’s visit to Kenya would have also been that summer because he was due back to class in the fall. What do you want to bet that Ann went with her husband to visit her in-laws in Kenya and that is where Obama was born in August.?

    She and Obama Sr. then returned to Hawaii in time for classes to start and Ann registered Obama’s birth in Hawaii. What do you think?

    They say:The video on the right is an interview with Susan Blake, (the video has been removed) one of Stanley’s friends form Mercer island, Washington, who recounts the visit from Stanley and Barry in August 61. The question is; what would a mother with a 3 wk old child be doing travelling at that time? Was she traveling on her way back from Kenya via Washington to Honololu?     Letter from a reader-Madelyn Dunhan suffered from orteoporosis, no mention of cancer

    In August, during a family vacation in Honolulu following his Democratic Party nomination, Obama told reporters that Dunham was struggling from osteoporosis that limits her mobility. He did not mention she had cancer. On Oct 21,2008 , Dunham’s brother, Charles Payne, who is Obama’s great-uncle, told the Associated Press from his Chicago home that Dunham, who turns 86 on Sunday, “has not been well for a long time. Then she fell and broke her hip fairly recently. She’s unhappy with the condition that she’s in, I can tell you that.” Again no mention of any cancer.

    Letter from Attorney John Carlson-you wouldn’t believe that one
    I don’t have any Obama divorce papers to look at.

    This website has emails from the University of Hawaii and the University of Washington.

    Andy Martin confirmed that the UW email was from the UW source. Devvy Kidd received the UH email via letter so same email. Dates don’t make sense. Devvy mentioned that the email doesn’t show Ann in attendance in 1961. Dates of graduation don’t mesh with the dates of attendance.

    I discount the UH email as being credible. Consider the UW email as credible.

    On the Soetoro divorce papers clearly to me the small L’s standing for 1 are different. All small L’s in the divorce papers are similar except the small L supposedly representing Obama. Should have been done a day later as an add-on to correct a mistake. Could have been done years later assuming the original as legitimate. Alternately the whole divorce papers were reworked recently.

    Hawaii law makes parents responsible for the educational expenses past minority. That is the reason for the second blank which would be blank if only one minor child was involved. Nice place to type in a small L (1) which is way out of alignment.

    Comparing handwriting the divorce papers Ann Soetoro signatures not similar to high school writing samples of Stanley Ann Dunham. I can look for the sources of those samples if you are interested. The photo writing refers to best high school friend Maxine Box.

    I taught cursive writing in Chicago Schools for several years so I am aware of the features, differences. Why doesn’t Maya Soetoro show photos of the family? Then we can compare early Ann with Ann Soetoro.

    President Carter didn’t require males to sign up for SS for a period but then restarted it. If Obama was born August 4, 1961 he had to sign up. If before August 4, 1961 up to 4 years he didn’t have to sign up. As August 4, 1961 was decided on as the BIG DAY there was a good reason to get a SS application in the system. I believe he is older maybe being born before Hawaii became a state August 1959 thus not natural born.

    One of the readers stated that Margaret Payne lives in Kansas. Another reader stated that reader Buela made a mistake and Charles Payne is alive. If that is correct, we have Charles, Margaret and Jack Payne, all of their children and grand children. Any living relative can sign a request for release of BO’s original BC. I hope that in this whole family there is one honest, decent person, that cares about the truth and the Constituion of this country and signs a rquest to get a copy of BO’s BC.

    More important info for you to go by, we can get to the bottom of it
    Things are moving fast. Apparently Charles Payne gave an interview to the US News reporter Allen G Breed. I don’t know when exactly Charles Payne was interviewed, but the article came out on Oct 24. Judging by the article Charles Payne was in good health, 83 year old retired director of University of Chicago library.
    I was trying to see, what new info came out in this article.
    1. There is a sister of Madelyn Dunham, her name is Margaret Payne (don’t know married name), retired professor of statistics, univ. of Chapel Hill, NC, 82 y.o.
    2. There is a brother Jack Payne, 71 y.o.
    Can anyone find these relatives? Maybe they have more info on BO’s birth, whereabouts and addresses, where Madelyn and Stanley A. Dunham lived in Ca, Tx, Ks.
    3. Stanley Armor Dunham died in 1992, no probate docs were found so far
    4. Stanley Ann Dunham died in 1995, no probate docs were found
    5. Madelyn Dunham volunteered as a probate aid in Oahu circuit court
    6. She also volunteered as an arbitrator in Juvenile monetary restitution department
    Can somebody find this reporter, he should have info on the addresses of Margaret, Jack and Charles. That’s a starting point. Maybe he has info on their children and grandchildren

    What happenned on Oct 21-Oct 22?
    The Seattle times ran an article showing Charles Payne, Madelyn Payne Dunham’s brother dying Oct 22, 2008
    I just remembered reading Larry Sinclair’s article on Citizen Wells. According to Larry, an employee of the mortuary stated to him that Madelyn Dunham has died on Oct 22. Did anybody see Madelyn Dunham alive after October 22?
    If Larry is correct, then both BO’s grandmother and great uncle die or disappear from public eye and unavailable for any questioning or subpoena on the same day, October 22. I wonder what happened on that day or a day before? It looks like something happened that spooked this Adams family. What was it? Can anyone remember any newspaper articles, any public statements happening on Oct 21-22?

    Are there any reports of his other relatives being seen after the 22nd? His paternal grandmother Sarah Obama? 3 other wifes of BO sr, particularly the other American wife, Ruth Nidesand (Nidersand or Obama) and her 2 sons David and Mark Ndsandjo (Nidesand, Nidersand, Obama)?

    “according to the Seattle times Mr Payne died 22 Oct 2008 this was on ancestry.com going to the full obit it was titled Obama grandmother helped mold candidates character”

    I am really concerned about all of these coincidences, that all of BO’s family dies. Even his uncle, Charles Payne, Madelyn Payne Dunham’s brother dies right before the election.
    We really need to start working hard and getting hospital records, mortuary records, death certificates, coroners reports, probate records for Ann Dunham, Madelyn Payne Dunham, Charles Payne, Stanley A. Dunham

    Aparent EPA- environment Protection agency dictates that burial at sea has to be at least 3 Nautical miles from shore. It is supposed to be done from a boat or plain. a special form is supposed to be filed with the EPA regional office.

    Can you help me get this doc?
    As you recall there was never a funeral and there is no burial place for either Stanley Ann Dunham or Madelyn Dunham. BO and his sister Maya simply spread the ashes over the ocean.
    A reader has e-mailed me that one cannot just spread human ashes standing on the beach. Human ashes can only be spread from a plane and from a certain distance from the beach. Can anybody get a document to that extend? Does anyone know if AFA ever allowed the state of Hi to violate this rule.
