In the United States in 2011 2,468,435 people died (source CDC). So over the almost 5 years Obama has been in office, somewhere around 4% of the US population died. It stands to reason that some of those people had something to do with Barack Obama, and given the infamous “Clinton body count” conspiracy theory one could easily foresee something similar for Obama, and I came across one today, called “Obama’s ‘Dead Pool’” at the Nachumlist web site [no longer operating], itself a week-by-week compilation of everything negative that could be said about the Obama administration over the last 3 years. The “Dead Pool” runs about 57 names (hasty count). You can see how tenuous the connections can get with names like Tom Clancy on the list. If you really want to go down the conspiracy rabbit hole, check out that site. (A composite Clinton / Bush / Obama suspicious death list tops 250 names).
I must admit that this one really ballooned under my radar. I did the Google search: “Robin Copeland” “cause of death” and up came pages and pages of references to “mysterious deaths” associated with Obama. (Copeland was a Department of Energy employee who died suddenly at age 46.)
On the other hand, birthers seem to have led a charmed life. Can you think of one birther of note who has died since Obama took office? (Andrew Breitbart was not a birther).
I continue to marvel at someone who says: “WE ARE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE BECAUSE EVERY ONE WHO STANDS UP TO OBAMA & THE MUSLIM MAFIA IN CHARGE, WINDS UP DEAD” yet has not the slightest hesitation about saying so on the Internet.
How long is the list of birthers that are either dead wrong or too ineffectual to have been thrown into President Obama’s “dead pool”?

Major Stefan Cook died of pancreatic cancer a couple of years ago. It’s too bad he never got over his birtherism. He was one of the few people who might have had a legitimate claim that Orly Taitz’s incompetence in handling his case caused him severe damage. (I’m assuming that she had no idea that his lawsuit could result in him losing his security clearance, and subsequently, his civilian job, which I’m sure she did not.)

It gets worse: after I read the USNews article linked to by the “Or Else…” thread, I noticed an odd headline in the “related” articles:

It turns out that one of last year’s turkeys died of heart failure, just like Andrew Breitbart.
This can only mean that Obama’s NSA used (gasp!) animal experimentation to test out their super-secret anti-anti-Obama-people weapon. No other explanation is possible (Some Obots claimed that the bird died of fright when it wandered into office while the staff was using their Xerox 7655 to print out some flyers. But the CCP disproved this with an Official Scientific Experiment: they made a “control turkey” by printing out a picture of Liberty in black-and-white, and photocopying it onto green safety paper. They then had a person wearing a white lab coat hold the picture near a 7655 while it was scanning Obama’s forged Columbia University library card. The control turkey did not react to the noise and lights at all, so the Xerox theory has been utterly destroyed).
Someone needs to get this shocking information to PETA right away. Maybe they can succeed where the birfers have failed.

I see Charlton Heston crashing the ceremony, yelling “Soylent Green is turkey!!”
Or it could be the title for a Birther Report youtube video, in which the KPHO newsbabe says “Sheriff Arpaio says he thinks Obama’s turkey pardons may be fake”, with a story of a news conference in which Mara Zebest announces that she downloaded the pictures from whitehouse.gov, and determined that they were actually of Obama with Bo, and the turkey was Photoshopped in. Sheriff Joe says that Congress should investigate whether the turkeys really did “go to live on a farm”.
Or some rwnj broke into Mount Vernon, and shot all the turkeys to protest Obama’s attempt to “institute Communist gun control by executive order”.

On this site, Obama’s job performance is not typically discussed (pro or con). Some of the really crazy criticisms are discussed, like the story that Obama gave the plans to Marine 1 to the Iranians.
ObamaCare gets extremely narrow coverage. It would be off topic to say that ObamaCare is not working, or that it is working better. About the only time I’d get involved is if someone wrote a crazy lie about it, like ObamaCare requires implanting an RFID chip in every patient (which it doesn’t).
Birthers (and I don’t know if you are a birther or not) have a hard time appreciating that someone could debunk a lie about Obama without being a fan of his. Some people just want the truth. Others just want to say bad things about Obama, and the facts can sometimes inconvenience that goal.
