The fate of the Universe: a 2015 retrospective

I hear that the Universe is expanding at an increasing rate, so unless something happens, it will just grow colder and colder. The revelations in the Melendres case in Arizona gave us some insight on Mike Zullo’s secret evidence, and it does not look like it will shatter the Universe, or even slow it down. Rather than coming out in a Arpaio/Zullo press conference on Obama’s birth certificate, it came out in documents and testimony in a contempt hearing. The “evidence” was an unproven claim by Dennis Montgomery that Obama’s birth certificate was created by the CIA, and so the Arpaio contempt trial was, hands down, the top birther story 2015.

What else happened in 2015 in the Birtherverse?

January

  • Donald Trump raises the issue of Ted Cruz’ eligibility when speaking to reporters in West Des Moines, Iowa, saying Cruz might have to go to court to resolve the doubts.
  • Birther insider Gary Wilmott expresses doubts that Arpaio and Zullo will ever hold their 3rd news conference on Obama.
  • Joe Arpaio announces start of re-election campaign
  • Leo Donofrio produces moon landing hoax conspiracy documentary

“…the Arpaio contempt trial was, hands down, the top birther story 2015.”

I predict the top birther news story in 2016 will be Judge G, Murray Snow’s criminal referral against Sheriff Joe Arpaio, in Melendres v. Arpaio, hopefully coming in January. I also predict that Sheriff Arpaio will not be re elected Sheriff for Maricopa County and Mike Zullo will once again become a used car salesman, but this time in Milton, Florida.

Any possible way to inject [Presidential Candidate] Cody Robert Judy (?) http://www.codyjudy.us

And [IFP Motion] rejected by the Supreme Court.(?)

Citing the [Appeal] kind of lends the idea that the [Writ of Certiorari] was rejected, which we all agree it was not. And to think it should be through an IFP MOTION is probably the most aggregious form of Justice representation understood. Especially given Rule 39.8 was not used as reason to dismiss.

Chris Strunk and John Dummitt get mentions as Presidential Candidates but I don’t?

Also in consideration of accuracy to the Court Record the CRJ IFP REVIEW by the U.S. Supreme Court was denied in October 2015 so, there was like 2 Hearings Scheduled by the Court.

That was pretty significant as far as lasting Case in Birther History 2015.

That’s about right The Judge’s [Show] I’m not sure that’s what you meant, but it’s been a 8 year 8 million dollar plus Show for certain.

  3. Notorial Dissent says:

Actually in the spirit of full disclosure, Judy’s appeal was rejected by the court for failing to follow the rules, specifically pay the fees and file the correct number of properly produced copies, his IFP was simply rejected without public official comment, apparently for the same reasons. He had the option, and sufficient time to have cured either or both deficiencies and chose to do neither. So Judy in fact, got where he is now, all by his own two little grubby hands, no grand conspiracy, no plot against the Constitution, just his own overwhelming and all encompassing incompetence coupled with his ignorance and general stupidity. And a whole lot of whining after the fact.

At the top of the list I’d blame his incredible stubbornness.

Judy committed a crime, was convicted, but still believe as he did before; Judy was proved a zillion times dual citizenship was not an obstacle to become president, but still believe it is. And many more examples.

The man is obviously incapable of processing new information.

The 6 A.M. slot on a student-run, 100-watt AM station in Flint, MI.

SCOTUS must be quaking in its proverbial boots!

@Bob haha good one! I think Flint, MI. is filled with such fantastic history with all the car companies starting there that did. Those folks no the struggle of hard times.. Like I do. I wouldn’t begin to insult that wonderful history and the page-turner they started!

And no one insulted the city or its inhabitants.

Rather, the 6 A.M. slot on a student-run, low-powered AM station in a city of 100,000 is only slightly more likely to be noticed by SCOTUS than appearing on Mike Volin’s blog talk show.

  9. Notorial Dissent says:

Lupin, I think the stubborn goes with the stupid, seems pretty evenly matched.

WOW, a 100 Watt station, probably can be heard from almost down the block. I figure they had a dead spot and needed some comedy relief so they invited Judy to come whine for them. Since the host and the soundman are probably the ONLY breathing entities that will hear the broadcast, I don’t really expect it will have any impact, except perhaps on some insomnia victim. Your case is DEAD AND BURIED YOU LOST, you had the chance to cure the problems you didn’t, the time limit has expired, YOU FAILED, AGAINand it is all now just so much a part of the dross of history, kind of like you. Give it up, try and get a life, go home and annoy your family, I’d normally say I’m sure they must miss you, but for the life of me I can’t, no matter how hard I try, imagine why.
